The hotel and restaurant staff were very kind and welcoming. I had a short stay here while attending a concert at Impact Arena. I cannot wait to visit again during my next stay in Bangkok.

1. Overall, the room looked clean and well-equipped, but there was a thick layer of dust behind the TV that was quite concerning. 2. The hair dryer in the bathroom was barely usable. It kept shutting off during use and was very ineffective. 3. I booked this stay specifically to watch a concert livestream and had checked beforehand that the TV supported HDMI connection. However, although the HDMI port existed, it was completely unusable because the TV source could not be switched to HDMI, seemingly due to a locked remote. Even after calling staff for assistance, they could not fix the issue. In the end, I was unable to use HDMI at all. The TV was also quite small.

Everything is great except the type of bed. When I booked, is a double bed but was given a twin bed. Understood it could be room mapping error due to booking through third party. Other than this, all good. Thanks for everything!
