First and foremost, we sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet the standards you rightfully expected from Mövenpick. We appreciate your candid comments, as they help us identify areas where we need to improve. We regret to learn that upon your arrival, the air conditioning had not been turned on despite our team having confirmed your estimated arrival time in advance. We also understand your disappointment regarding the melted welcome chocolates, which certainly did not provide the warm welcome we intended. Furthermore, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the noise from the nearby railway line, as well as the inconsistencies in housekeeping services during your stay. The oversight in not emptying the rubbish bin and the room being left with the curtains open and air conditioning turned off are not reflective of our housekeeping standards. Your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping and Front Office teams for immediate review and corrective action to ensure greater consistency and attention to detail. While we are pleased to know that you found our cleanliness, hospitality, and team friendliness satisfactory, we are disappointed that the overall experience fell short of the elevated service and comfort associated with the Mövenpick brand. Please accept our sincere apologies for the shortcomings you encountered. We value your feedback greatly and will use it as an opportunity to improve our guest experience.
