Had such a great birthday weekend here! Laura at check-in was super lovely and made everything easy from the start. We went to Tutto for pre-dinner drinks and Bonnie & Sara really looked after us. Finished it off with a really nice breakfast, big thanks to Sharad and Shreyas. Definitely a stay to remember!

I stayed at this hotel and sadly experienced what felt like discrimination during breakfast service. I picked up a piece of bread with my hand, and the staff member immediately told me that because I touched it, she now had to throw the entire batch away. What was upsetting was that shortly after, a new tray of bread was brought out, and I watched a white lady pick up bread with her hands as well. I then asked the same staff member if she would be throwing that whole batch away too. She said nothing and simply walked away. This made me feel singled out and unfairly treated. The double standard was obvious and deeply disappointing. No guest should be made to feel this way. I expected respect and equal treatment, but unfortunately that was not my experience.
