Came here for a concert and to celebrate my birthday on the weekend before Valentine’s. I arrived super late at night and honestly didn’t expect much, but I was welcomed with so much warmth from the reception team. It immediately set the tone for my stay. When I entered my room, I was so surprised to see the mirror decorated with a “Happy Birthday” in all of my favourite colours, and they even prepared a cake for me. That thoughtful gesture truly meant a lot and made my birthday celebration extra special. I’m very touched by the extra mile the team went just to make my stay memorable. The room size was just nice — cosy, clean and comfortable, perfect for a concert weekend. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Even though it was a busy event period, the staff were consistently amazing, friendly and incredibly helpful to us. The location is also a huge plus. It’s within walking distance to Impact Arena, which made getting to and from the concert so convenient. There’s also a mall nearby, so it was very accessible whenever we wanted to grab food or shop a little. Overall, I had such a wonderful experience and would 100% stay here again for future concerts. Thank you to the team for making my birthday stay so special — I truly appreciate it!
