Very modern well located clean hotel. I had room service for every meal only two criticisms the food was barely warm I would have expected hot and a salad arrived which only consisted of mixed lettuce no tomato, cucumber, onion etc for $6 I complained. Staff were great view was great

While well positioned. Little information about services available, or not available was given. This was particularly the case around food and drink. The staff while pleasant made no attempt to be proactive in this regard, which I found surprising to say the least. My evening meal had a limited menu, however, no one mentioned this, even when I ordered. The meal was served cold, even after I specifically said I didn't want it if it wasnt hot. It took over 45 min. I asked a for a breakfast menu, given the issues with dinner. A confused response. I asked for a takeaway coffee, as per the sign at the coffee bar, on my way out in the morning. I was told they couldn't serve coffee, even though the sign said takeaway coffee. They could serve me in my room. I'm sure, even with the difficulties, the limited number of customers could be looked after. Staff sitting around saying they cant assist, while talking isn't a good look.

All things considered, this was a great stay with awesome inclusions for the value. It was a shame it was rather quiet at the Hotel given the current pandamic but I cant fault the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast offered, the cleanliness of the room, it was all maintained at a high level.

There weren't many people about, understandably. I was upgraded to a suite which was amazing! The hotel was taking distancing and hygiene measures very seriously and I felt as safe as it is possible to feel in these times. I dines in the restaurant for dinner and while the choices were limited, there was plenty to choose from.

I stayed at your hotel with my two kids aged 6 and 8. We had an amazing experience once again. We have stayed a few times now as we are from the Gold Coast. The staff are always extremely professional and pleasant. They are always helpful and happy to accommodate any request we may have. I would like to give a special mention to Gail from housekeeping and Sarah from the bar/restaurant for their great positive attitude and professional way they approach their work. They are a great asset to your business. We will definitely be back again soon. The buffet breakfast is very tasty and chefs are awesome and very accommodating to food requests. The bar staff and check in staff couldn’t be more helpful and are very professional in their approach to their roles. Thanks again. Sam

The check in process was disappointing. I phoned on two occassions asking if we could have a room on the same floor or best beside each other. When I got there the lady that I checked in with, said this had not happened and she would have to go and check. She checked and arranged for us to be on the same floor. Handed us our cards and that was it, no telling us the floor number, the card didnt work and her attitude was not that helpful. Thales on the other hand was amazing, he arranged a suprise for our children whose birthday it was, brought us a toy, chocolate and a board that said happy birthday, he then brought us - pencils and colouring paper. He was amazing and you should be proud of him and grateful you have someone working in your business that has a great connection with people.
