Stayed primarily to attend Simply Red Concert with the arena being just a 3 minute walk. Flew in early day before and out late day after, so spent time in Nates central which was approx 25 - 30 min drive (lot longer but cheaper by bus) from hotel. Hotel was B&B only, althouth eating options available at large Shopping Mall about a 10 minute walk away. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Bar area/Lounge was pleasant. Did not have breafast so cannot comment. Would recommend if travellimg to attend concert.

On s'attend à une prestation 4* lorsqu'on va dans un hôtel Mercure et bien, nous avons été un peu déçus de notre séjour passé à celui de Zénith Nantes Saint-Herblain. Attente à la porte car arrivée tardive, soucis de communication avec le staff par rapport à l'accès à la borne de recharge ; l'hôtel étant "vide", le petit déjeuner a été sans buffet (mais néanmoins copieux et servi par le staff). Chambre récente, mais petite, salle de bain sans douche italienne et sans aucune fioriture ni aucun produit cosmétique. Les serviettes sont petites et pas très épaisses. Clim' ok (il faisait chaud, tant mieux), matelas à notre goût, mais pas de coffre-fort, ni de réfrigérateur, ni de placard. Bref, on sent l'hôtel crée pour répondre à la demande d'un soir (... de spectacle ?). Honnêtement, ce n'est pas une prestation 4 étoiles, ce n'est pas non plus dans la lignée des Mercures, tout au plus d'un IBIS Styles, donc plutôt 3 étoiles un peu Hype. Bref, demi-teinte.

Cher Monsieur, Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager vos impressions à la suite de votre séjour. Vous êtes arrivés un week-end, période où nous avons effectivement peu de clients. Dans ce contexte, nous ne dressons pas le buffet du petit-déjeuner, mais nous proposons bien tous les produits qui y figurent habituellement, afin que nos hôtes puissent profiter de la même variété et qualité. Concernant les produits cosmétiques, ils sont présents dans nos chambres Privilège. Si vous en aviez exprimé le souhait, nous aurions été ravis de vous en fournir à titre gracieux. Peut-être n’avez-vous pas eu connaissance de notre offre de spa, qui répond aux standards d’un établissement 4 étoiles et complète l’expérience que nous proposons à nos clients. Nous aurions pu échanger avec plaisir et trouver ensemble des solutions pour rendre votre séjour plus agréable. Nous regrettons que cela n’ait pas pu se faire cette fois-ci et espérons avoir l’opportunité de vous accueillir à nouveau, dans des conditions qui vous permettront de profiter pleinement de nos services.
