To be improved Gym 1. AC was off for 2 days, the remote AC dock was there but the remote control was not there. It was so humid, it was not pleasant to exercise. 2. Multi-purpose equipment for flying chest for left side was broken. The plastic that cover the steel cable was torn. Swimming pool 1. Is the middle door at the elevator area the only way to go to the pool? If that’s the only way without bother guests who dine at the restaurant, at least the path to go to the pool really needs to be renovated. The path looks not stable, some of the woods that I step already broken, surround was also like a storeroom. 2. The pool need to be check regularly, it was greenish, not sure if this being cleaned or no one check the PH as well Breakfast: 1. There was no sneeze guard, I saw one of the guest sneezing without covering mouth, for sure those foods were contaminated. I know it will be huge cost to install these all over the restaurant, so this is just saying… 2. The meat choices should have more varieties, if I’m not mistaken there were only 2 style of chicken, semur and one more I could not remember Room: 1. The TV was so slow to load, just to check around what information offered in the TV and youtube takes time. 2. The bathroom a bit slippery, just saying.. 3. Noise from outside especially face the road was so audible during the night. Maybe need more sealant somewhere. Compliments: 1. The room is quite clean, no dust. Saw a bit stain mark in the pillow, just check carefully. 2. Location is top notch, city center, near everywhere, easy to go around. 3. I don’t see any flaws on crew service (smile) 4. Generous to place water dispenser on the hallway, I did not drink it, but consider generous as my opinion regular water should not be charged 5. When I placed ‘no disturb’, the HK or Guest Service called for following up just to make sure if I need the make up bed services.

My experience with Mercure Nexa Supratman is like finding something so beautiful, then I took it home, yet I found myself extremely dissatisfaction when I get into the detail. I would really say that because I looked at Accor Group in high regard, thus small things became more apparent. I really wish that this feedback can really improve Mercure Nexa Supratman for the better. As I said, the exterior of the hotel was super sleek and nice, everything looked perfect, until I reached the toilet. The towel was grey and dull, the toilet seat was yellow-ish and the toilet seat was flaking off, almost like one in a public toilet of a low-tier mall. Moreover, I don't know what design it was, but the shower hose for the toilet is super short. Of course I made a complaint to the front desk. It was around 3.30 pm, I arrived back at the hotel around 10pm, nothing happened. I called the front desk again, they said, "the technician can't come in because I'm not at my room". Eh? since when that's stopping cleaning services entering someone's room? does technician have different rules? I asked the technician that came later that night, he said that the front office is not responding on his request to enter the room before, that's why he can't enter the room. Nevertheless, I'm tired from my trip around Bandung, I need to rest. But this really leave a bad mark in my stay. To top it off, at night I put a sliced manggo in the fridge with expectation of having a cold and fresh fruit cuts in the morning. Yet I found a warm and dark sliced mangoes. The fridge was not working at all. Again, please consider this as a constructive feedback. I was staying at room 629 and that room really need attention. Maybe it was forgotten during your last renovation. The room and else looked really nice, but the toilet and the fridge was like another dimension that's forgotten during the touch up. I don't even went to the shower experience that I always love in Accor Group with their rain-shower, but this one was like from decades ago. Though I must praise for the existence of the faucet in the shower room that helped me for taking my ablution for my pray. Please keep getting better👍

I choose this hotel because it is located in Cihapit Area which known as a place with many culinary options, I have pleasant stay, there was some technical issue like malfunctioned tv remote and a bit noise in the middle of the night due to low battery of the door key but the staffs were pretty helpful to solve the problem. The breakfast was pretty good, although in my opinion there was too little protein option on the menu 🥲. Overall good.

Feel disappointed upon check in time, nobody available at the priority welcome check in counter. I have to wait about 20 minutes then someone coming And then one more complaint about the bath towel, for 4 stars hotel like Mercure, the towel quite old, the color not white anymore The plus point are the location is good and got welcome cake

Some improvement required: 1. Cleaness of drinking water dispencer 2. Why difficult to call front office and housekeeping? 3. No clean towel ready on swiming pool 4. Hot water swiming pool is much better 5. Add more Car parking space 6. Shower gel in bathroom is not empty and not refill when cleaning the room

Exceptional Family Stay in Bandung ​Our family had an excellent and highly comfortable stay booking two rooms at the Mercure Nexa Bandung. The central location made exploring the city incredibly convenient, and the service throughout our visit was absolutely top-notch. ​The only minor drawback was that the queen-size mattress in one of our rooms was a bit too soft for our preference. Overall, however, it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly return!

Overall, my stay was good. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times because the location is very convenient and close to many places. The room was clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. However, during this stay, I was disappointed with the towels. At check-in, I received a towel that looked old and dingy. The next day, I requested a replacement. They sent two towels—one was acceptable, but the other had noticeable discoloration and fading. I had to ask for another replacement before finally receiving a clean, white towel. Honestly, I was quite disappointed that a hotel at the Mercure standard still keeps worn-looking towels in circulation. Aside from that issue, everything else about my stay was good.
