Thank you for the perfect overnight experience. With placement across from the Union Hotel Bar, provided us with a calm evening away from family to celebrate our anniversary, spending some much-needed quality time together, just to relax and taking advantage of the luxuries offered in our room and enjoy each others company. I personally (thinking with my stomach) loved the buffet breakfast! Thank you to all the staff that made our experience wonderful. We do look forward to another stay at Peppers on Waymouth

Great location, room was clean and price was reasonable, the only thing to fault was on arrival the driveway was blocked by a car that was forgotten about by the concierge/valay so we had to keep driving around until finally parking behind the parked car as a result blocking the street so I could walk in and ask them to move the car. Also had to pay for valay parking per night which was not cheap and assumed it had free parking which added to the cost. Can’t comment on the restaurant and ammenities for they were closed due to covid19. Otherwise it was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Our first stay at Peppers, unfortunately cut short. Impressed from first contact at Reception. Staff in all areas were friendly, efficient, helpful, and created an overall calm ambience, a blessing in this trying time.

My stay was okay I guess, but I paid the extra money for a room with a private spa and had to be moved twice from my original room until I got a spa that was working and or clean( the first spa didn't work and the second one blew out black rust when I turned the Jets on). It wouldn't have been such a big deal for me if the spa down stairs wasn't closed for repairs on the day of my arrival. I suggest finding some way of telling your guests before hand if something will be unavailable for a period of time. All 3 of the rooms that I was provided weren't very clean especially what I would expect in your standard of hotel, they were tidy but there was dust everywhere and a few stains in random spots on the floors. The concierge and guests services staff that I delt with were excellent both professional and helpful with a great attitude, but your housekeeping and maintenance staff may need an overhaul

I loved staying here excellent room. Only problem was lack of communication about the changes to meal services due to government restrictions. I was told we could still have room service, after a long day I went to order at 630pm only to be informed I could no longer have it, this made for a very late tea after trying to arrange take away with delivery and was not offered any assistance from staff

We had a lovely stay the only thing the cleaning could be improved there were finger marks on the glass in the bathroom and dirty finger marks on the fridge and the young lady on guest services needs lessons on how to smile

I was disappointed seeing as occupancy was very low 20%. I had two single beds pushed together. Even though my partner is a member we didn’t get 12pm checkout or free waters and drink vouchers like normal. Should’ve put us in a suite as it wasn’t booked out. Staff member at breaksfast was pretty rude and not customer focussed at all. Food was lovely as usual and a good variety at the buffet.

Although I enjoyed the accommodations, I felt the fragrance used in the lobby during the day, and the body wash was overwhelming and not enjoyable. For anyone sensitive to fragrances , such as myself, you have to move quickly through to prevent breathing problems. The same for the body wash provided, the shampoo and conditioner were more tolerable. The staff in the lobby were extremely pleasant, and very easy to work with.

My partner and I stayed at Peppers Waymouth for 2 nights. Our first was an interesting one. We had electrical issues with our room. The lights would switch off at random times, they would flicker and also at random they would turn on. At 11pm our lights magically turned on and this caused my partner and I to have issues sleeping. We called reception whom were quite rude and at our request they finally sent the concierge up to our room to check it out. After consultation we had to change rooms at 11:30pm at night. It was disappointing that this happened even after I paid money to upgrade our rooms in the first place. It felt like the staff were treating us as if we were an issue and there was no compassion what so ever despite needing to be up at 4:00am the next day. Other than that hiccup our stay was good. I highly doubt my partner and I will stay at Peppers Waymouth again.

Recently we spent a most enjoyable week at your hotel while we were in Adelaide. The location is superb, being as it is so close to the Adelaide Central Market and also pretty near Rundle Mall. In particular I loved the king sized bed. I had the best nights' sleep in it. Also it's very nice to have a big bath available with I used a couple of times. This is a great hotel and I shall definitely be staying in it next time I come to Adelaide.
