The room I was initially allocated (610) was not suitable. The bathroom room area was too small. I am average height (183), and thin build. I was able to sit on the toilet without sitting in a twisted position. The vanity is too close to the toilet. I question if this would meet building regulations.

The elevator made scary noises, the pod coffee machine in room was impossible use, getting around the lobby and car park was very confusing, wasn't enough power points in the room, and it felt quite old and out-dated.

A quick trip to visit family gave us an unexpectedly lovely overnight stay here. The bed was so comfy, the room in general was modern and fitted out with everything you need. There were great dining options within walking distance and really cheap parking.

I stay here a lot and one of the areas which keep annoying we is that your cleaners are not checking to see if the shower gel, shampoo, etc.. is filled. Multiple times I have had no shower gel. Also have a look in the sink and clean the mould
