This is a nice hotel but you need to improve room preparation and cleaning. The room I stayed in had a nasty mark/stain the carpet that should either be cleaned or replaced, that being said the worst part about this stay was the lack of coffee etc in the room, over the whole week nothing was replaced so by the end of the week I had to find my own coffee, decaf, napkins, cups etc. Typically one day a week might get missed but it wasn't prepared before my visit or at all during the week I was with you!! :-(
