We had a great stay at Novotel South Bank. The hotel room was lovely (although I would prefer the bathroom more closed off) and the location is very handy but the staff was what separated this hotel from others. I have never experienced such genuinely friendly and helpful staff - every single person from the maintenance man to the front desk staff was lovely to us and engaged with us. They also gave the kids a little stuffed toy and they became their mascots, dangling from their scooter handles as we spent our days at South Bank. I never experience such consistently good customer service anywhere these days so congratulations to your staff!!!
