An excellent stay - the weather was terrible with deep snow but the staff were really helpful and obliging when I requested water and a bucket with a cloth to clear the snow and salt residue from the roads from my vehicle. Top marks.

We were suprised by the free drinks in our room and the very extensive breakfast, with even a good variety of gluten free options.

The hotel needs to replace all their mattresses and pillows. Pillows are not comfortable (lumps) Mattresses are not comfortable and never use 2 single beds to make a double bed. The hotel location is only good for those who have their own cars. Unfortunately, I didn’t sleep well . I hope this issue was just in my room. I stayed before in the same hotel (2 years ago) It was fine then. Wish you the best
