After a very disappointing stay, I think it should be mentioned that this hotel is in much need of a renovation. The tv and radiator in our room were both damaged and disgraceful, not mentioning having to be put in another room due to our room lock not working or being accessible. However, the desk clerk on shift was very sweet and did his upmost possible to accommodate us.

Good location but Accor gave up on this hotel

I was very disappointed with this trip. The hotel needs urgent renovation. Electronic lock in our room was removed and we need to find a staff member or queue in the reception to be let inside - every single time. Even the receptionist wasn't aware about it when we booked in and we had to go back to the reception. He promised us that the lock will be fixed or we will get a new room next day but nothing happened. Also the carpet in our room was dirty and smelly. To be able to stay there we had to but an air freshener. This carpet hasn't been cleaned for years. But all other rooms carpet was dirty as well - you can see that in the morning when they keep all door open for better ventilation. Some showers has no soap - just empty or broken dispenser. Breakfast below average - every day something was missing and never been replaced. Probably due to a lack of staff - receptionist has to do all other work around the hotel and no was was around reception or breakfast area every morning. If the hotel had notified me that there are no locks in the rooms and we would have to look for a staff to be allowed access - I wouldn't stay there. IT was really stressful experience. Staff was friendly and they really need to be prised for their work as people were complaining a lot to them about the state of each room. I am really surprised that Accor doesn't do anything about the state of this hotel and what is worst allows people to book it using Accor platform. It is very first time when I stayed in any hotel around the world and I truly think I should be refunded or compensated for this very bad experience.

Du jamais vu dans une vie. A notre arrivée, couette déchirée, lit non fait, culotte sur le lit, moquette sale et serviettes non fournies. Accueil inadmissible, attente interminable, toilettes très sales. L'impression d'être dans un hôtel malfamé en Sierra Leone, une honte ! Le matelas était de qualité très médiocre. Ne parlons même pas des portes qui claquent constamment. De plus, nous avons fait l'objet d'une escroquerie en devant payer des serviettes (plutôt des serpillères ou chiffons pour la poussière en polyester) non lavées dans un sac plastique avec en prime un refus de remboursement. Personnel désagréable et hautain. Cet hôtel devrait être fermé depuis longtemps. C'est inacceptable. Si c'était à refaire, nous aurions au pire préféré dormir dans la voiture.
