Everything was perfect except for the really noisy aircon. Could not sleep with it on so bad to get up and turn it off. I don't believe this would be a problem with all rooms.

I used my preferred first name and last name when signing up to the accor members portal. However when making the booking over the phone, I gave an easier name ( which is still my legal name ). So on the day of my booking, I rocked up to the check-in point. The front of house staff asked me my name. Then I provided my preferred first name. Based on my skin colour, I constantly get that "is that your real name ?, or your Aussie name?" Shockingly front of staff asked me if it was my actual name, then asked for my identification document. What I noticed was that they didn't ask for the people in front of me and those who came after. Honestly I felt a bit insulted. I loved the room, but not the service that they provided. Ruined my whole anniversary mode from the start.

Proposed to my partner at this hotel (what a letdown!!) 1 night stay. Balcony wasn't as pictured on website. Had a view of a pigeon shit roof.... there were no chairs nor tables on Balcony to sit out and relax. Hospitality was average. Fridge was frosted over at back, so wasn't very cold. Got told that they could replace it in the morning (checkout day...) and we could store our things down stairs.... No offer of an ice bucket or to rectify the problem that evening... had to go down to the bar and get a bucket of ice ourselves. Honestly was a very disappointing visit and upset with the amount i paid for the room/experience we got. Could of gone else where and got a better room & experience.
