I have been staying at this Hotel for many years ( basically about 4-5 weeks a year). However, I hsve never been treated as a loyal customer for Accor/Novotel/Mercure: never to have the room upgraded, no free drinks in the room yet needing requesting badly to have drinks (based on I am of Plstinum membership). Except one gentleman named (Shar) and he knows me and he will arrange for me with drinks, but for others, no one care without I am asking. Hope the staff could improve in future. Thanks

This is a nice hotel but you need to improve room preparation and cleaning. The room I stayed in had a nasty mark/stain the carpet that should either be cleaned or replaced, that being said the worst part about this stay was the lack of coffee etc in the room, over the whole week nothing was replaced so by the end of the week I had to find my own coffee, decaf, napkins, cups etc. Typically one day a week might get missed but it wasn't prepared before my visit or at all during the week I was with you!! :-(
