What an amazing experience. My wife and I came here for dinner and sat outside on the rooftop patio. There was an amazing view of the twin towers and the needle. Not only was the view spectacular, but the food was even better! And to top that the service was impeccable. We were helped by a young man named Halim, very kind and very attentive. He knew what we needed before even asking, but he also knew when to give us our privacy. The host, Halif, was also extremely kind. Our concierge was in contact with him prior to our visit so he knew exactly what we wanted beforehand. The staff made the overall experience, extremely enjoyable, and the food was next level delicious. We got the rack of lamb that was out of this world, we also got the Wagyu ravioli Bolognese. I definitely recommend this to anyone that is in Kuala Lumpur.

Planned my proposal stay here and the whole Banyan Tree team is super helpful and very resourceful. Nice hotel settings and top service provided to me during my stay. The breakfast provided at Horizon Grill was full of variety both western and local, and I must credit the team of Raynalin, Hakim, and Myna for their warm hospitality in welcoming us for the breakfast. Highly recommended to select your stay here and I definitely will come back again.
