Stayed for 10 days over two trips with a short gap in etween. Staff were all super friendly, helpful and efficient. Food good. Room nice, clean, colourful. Overall a great experience!

Surprised by all the negative reviews to be honest. We, as a party of four, had a very pleasant evening in the restaurant. Slightly trendy and edgy - with soft background music i.e. nothing overbearing. We had a mixture of sharing starter plates and main courses between us - and all very nice. Food came quickly. Admittedly, sometimes it was a little tricky to get attention for service/dessert etc. But nothing serious. We found the seating nice and spacious and no pressure to hurry up. We would go again.

Mama is very cozy however, i would appreciate to have some aftershampoo in the shower, especially when taking the XXL room no to mention some water: why don't you put refillable glass water? Thanks

Rooms are not soundproof, not ideal for deep rest
