The staff were helpful prior to the stay when I called in. The room was okay, overall clean and comfortable except for some hair on shampoo bottle that I found. All the soap bottles can't be moved and it was a bit inconvenient. We upgraded to superior rooms upon arrival to get connecting rooms. The bathroom layout was a bit weird with nowhere to hang the towel in the shower. The shower head was next to the door so you can't really leave it on the handle either. Yet there is plenty of space on the opposite side where you could have used if only there were a hanger. AC was cold so that was awesome. Breakfast was alright, variety of food to choose from. We loved the bakery section and I enjoyed the omelet a lot. It wasn't chaotic either so that was nice. It would've ended nicely with a nap after breakfast as the omelet and croissants had made up for the mild inconvenience I encountered, but the maintenance people decided to loudly cut the ceiling open in front of my room at 11 AM.

The ceiling started to drip water during my stay once this year and once last year . Both happened in the late evening.

The hotel is in a great location, although the public traffic lanes around it are a little bit confusing. The rooms are very comfortable. The original parking spaces are quite limited, but the hotel now has a separate parking building just next door to the hotel with shuttle service, which is really accommodating. During my stay, this parking building was free of charge because the hotel was still testing its ticketing system and it hadn't been officially launched.
