your room is not ready for something like no drinking water provided. The power plug does not work. Later this week I will stay again, hope it has been a good experience.

Cleanliness should be bring up to your attention, I decided to check out before time because of your housekeeping refused to make up a room due to fully booked and short of manpower.

Can not sleep because of the noice from room above. And someone make a wrong phone call to my room at 1 am! (may be the room above?). Small room with small bathroom. Good location easy to take shutter bus to Impac exhibition.

We have to changed room around 1:45 am due to the fact rooms around us were in group and very noisy. They had small party with more than 2 people in the room next to our room since 9:30pm. We have raised our concern to front desk but he could not managed the guests from that room and we ended up the one who had to move.
