Overall it was comfortable and cosy but there were a few things that could’ve been better. The dust in my room which was under the bed was disgusting. There was also dust on the extractor fan in the bathroom.
The water pressure was shockingly bad.
And the pool says it is heated but I would argue that it wasn’t. Myself and my kids went down to swim and my 2 year old son couldn’t stay in for anymore than 20 minutes because he was freezing. He was shaking.

Centrally located . the rundle mall is just across the road. Hinley street is a 5 minute walk away. Most of the sights and sounds of Adelaide CBD including the botanical gardens/zoo/ Museum/ Library / Art Gallery /Parliament house are a short walk away. The festival precinct and the river is also a pleasant stroll away. There is no self parking at site . But they do have valet parking. However U park rundle street is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel. You can either take a card from the reception at $35 per day. Or you can book directly at the Upark website and it gives you mulitple entry reserved flexi parking which works out a bit cheaper and you do not have to worry about the physical parking card and they operate on the plate recognition system.

We always stay here when we visit Adelaide as it’s in an excellent location and all the staff members, especially Karl, are all friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is also a guest laundry which is handy and the breakfast is really good.

Another enjoyable stay at the Pullman where I am always well looked after and my loyalty status always appreciated. My one issue (and this was a similar situation with many of the other guests) was the waiting time to get into breakfast. There was a queue of about 20 people and we had to wait approx. 20 minutes for the painfully slow process of getting to our tables.

4 day stay. Rooms are feeling a bit worn and tired. Very comfortable bed . Team all very pleasant and efficient, with easy check in. Bathroom had persistent unpleasant odour and shower was weak.

Welcoming, efficient and helpful reception staff, check in. Good instructions for parking and good parking arrangement. Had a SNU for two nights and appreciated the upgrade to the same room for our third night. Lounge offerings were basic but good. Good range of offerings for breakfast and tables cleared quickly. Corner room was spacious, comfortable bed, but bathroom could do with an update. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you.
