The whole place was full of what looked like refugees. They were smoking in the halls and staircases. The number of groups of men just loitering cave me case for concern

11pm. Parking, checkin ok. Out of service drinks machine, dirty toilet. Room ok, but smelt cigarette smoke. Thin walls meant from about 5.30am people leaving no more sleep. Left 7am decided against breakfast there.

Except the welcoming and nice agent at the reception, the rest of the stay was a bad experience. The room smells cigaret, I had a cigaret hole in the bed sheet, no towel, the walls are way too thin (I could listen the conversation of the neighbors). I wouldn't recommend to any friend neither come back.
Dreadful service, door code didn't work and noone could resolve the problem

I arrived after 10pm and was surprised to find the code let me into the hotel but not my room. After trying the room code a lot i realised there was a problem and used the intercom by the main door. I was told that maybe the door wasn't properly closed so to try pulling it before entering the code. This did not work so i was forced to use the intercom again, this time i was told they would get the manager to come and help me. After a while a man came who said he was not the manager, eventually he let me into the room but said i wouldn't be able to leave it again unless i left the door open. I said this was not acceptable since i had valuable possesions which i could not leave unattended. He said he could not do anything and was unable to provide me with a new room, he also told me this was the 4th time tonight this had happened. This is clearly completely unacceptable service, i had to wait over 30 minutes before getting into my room and after that i was unable to leave if without taking my possesions with me. I am amazed there was no way of fixing the issue or giving me a new room, and that the hotel did not seem to be taking seriously that this was apparently happening reguarly.
