All was handled well, friendly and supportive staff. However the temperature in the room was very low when I checked in. Turning on the central heating helped a bit but since there was no radiator in the room it didn't fully solve it. The temperatures outside were not extremely low , approx 1-3 degree Celsius.

dont plan to come back. unpleasant stay - room was cold, no heating in the bathroom, bathroom was smelling of mold.

A cold room, the absence of a heating source in the bathroom, and an unpleasant smell in the bathroom are certainly not the experience we want to offer our guests. We regret that this was not clear to you; this should have been communicated more clearly, and we take responsibility for that.
