Balcony…. It’s a door instead of a window with a landing pad….. paid $180 to upgrade to a “balcony” . Not worth a cent extra let alone hundreds of dollars!

Checked us in at five minutes notice. Quickly changed the room from a double to two singles. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Booked as a single night stay as close to departure point for Kangaroo Island tour. As a gold member got upgraded to suite, which was lovely. Great views, very comfortable room and really good dinner at the restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

From the moment of check-in, it was a great stay. Brian at the front counter was great, and I enjoyed talking to him over the next few days as well. Room was luxurious. Everything I wanted. Looking forward to coming back.
