The noise of AC too much also not able to maintain set temperature. Very limited options in food. As an international hotel it should have chinese, Indian options

This was my second time staying here. It's very conveniently located, walking distance from Thunderdome. There is a 7-11 right across the road. The food is very good and staff is polite and courteous! I had a late flight so they gave me late checkout without any hassle.

2-3/12 was our third time at Novotel Impact, Bangkok. The first booking last year was via Agoda whilst the 2 this year was through Accor App. Easy and user friendly. The main reason for choosing Novotel Impact was to attend concerts at the adjoining Impact Challenge Exhibition Halls & Impact Arena. Very convenient indeed. Just a few steps away from the hotel. And did not even have to step outside of the building. The 2-3/12 booking was actually an error on our part as it was a transit overnight stopover before catching our flight home on the next day hence we were supposed to reserve at Novotel Suvarnabhumi. Too late to change though as the reservation was non-refundable. However, turned out to be this was the most pleasant and welcoming stay with the help of very helpful staff especially the beautiful front desk manager at reception who made sure all our needs are catered to, from checking in until time to check out. My bad for not asking what her name was but yes, she deserves the highest complements for making our stay most welcomed. Truly appreciate her kind assistance. She is definitely priceless to Novotel Impact. The concierge and housekeeping were very friendly too and even the In Balance spa Thai massage experience was heavenly. We are certainly looking forward to coming back again soon, and of course for future concerts too 😊

Check-in and Check-out was smooth. Room provided was corner room so the space and comfort was amazing. Staff were very helpful as well. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay! Good value for money
