- Lobby is fun and colourful - great for kids. - Parking is spacious with plenty of slots. Security team is friendly and helpful, always happy to chat. Nice welcome. - Breakfast is okay, but gets boring after one morning. - Rooms are clean but small. I'd pay more for a bigger room. The light switches are confusing - I work remotely and couldn't light my desk without disturbing my wife and kid sleeping nearby. - Shower is great though. Strong water pressure, very refreshing.

Things we did not like and your hotel can enhance the rate On the night of the 18th, between approximately 9:00–10:00 PM, the fire alarm went off. Guests had to evacuate and move downstairs to the lobby area. During this time, everyone gathered slowly at the assembly point. While the alarm system worked, it would have been very helpful if there had been voice announcements through speakers to guide guests, rather than only the alarm sound. Additionally, the staff did not appear to be well prepared for a fire emergency. Many seemed panicked, and there was no clear communication even after the situation was declared safe and guests were allowed to return to their rooms. No explanations or instructions were provided. Overall, the lack of clear communication and emergency guidance made the situation confusing and stressful.
