1. The staffs upgraded us to a higher room on 10th floors, however the room was so hot. The temperature shown on AC was 40 degree. I know it is summer time in Thailand, however it would be better if the staffs could turn on the ac before, or at least make sure the room is not that hot. It tooks almost 1.30 hours for AC to make the room liveable. 2. When me and my partner woke up, we both have a blocking nose, which mean there has to be high amount of dust in the room. 3. The room is impressive however because of what we experience, it definitely come to our mind if we have to booked the room again next time

Stayed end of Songkran on the way from Isan to Phuket. Check in smooth and professional. Upgraded to lounge access which was a blessing during breakfast as there was a group in house and outlet for abf was packed.
