The property is very conveniently located with current construction in the lobby. The rooms however, were dated with carpets with questionable cleanliness. In fact, I had multiple allergic attacks everytime I enter the room.

Well Located, walked to restaurants and the art gallery easily. Provided parking was easy, accessible but pricy. comfy beds, helpful and accommodating staff when we asked if they could microwave our popcorn for us, they kindly did. The room was clean and tidy and the reception staff great however arriving at 6pm to find the restaurant and bar area was in the middle of a total refurb was very disappointing. If I had been told at the time of booking I could then make alternative plans in advance. I would've still stayed at the hotel

Well located, great bed, easy check in and check out. While I was there the alarm went off and the fire men came. During that time it was not clear what should I do... I exit my room and the lobby was closed but not entirely and the lift was still working. I was not sure where the stairs where... I think the emergency management needs to be a bit clearer. Thank goodness nothing happened.

The hotel hasn't changed at all and is more than suitable/fine. I just don't understand why you go to a premium brand hotel to be greeted by a row of kiosks to check yourself in with a single person feebily offering assistance. Feels like you are checking into an airport. Zero "soft touch" approach to check in/out and a complete refusal for even simple standard things like taking bags to a room (with a 6 hour period to do this). etc etc. Hugely disappointing to see Accor take the cost savings route and create a pretty poor experience.

Love the hotel but the air conditioing keeps turning off all night so the rooms gets too hot. I had to get up several times to get it to sense movement and turn on again - very frustrating

Clean big room, great sized bathroom with huge warm shower, staff very friendly and helpful, great location near many cafes, restaurants and the river, a little noisy from traffic on the main road but not always that busy and a few loud people in the hallways and kids running and screaming which isn’t the hotels fault, sometimes I think hotels need a second door to block out hallway noise, besides this I’d highly recommend staying.

My stay was very good, no serious Complaints, i would like to mention a couple of things though: 1. there was an accidental double up charge on my room due to a lack of communication, although this wasn't a big deal and was resolved immediately. 2. the Air Conditioning only had a Cooling mode, no other mode. if it were to be cold in the morning, you couldn't heat the room. 3. my floor was 2 floors directly above the "Renovations" happening on the ground floor, and i could hear it quite easily (especially the banging/hammer or something) 6-6:30am in the morning. there's not much you can do about this but it was quite early. Besides this, i was very satisfied with our stay and the customer support we got throughout our Journey in Brisbane.
