We have stayed at a few Mercure Hotels but this one was by far the best. Very helpful staff, professional, welcoming. Hotel is very clean, well kept, modern. it has a very good vibe to the place. we do not speak French (my apologies as us Brits are lazy when it comes to languages!) but this made no difference as the team here spoke perfect English and every interaction with the team was a pleasure. I had forgotten an adaptor for the plug socket and they provided me one instantly....saved my digital life!! Thanks Mercure team. really appreciate it. we are back in Nantes for another meeting and will indeed stay here again (already booked!!) see you again on the 30th! regards Perry

We were disappointed there was not a full functioning restaurant at this hotel. The food on offer though was good. Our room was on the ground floor and felt very exposed to the public footpath just outside the large window. Facilities in the room were good but shower was on small size.

Hotel was just as expected from anew Mercure hotel. The room was very well appointed and there was a wide variety of breakfast fare available, including fresh orange juice maker. The receptionist was OK, except that we were not made aware of Dinner being available at the hotel, and looking locally we had quite a bit of difficulty finding a restaurant that was open on a Monday night in mid August. A lovely parting gesture by the manager at check out was giving both of us a bottle of water for our long journey that day.

Far away from all and weak service for a gold Le Club Accor member

Too far from all....I felt lost when I arrived at a day of a public holiday. Unfortunately I got no upgrade and no welcome gift as a gold Le Club Accor member. Found just a little bottle of still water and the minimar was empty. And in the bathroom I just found a simple equipment like one soap. Breakfast was ok but the "pain aux raisins" was already out at 9 o'clock.... Of course it was generally quiet in the evening because of the office buildings around the hotel and noone was working in the night. But before the building under my room there a place for the smokers and there were some the half night discussing so I had to close my window. Not sure if I would come back again...

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that an upgrade is not automatic even if you have the Le Club Accor Gold card. It is stipulated in your program that it depends on the availability upon arrival of the establishment. During your stay, the hotel was almost full and all our "superior" rooms were already booked. We regret that the complimentary bottle of water wasn't enough for you though we have a bar that is always open and that you can order any time. With regards to the bathroom product, we opted for a hair and shower gel to minimize waste and unnecessary use of plastic. This is the standard set-up in a double classic room that you paid for. We sincerely apologize for the noise outside your window that is, unfortunately, beyond our control. Please don't hesitate next time to inform us directly regarding the pain au raisin in the buffet. We would be more than happy to prepare it for you. Best regards.

On arrival the receptionist was very pleasant and it was easy to book in. The room and public areas were bright, clean and welcoming. Our stay was extremely comfortable and breakfast was brilliant. The only improvement on this would have been to explain how the keycard makes the electric work, as this was our first time staying with Mercure.
