horrible experience, 1st night - no AC, very hot day that day, small bed for 2 people, windows were against the wall, so 0 natural light in the day. 2d day - moved to another room, black hair in the bedn, the wall disappeared only by half. waited for 2 days to have a manager in order to solve the issue. well solving the issue was to get the reimbursement and move to another hotel.

Staff were so helpful and friendly every time we interacted with them - nothing was any trouble for them, and always with a smile. Especially offering icy poles after we had to walk over 1 km in very hot weather to arrive, as the trams were not operating or the city circle trains. We also had an upgrade to a 2 bedroom room, which was lovely to have the extra space, but locate on level 1 (107) was not great, as there were many people on George st over the long weekend and our privacy was compromised. A higher floor would have been much more preferable. Nevertheless we were very comfortable in the room.

Location is suburb! Short walk to Circular Quay and same distance in opposite direction to Pitt Street Mall / Westfield. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was quite large and the outdoor balcony was massive!

Staff very professional and helpful and the flat was very comfortable. Only issues were the shower flooding (only in the bathroom so not tragic) and the chrome cast on the tv wasn’t working (but again, not a big issue for us). I would definitely stay there again.
