Over all : okay. There was no toilet brush in the toilet. Disgusting. Bathrobes, Slippers, were on extra £20. I mean seriously!! This should have been Free in the room for a 4 star hotel. There was too much chlorine in the water in swimming pool.

I am a silver member currently and after calling reception to request late check out the next day, the staff members were rude and claimed I wasn’t allowed it as I had to be a gold member and the ALL silver membership didn’t count. I then had to go down to reception to prove my benefits on my app. I was then subject to a passive aggressive attitude from the “manager” and was asked what time I wanted to leave the next day. I had booked the best suite available for the evening and don’t expect to be treated like a liar. Novotel usually provide a very good customer service level but this has made me reassess whether to continue with membership.
