It was really great, I came three hours before the concert right from the airport, I still had time to prepare and go to Impact Arena by walking.

Overall was a good experience, one thing I want to critique is the lack of room service dining at night, and also when I requested for an extra keycard, the front desk staff said that they had already given me two, so they wouldn’t give me another one.

Regarding room service, as an ibis hotel, we do not offer in-room dining; however, we do provide alternative options such as our lobby café and nearby food outlets. We have a café where guests can order food, as well as a kiosk offering snacks and quick meals. We understand that the options may be limited at night times. There is also a 24-hour supermarket, MaxValue, located just a 700-meter walk from the hotel. Our team is always happy to assist with recommendations to ensure our guests are well taken care of. Concerning the extra keycard, for security reasons, if a guest has already been issued two keycards, we are unable to provide an additional one unless a keycard is lost. In such cases, the previous keycard will be deactivated before a new one is issued. If another registered guest is staying in the room, our team will kindly request that the in-house guest come to the lobby to assist.
