Our teams have helped you and your colleagues on several occasions to manage personal problems such as lost luggage at the airport, request for a quote on the price of a taxi ride, train ticket reservation etc Our teams have confirmed that you have registered your loyalty card on all the bookings you have made, and this is indeed the case. We do not set the general conditions of use of the loyalty programme. When you subscribe to a loyalty programme, the conditions are announced to you and you are bound by them.
