Stayed a week for w. - picked the hotel for its lication n. office even though it is a bit outside the center. Overall a good stay and the restaurant exceeded expectations. The rooms are however a bit dated and the beds not as comfy as I would have wished. Value for money was Ok.

The room I stayed in 503 did not meet the standards that one would expect from a room in the higher segment of the hotel. It was even an upgrade from the room I initially booked. So I paid 138 euro for an old room that was cold in the beginning. At check in it was mentioned that no room was available like I’ve booked and that I had to pay 20 euro extra for an upgrade until I mentioned that I was a Accor diamond member…. It is not the fault of the front desk manager, but rather the software system seems very old.
