Loved the area that the hotel was in for our first time in Buenos Aires. The room itself was very disappointing and non-functional. There was one chair to sit on with a table that was too low and the size of a quarter. There was no functional or comfortable place to eat a room service meal which we ordered at least 3 times. At the side of the bed is a footrest type of piece of furniture that ran all the way to the glass doors, and it made no sense. There was no way to work inside the room without a desk or a table and no true general office space inside the hotel, plus the sofa was old and very uncomfortable. Argentine pesos are hard to come by in the city and the hotel could have been more accommodating with that as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful though all throughout. The restaurant food and staff are top notch yet the lack of functionality with the room would prevent me from ever staying there again or another SLS.
