Modern hotel located not far from DMK Airport, right next to Impact Arena and the immigration office. Very clean and quiet, with friendly and helpful staff.

My wife and I stayed here from 13 until 15 December 2025. We choose this hotel because it is near to Impact Speed Park where Das Treffen 10 is held on 14 December 2025. Also we are Accor member. Besides that the hotel is also within the area of Impact Arena, Impact convention center and cosmo bazaar mall. The hotel and room is well maintained with typical Novotel design. Breakfast selection is decent. Staff is helpful. Parking space is a lot. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Overall experience was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing was about the handling of ALL members. I did not see any express check in line for ALL members and the staff did not asked about the check out time preference as i shd entitle late check out. But i appreciated the check in staff was really friendly and introduced the premium wifi usage proactively. While I was at the lobby bar and asked for the welcome drinks, I was enjoying my drink with my fd and the manager(?) asked us to leave as we had ordered room service and we had to leave with my drink. I was surprised about this arrangement. I understood it was really busy because of the concert but I did not expect that as a member.
