I love the location of the property and the room is one of the best I have stayed in from a size and amenities perspective. The only challenge is that when you stay on a low floor (I was on L3), the street noise comes through and can cause a wake up.

Good location, nice rooms and ensuite. Found the restaurant pretty pricey, but the included breakfast was good value, and good views to people-watch outside :) Very friendly restaurant staff. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and polite. We had one instance where housekeeping just opened the door without knocking (there was no sign hanging on door), and quickly apologized and left. Also, don't know if it's normal, but the toilet is not bolted down to floor so can move around. On Tuesday morning, the bedsheets were done but were put on upside down on the beds, don't know how they managed to get that wrong, and on the same morning the face towels which had been left on floor for collection, were not taken. We have no issue with staying here again if in the area
