Hi, I stayed at your hotel on Monday, the 17th, and need an invoice sent to me immediately for expenses. I’m frustrated to be following this up, as I specifically requested the invoice at checkout and was assured it would be emailed to me right away. Additionally, I shared my disappointment with the same staff member regarding the lack of body wash in the shower (completely empty) —especially given the premium standard and cost of the hotel. I expected better attention to detail. Please send the invoice as soon as possible. Thank you,

We had a great stay at Novotel South Bank. The receptionist was very nice and even gave the kids puzzles to play with during their stay and had welcome cookies which was such a nice touch. We loved the suite as it offered more space for our family. The only downside, we discovered there was a rip on one of our sheets and we did not have enough soap in the dispenser. Simple toiletries would have also gone a long way- q-tips, toothbrush, etc. Breakfast selection was a bit sparse and there were flies on the salmon.
