We arrived to the work trucks parked in the driveway and checked in to the sound of jack hammering which reverberated right up to the 7th floor. I pity any guest with a migraine, coming in from a late flight, wanting a romantic weekend away, and your poor staff for having to put up with such conditions. The area where we were set up to have breakfast was sub par and would be what you expect of a 1star hotel.
