The hotel is close to the central train station that next to a shopping centre and bus station. The main city centre is about 15-20min walk way. Staff were friendly, we arrived a few hours before check in, we could not check in early but they had a facility to store our luggage so we could check in later. We had booked 2 nights a standard double, but unfortunately they allocated us a twin room fortunately this was quickly resolved on reception. Our room was very small and stuffy, but we opened the window to let in fresh air and we're able to control the heating system to our desired temperature for or stay. The room was also looking a little bit tired and worn, the bathroom was small with just a 3in1 handwash/shower gel/shampoo and standard basic hairdryer in bathroom. The tv only had german speaking channels but thst was not a major issue as we weren't spending much time in the room. Overall the hotel was suitable for our needs, we booked it knowing it was a basic hotel so it met our expectations for the price point. We'd recommend it for those on short low budget break, only using it for a place to sleep.

The staff was by far some of the best people I’ve encountered on my trip, they make an outsider feel very welcomed. Bar was great and place was clean!
