Thank you the hotel management for acknowledgement of Accor Plus Platinum Elite member and improved guest experience service comparing to the previous stay. A well prepared room with fruits plates and sweet treats were presented in room which I like them so much. Please continuously offer the promotional prices in Red Hot Room and the Private Sale. I hope to book here again with competitive promotion room rate and genuine hospitality services. During this period, we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19), which the World Health Organization declared a pandemic disease. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! The rooms are the perfect size. The bathroom is wonderful. We love staying here. The buffet is top notch - the best breakfast spread I have ever seen!

Room looked better than in the other Novotel in Bangkok. There was not enough lighting (too dim) in the room, especially for evening. Front Desk staff were generally helpful. Buffet breakfast was limited (compared to other hotels in the city).

novotel staff did not inform us about our breakfast and we missed it. we got a refund but that's not what we wanted.

Facility is first class. Great breakfast and dinner buffets. Staffs are all pleasant and freindly. From front desk, fitness room, dining room staffs, housekeeping and bellman. Mr.Bank in fitness room were very pleasant, courteous and helpful. All staffs are well trained. Two Thumb up!

Had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The facility was extremely well maintained and clean. Housekeeping was respectful, detailed, and did wonderfully. The food at the buffet was amazing, and the price for goods and services were fair and appropriate. Location was prime for all my needs, and I had everything I needed easily within reach.

Things are great. I like the location of the hotel, the food, the gym (nice service and great equipment), the TV channels and quietness of the room. I think to improve the security level of the wireless WiFi will help protect customer’s data. The network cable in my room does not get hooked to my PC. Thanks you for all you do for providing a great accommodation at a reasonable price. I will consider coming back for my vacation.
