Young family using both the car park and the train station. Perfectly located, lovely room, fantastic pool and breakfast was great too. Staff really welcoming and the Christmas decorations were lovely. Will be back.

Reception check in was shambles. Very short staffed which meant no matter what time of day it was there was a massive queue. To access the wellness services you also need to go through them to get a key and return and health and safety forms. The room itself was lovely and so was the bathroom. Clean, tidy with comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely with all the hot food actually being hot. Be aware that this hotel doesn't offer parking. You need to park in the station car park and then pay the daily tarrif. When we got there we could find NO parking as obviously the parking is also for the general public using the trains.

A friend and I wanted to chill for two nights. A good choice of hotel. Felt comfortable. Well fed too. Restaurant was great. The lounge was very airy and spacious. The gym and spa facilities looked good but we did not use them this time.

The bed was dirty and had to be re-made. Ruined the whole experience. The walls and bedhead had 'fatty fingers' on them. The swimming pool was overcrowded. There was a wait for breakfast and although staff tried their best, the vegan yoghurt pots were already open / off
