Our overall experience was good, however as discussed also with the general manager and the front desk employee the New Year's eve night for us was a nightmare. We have paid more than a regular room to have the view of the river and we ended up being in a party until 3 am in the morning due to a New Year Eve Party organized by the hotel outside just below our room. We were supposed to leave from the hotel at 6 am for an early flight so it was literally a nightmare to be in that situation. After our complaints they decided to gift us with a complementary transfer for the airport but my initial request was for a refund of the night or at least a refund of the different between standard room and the one with the view ( since in the stardand one , being on the opposite side of the Hotel the music was not that loud).

This was a business trip and the hotel was perfectly positioned within the city and offered all the facilities. As a note the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very enjoyable stay at the SLS Buenos Aires Puerto Madero. The hotel was very modern and clean. Service from the team was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast.

Hi there! I just want to leave some private feedback and I do not want to offend anyone, just want to help improve. The design of the bathroom makes it so the entire bathroom leaks and water gets everywhere from the showers and sinks. The cleaning could be more thorough. The spa also was not what I expected, it didn't seem like the masseuse knew what she was doing at all, and the table was horribly uncomfortable and I was laying on a towel instead of a sheet, it just didn't seem like the luxury spa experience as advertised. Also the pool isn't usable past 130pm due to the sun going away, which would be a big bummer to a lot of guests. We have stayed at other ALL Accor properties and they have been a top notch experience which is why we chose this property, but it was not as expected.

It is definitely a great hotel. Has an amazing view of Puerto Madero. The location is peaceful with restaurants around it. Easy to move around the city.
