The hotel needs to replace all their mattresses and pillows. Pillows are not comfortable (lumps) Mattresses are not comfortable and never use 2 single beds to make a double bed. The hotel location is only good for those who have their own cars. Unfortunately, I didn’t sleep well . I hope this issue was just in my room. I stayed before in the same hotel (2 years ago) It was fine then. Wish you the best

Check in procedure a bit long due to only one receptionist. Small room as indicated in the header but enough for myself. Had no dinner but the breakfast was nice with good assortment. Quick check out procedure.

I don't like your company policy of showing up on Saturday at short notice and getting a hefty surcharge because it's one of the last rooms. This is senseless price gouging and annoys customers.

1. All car chargers inactive - I chose the hotel mostly because of car charging availability. 2. Hair dryer in the room that almost generated fire - the heating element was working but not the fan.
