I have to say this was a really disappointing stay, and I think the management seriously needs to take a look at the condition of this hotel. The room is simply very old and tired. The bed feels old, the furniture is dated, the carpet is worn out, and the whole room is so dimly lit that it makes everything feel even more depressing. The technology in the room feels like it is from another era. At this point, it doesn’t feel like the hotel is just “due for a renovation” — it honestly feels like the property has been given up on. There were also basic things that simply did not work properly. The shower had almost no water pressure, the air-conditioning control didn’t seem to do anything, and the soundproofing was terrible. You can hear so much from outside the room. These are basic comfort issues that really shouldn’t be happening at a Novotel. Breakfast was probably one of the weakest parts of the stay. It felt more like eating in a canteen than having breakfast at an international hotel. Everything was disorganized, the atmosphere was chaotic, and the food quality was very low. It didn’t feel inviting or enjoyable at all.

The hotel has a great location, friendly and hospitable staff, and clean facilities. However, the water pressure in the bathroom was quite low, especially when taking a shower.

Good location to go to Thunderdome but the room walls were too thin so could hear neighbors chatting until 2 a.m.

Generally had a good stay. checkin was no fuss. Stayed at the executive level. Given executive lounge access but theres nothing there in the afternoon except for coffee and some biscuits that seems to be left there for ages. Most staff are warm, welcoming and pleasant. And the location is right next to impact so its convenient.
