Average - The hotel appeared tired when compared to other 5* star hotels I've stayed regularly at in the last 12 yrs, and bedroom, particularly the bathroom requiring a refurb. Well located for my needs and attachment to the shopping mall was practical for me. No bar in the hotel which I was not aware of, a little disappointing for a 5* and not clear at booking stage. Very welcoming and efficient reception team, and the same in the pool area, very large and nice was this! Restaurant was ok, excellent service and salad range.
