INPARDONNABLE réservez depuis mars 2025 pour une nuit pour cause de proximité du Zénith de Nantes ,on devait aller voir un concert à pied .... Le jour J on arrive et un individu africain nous revoit devant la porte en nous indiquant que l'hôtel n'existe plus (!) ,, bon suis pas un Bisounours je lui fait remarquer qu'il y a toujours l'enseigne et quelques voitures sur le parking , il finit par dire que l'hôtel est réservé aux migrants ... Je proteste de ne pas avoir été prévenu , il nous dit de voir sur le site ACCOR pour nous faire rembourser (!) j'espère que cela sera bien effectué ..... Bref nous avons pris un autre hôtel beaucoup plus cher mais presque soulagé car en voyant les avis du F1 , on aurait jamais dû réserver !! Saleté, odeur de cigarette et surtout punaise de lit !!! Mesdames messieurs il faut fuir tous les hôtels à bas prix qui sont squattés tout l'hiver par des migrants qui rendent les lieux insalubres !!!

I stayed for one night and I did not feel safe. Guests are generally single men in their pyjamas roaming around the hotel, it's unclear whether some of them live there permanently and as a woman travelling alone i felt quite intimidated. My door's code did not work so to go to the shared bathroom you have to put something on the floor to avoid the door from closing and risk theft or be lucky to find staff to open up to you. The room seemed clean but there were stains all over the walls and the shared bathrooms were so dirty there was a crust of dirt and hairs and pee everywhere. People keep their doors kind of open and definitley smoke in the rooms. Only good thing is that it's cheap but not even sure its worth what they charge.

I actually paud for this disgusting hotel. There was a wrecked car in the car park, shabby, unclean. Filthy smelly shared shower and stained, unclean carpets everywhere. My honest opinion as a regular traveller is that this place should be shut down!
