Rigid rules

This place is completely rigid. They don't allow any changes in your reservation. When you are in a business trip, it happens that you have to short your trip. This hotel forced me to pay the all week even if I have stayed 2 days. At my arrival around 13:30 from oversea, they refused to give me access to my room even if it was available. I had to pay 50 Euro to gain access to sleep. Furthermore, they have blocked the TV HDMI access which I needed for my computer as a second screen. They refused to unlock it. Obviously, customer request and his well being is the last of their concerns.

When possible, early check-in may be offered for an additional fee of €30. Please note that standard check-out is at 12:00 noon. With regard to the television, some technical and security settings are in place that unfortunately prevent the activation of HDMI access for individual rooms. Decent hotel for a fair price

I stayed for the final 4 nights o f the Oktoberfest and although it’s a 45 minute train ride to Munich. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the station and a quarter of the price of an Ibis in Munich st this time. The room was spacious enough, with a decent sized bathroom and the rooms are quiet too. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room, but overall good value for money.
