There is a TV without standard TV Channels. Streaming only. It would also be nice to have a bottle of water in the room instead of having to go down to the bar. I will not be comming back.

Had the pleasure of staying in a studio room and the space was amazing. It felt very inviting and spacious. The artwork on the wall was really nice. Comfy bed and well lit. The temperature of the room coming from a cold day was so cosy. Over all i would book Mantra again

Our families stayed at the South Bank Mantra to celebrate my Mother's 80th birthday. The staff prior to our stay reached out to me not knowing that we had multiple intergenerational family all staying to welcome us to the hotel. When I mentioned it was a special occasion the lovely lady organised breakfast and a cheese platter for Mum (and a birthday cheese platter for hubby). She advised us where to hire a wheelchair for my Dad and had everything ready for our arrival. We were greeted by friendly receptionist who helped organise our carpark. The staff at the restaurant/Cafe were friendly and the food great. Our room was well appointed and clean. The location was excellent and we were able to access restaurants and attractions easily. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you 🪷

Same as above . I paid over $500 a night and my colleagues paying $230 down the road had a beautiful room quiet with a view of the city.

Good Morning Kerry, Thank you for sharing this feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the experience you've described. The condition of your room fell well short of the standard we expect to deliver, and each of the issues you've raised - the torn curtains, the standard of vacuuming, and furniture that should never have required a towel to sit on comfortably - has been passed directly to our Housekeeping Manager, Chelsea, for immediate follow-up and correction. We are also sorry to hear that a quiet room request was not honoured, and that you were placed on a level and side of the building affected by train noise despite asking for the opposite. This is a genuine miss on our part, and we're reviewing how that request was actioned to ensure allocation notes are followed correctly going forward. The team always endeavour to do their best with the puzzle that is the allocations. Most concerning to us is that you reached out by email to raise these concerns during your stay and did not receive a response. That should not have happened, and we take that seriously - it points to a breakdown in how guest communications were monitored and actioned at the time, and we are addressing this internally. We understand your frustration at the value received for the rate paid, and we would welcome the opportunity to add some value and uplifted experience to a future stay, so please reach out directly should you wish to take me up on this offer. Front end staff are amazing to deal with and a credit to the Mantra, exceed neighbouring hotels I stay at for work “emporium, Rydges, Star” However no daily room clean and the room fridge does not have a mini bar. Room service would be an option would pay for as well with a busy schedule if offered

We stayed 2 nights during the Brisbane festival, including river fire. Best weekend you could ever wish for. We couldn’t fault a thing. Brisbane did everything perfectly and so did the mantra.
