For the cost of the room, the facilities available, the lack of items in the room, we wont be staying there again.

I have stayed many times at Novotel South Bank. I keep coming back because of the high quality of service , rooms , facilities and location. It has indeed ground parking and the pool and gym are really good with well appointed amenities/ towels etc. The restaurant is excellent be it for breakfast or a great option for lunch or dinner if you don’t want to head out. I stay here both for business and with my family when I’m Brisbane and high recommend.

I lived in Brisbane about 25 years ago and South Bank was my favorite area. Now, it’s even more convenient! You can walk to restaurants, parks, concert halls, city and harbor area from the hotel. However, my legs cramped after walking too much and came back to the hotel by taxi. The receptionists nursed me and made salt water and hot towels for me which I found really kind gestures. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory but I couldn’t find any salad leaves or fresh vegetables. When I asked about them, the staff brought me lettuce for free. Here, I would like to express my gratitude to the kindness and warm hospitality provided by the staff.
