Brand new but not Novotel standing

Matt Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

The Novotel St Etienne is brand new but does not match the standing expected from the Novotel brand. The check in area is awkward with just a small table and a laptop. It is also located on the first floor instead of being at the ground floor. The rooms don't provide complimentary bottled water, slippers or body lotion. Our Accor Gold tier membership was not acknowledged upon arrival and we had to ask for the welcome drink voucher. The hotel's branding should have been Ibis Styles.

Excellent welcome , professional & benevolent. One problem not enough place in the parking and the parking place outside are very far and too expensive
