Checkin was terrible I booked a suite with 2 children. However the lounge had not been turned over to make the additional bedding. So our children thought we just didn't accommodate for them. We then opted to add on a additional interconnecting twin room on a lower floor however this twin room was somehow priced higher then our suite. They had to prepare the new suite but did not leave a welcome gift for accor members. Location not central, with a view of Musgrave park. Breakfast was a very limited selection compared to other Accor hotels. Bar staff service was beyond slow with staff opting to continue with glass cleaning before slowly coming to serve. Overall will not be staying at this particular Accor property again

I tripped and twisted my ankle while I was walking about the town, and when I got back to the hotel limping, the staff offered to assist me and even helped get me ice. They were so helpful and I felt comfortable throughout my stay despite my injury. The restaurant staff also selected the most convenient and accessible seats for me, and even offered to help me get the food at the breakfast buffet.
