Noisy, restaurant closed

I slipped on the freshly mopped floors and fell down in the foyer near the elevators at 6.45am on Tuesday the 31st of March. Other guests helped me up (your staff didn't notice). I suffered bruising on my leg which is still tender 6 days later. I had to completely change as my clothes (cream silk blouse and pants) as these were dirtied and these are now being dry cleaned at a cost of $37. Overall this was a very disappointing and distressing experience. The GM followed up and left a text message however there has been no offer to even compensate me for the cost of the dry cleaning nor apology for my experience.

Second time staying here and it is ideal for access to quayside, opera house and botanic gardens. Short walk down to quayside from where you can see the bridge and opera house and get boat trips around the bay.
