All staff were excellent at all times, kind, polite, understanding and with quick action to any request. I will be sure to ask for an end of hall room next time, due to constant late night (12am - 5am) slamming of doors and lift chatter from the young residents staying on my floor. The accommodation is so central - light railway out the front - beds were so comfy - the staff very friendly

The location of this hotel could not be more ideal; it is adjacent to the light rail, just outside the front door. Ubers and taxis are easily accessible, just around the corner. City Shopping, Darling Harbour, and The Rocks are all easily accessed. The room was spacious and well-appointed, very comfortable. The onsite restaurant and bar was very nice.

A very comfortable two night stay, it was everything we wanted. Friendly and very helpful staff, large comfortable room with all you need for a relaxing stay over. Great location near circular quay, the rocks, opera house and botanical gardens. Light rail service at front door.
