I was satisfied during the stay in this hotel, very convenient & staff was very helpful and friendly. And I enjoyed early check in by joining the member which was simple & worthy. I like the room which provided a comfort sofa so that we can have a good rest before concert. Bed was a bit small but acceptable. I like how the toilet had a separate glass door so I could still use the basin/take shower when my husband was using the toilet. Also, I appreciated the the smart TV allowed us to watch YouTube & netflix & I didn't find many other hotels in Bangkok could do the same, which is outstanding. I will definitely book it again if I have other chance to come impact arena.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! Every staff member was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. I would especially like to thank Khun-Jack, who made our stay even more enjoyable by assisting us with both the check-in process and our late check-out request under the Gold Member benefits. The hotel also prepared complimentary snacks for guests, which was a thoughtful touch. What impressed us even more was that after the concert, This was truly the perfect hotel for my concert trip.
