We stay at Ibis IMPACT because it's located near family. It's so convenient to use the Sky Walk to get to Centro for shopping. The staff at Ibis are extremely helpful and friendly at all times. The breakdown buffet is great too. It's our we stay, and we will definitely be staying there again next time we visit.

Good value for money. Rooms small by well fitted. Well organized check in considering the hotel was completely full due to special concert at Impact and many people were arriving at the same time. Very much appreciated the dedicated check in counters for Accor members. Western style hot food for breakfast was a little disappointing but not easy to cater for everyone and overall choice of food was good.

The hotel was very convenient, especially for attending a concert at IMPACT. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Although I arrived early, they allowed me to check in and access my room before the concert started. This meant I could return to the hotel and go straight to my room without having to check in after the concert. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. The room was compact but comfortable and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Parking was also very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The room was of a good size and clean, but the furniture was too basic; narrow double bed, small closet that barely fit one person's stuff even though it is a double room, which was more problematic because of the lack of any drawers, so most of our stuff had to stay in the bags, which is not very convenient when you're staying for a week. Other than that, the breakfast could have featured more variety.

Concierge staff were all very welcoming & helpful. Automatically shared tt I could take the link to Impact knowing I was attending a concert. All were smiling brightly & it just washed away all my fatigue. Storage staff were also very humorous & kind.

I often travel here for concerts and have stayed at another Accor hotel next door nearly 10 times. However, despite usually booking directly, I have never really felt recognised as a returning guest or experienced any particular benefit from booking direct. This was my first stay at ibis, and I was extremely impressed with how organised the hotel was, especially during check-in. There was a designated staff member verifying each guest’s booking source, and as I had booked through the ALL app, I was directed to the priority check-in lane. This was actually the first time I genuinely felt the privilege and benefit of booking directly with Accor. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, while at the same time being firm and professional about hotel policies and guest identity verification. It was clear that the team had been very well trained, which was particularly impressive considering how busy the hotel was during the concert period. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly, helpful and responsive throughout my stay. The only point I would deduct was for the towels, as unfortunately they had an unpleasant smell. This would be the one area I hope the hotel can improve. Overall, I was very impressed with how well organised and professionally managed the hotel was. Thank you very much to the team. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will most likely return for my next concert visit.

Before arrive, I already contact hotel through email to ask about authorization for check-in by my companion, and ask about can the front desk help to receive the instant delivery parcel. The hotel replied very quickly and give me clear information, which is very helpful. Thanks to Ms.Salinthip again! After arrive, I feel very surprised when I step in the lobby. The main reason I choose the hotel before, is I'm going to watch concert at Impact Arena. The wall behind the front desk has the concert drawing (I believe they will draw different concert everytime). The environment is clean and chilling. Front desk very friendly and effective, they even will call to room when my friend's instant delivery parcel arrived. Thank you to serving us nicely. Also a big thank you for the room cleaner! I will go for breakfast about 1-2 hours in the morning, the room is cleaned very well everytime I get back to the room. At the 3rd day, I even get a towel elephant on my bed hahaha! It's so cute and really made my day. Thank you! The location of the hotel is very nice, have a link bridge to Impact arena and cosmo bazaar, and even a pink line station. The next station can arrive to Central Chaengwattana, few more station to change red line and take 2 more station can arrive to DMK Airport. Definitely will come again. Thank you hotel teams~

During our July 30th, 2026 to August 2nd, 2026 stay, we found ibis Bangkok Impact staff very accommodating and appreciate that they can speak conversational English. The hotel's location is also accessible to pink line rail station and nearby establishments including Impact Arena and Novotel. We appreciate the whole Impact area's safety and walkability, with the elevated walkway for pedestrians, that also promotes walking or exercising. The price of our room wasn't too expensive as well, considering its location and accessibility, and even included breakfast buffet. Our room was clean and had ample space, with ample amenities, and wi-fi works well. Cleaners also come on time and they can adjust as requested. Generally, the hotel is also clean. Breakfast buffet food had some variety and we appreciate the cleanliness here as well, no flies or insects. I booked using the All Accor website, and initially made a mistake with guest count, but when I reached out to ibis Bangkok Impact email, they promptly corrected the guest count, which is highly appreciated. We would've appreciated, however, if in the room there was another tea option besides Ceylon tea, and if there was quick checking of the room during our early checkout, and if there were more English channels to watch (TV). Also when Groove and Greens Cafe was almost full and we asked to be seated when there'd be slots open, we weren't totally entertained or led to the lobby, although we can understand the staff's busyness that time. Also would've liked breakfast buffet rice and dish to feel warmer. However, overall, my companion and I enjoyed our stay and yes, our booking was also impacted by the Forever concert. :) Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at ibis Bangkok IMPACT! The staff were all very kind, friendly, and accommodating. We especially appreciated how thoughtful they were in remembering my child’s birthday and surprising him with a cake. It was such a sweet gesture and truly made his birthday even more special. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the skywalk and nearby malls. Everything was accessible and made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again! 🥰
