I checked out around 6 AM and called room service to ask if someone could come to my room and pick up my luggage. However, no one responded, and no one came to my room. I waited for about 10 minutes, and when no one showed up, I brought my heavy luggage downstairs. When I approached the reception, the staff member told me, 'Please make sure there’s nothing left in your room.' I was confused and asked, 'What does that mean? Isn't this your customer service? And also there is no toothbrush and no toothpaste in my room as well.

I check out at 8:00 in the morning on 27Nov but I was over charged room rate/service fee on 27th/28th/29th Nove. Tants is unacceptable. My friend helped to talk this at front desk in the evening on 27th. But I still have not receive any feedback or overcharge fee return to my credit card until now.
