Everything here is a bit pricey compared to my experiences with hotels of similar quality. During my 5-day business trip, the quality of room cleaning services varied each day; for example, some items were not refilled. Some sockets in my room are dead, and the showerhead switch from top to wall was incomplete; water still dripped on my head. Although I got vouchers from the organizer to reduce my meal costs, I still had to pay more to cover the costs of tastes and quality that did not match my expectations. The organizer told me to get a cup of hot coffee during the workshop; the hotel staff members did not allow me to get it until the organizer took the coffee for the guest speakers, etc. Inconsistent services and information during the 5-day stay there made me question the quality and the value a lot. The staff members at the frontline, particularly those who look after luggage transfer and shuttle service, represent the good quality.
