The shower and toilet were very close and small. I had to remove toilet roll as its position was pushing on my leg. I am a regular sized person but found the shower extremely small and water leaked onto bathroom floor. The tiles in the shower should be non slip and it is very dangerous. I’m an interior designer and found the layout very poor.

Ideal location right next to Bridge St Tram and Wynyard stations and easy car rides on Bond street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and kitchen/laundry facilities good to have. Our room faced a brick wall which was fine given it was quiet and away from front noisy street. Pool was under renovation and gym requires renovation.
