The location is great - quite close from everything in the center of the city without the big noise. However the welcome that Amber gave us..... It was not client centric nor elegant. Above all, the topic has handled over the phone before arriving so I didn't understand the lecture she had to give us - the super arrogant tone as if we were children... felt not welcomed at all as if I was disturbing which is a big pity when you are at the "welcome desk". 1am used to travelling and trusting Mama over Europe, it is as well my second time in Toulouse but it will be my last.

The hotel is nice and I was excited to stay but my room smelled like a dog was prior in it and it was very loud at night.
