During your 4-night stay, we did not receive any report regarding this matter, as we would have immediately investigated and taken appropriate action to ensure your comfort. Such allegation are not verified, and we would have appreciate that you reach to us and give us the chance to prove you otherwise. we conduct regular pest control and maintain strict cleaning procedures with great care. We have not previously received similar reports regarding bed bugs. However, due to Bangkok’s tropical climate, humidity, and the greenery surrounding the hotel, occasional insects, such as mosquitoes, may sometimes be present. Upon receiving your online feedback, we have immediately requested an external company to check and nothing was found. Please be assured that we take cleanliness very seriously.
