The staff who checked me in was not friendly, no smile, no explanation of facilities etc. Room was cold, AC was working but took forever to get the temp up. There were no slippers and dental kits in the room, called housekeeping and front a couple of times but no one picked up. I had to go down to the reception. The staff did apologize though. No compliment water in the room. The room was clean and bedding was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was weak.
