I stayed for one night at the Ibis Regensburg and it was very conveniently located within easy walking distance of the main train station. They were doing some remodeling during my stay, but I didn't hear any noise. The front desk staff was very helpful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. It was more extensive than I was expecting for a modest Ibis hotel. The waffles were great!

Great hotel, courteous and helpful staff, great breakfast, easy walking distance to downtown. Need more English tv channels. Shower head was broken. Great room. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended.

The room was very warm, the heating would not stop pumping warm air into the room - the only choice was to shut off the the heating and open the window for an hour to cool down the room. Overnight the room would gradually get too warm, opening the window at night I’d not an option as it is very noisy with the window open. Room is also very small, barely enough room to open my large suitcase, Breakfast - well as I did not sleep well I got breakfast about 9:35, a lot of items had run out and staff would not bring additional items, they just wanted to get their own breakfast from what was left.

However, we acknowledge that individual space requirements vary, and we regret if it did not suit your needs. * **Breakfast Experience:** We are particularly dismayed to learn about your breakfast experience. It is unacceptable that many items had run out by 9:35 AM and, even more so, that staff were unwilling to replenish them, prioritizing their own meal. This is a clear breach of our service standards. Our breakfast service is meant to be consistently well-stocked and attentive until the end of the serving time. We apologize for this unprofessional behavior and the poor impression it created. We will address this matter with our breakfast team immediately to ensure proper training and adherence to service protocols. We understand that these issues significantly impacted your comfort and overall satisfaction, leading to a "Not good at all" experience. We are truly sorry for the discomfort and frustration you faced. Your detailed feedback is invaluable for us to identify critical areas for improvement.
