All was handled well, friendly and supportive staff. However the temperature in the room was very low when I checked in. Turning on the central heating helped a bit but since there was no radiator in the room it didn't fully solve it. The temperatures outside were not extremely low , approx 1-3 degree Celsius.

dont plan to come back. unpleasant stay - room was cold, no heating in the bathroom, bathroom was smelling of mold.

We regret that this was not clear to you; this should have been communicated more clearly, and we take responsibility for that. The welcome was warm and professional. The hall, bar & restaurant are good looking. I occupied the room 101, a bit old fashioned but it smelled cigarette... Something that cannot exist anymore in 2026.

An excellent stay - the weather was terrible with deep snow but the staff were really helpful and obliging when I requested water and a bucket with a cloth to clear the snow and salt residue from the roads from my vehicle. Top marks.
