Amazing jurney...room alwas clean. only think which I do not like when coulture try or use forengn culture to make more profit or conftable for the customer. thai not need to build a cristmas tree. thai are budism and foregn shall respect it. if thai visiting italy, Italia will not put dome budda jn the hotel facility.

The Noveltel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was always delicious with a good variety of food from different cultures (Chinese, Thai, Indian, American, Japanese). The rooms were clean with a few out of reach dusty areas. Room service was good. The first night we had no issues. The second and third time, some items were missing but was brought upon reminder. One item was not made to order which would be my only complain. A margarita pizza is not a margarita pizza without basil. Otherwise, it's just a cheese pizza.
