I have stayed in two different rooms in this hotel. There are no convenient outlets to charge a phone. In both rooms, I had to move furniture and unplug lamps to access an outlet. One room I stayed in did not have a desk or table to work at. There is no cleaning service and I called to ask for fresh towels twice and both times, I had to call reception again in the late afternoon/evening because they were not delivered. The bathrooms both had a damp smell about them and not enough hooks or places to hang 2 towels. While the location and lobby are great, the rooms and hallways feel dated, motel-like, and unwelcoming.
