Yearly stop over at this super convenient and friendly hotel. Only improvement would be to address the poor noise insulation.

I booked that hotel in last minute due to a change in our plans. I had no big expectations (I just selected based on location / availability) and I was amazed by the experience (booking, room size and comfort, breakfast, price, restaurant nearby)

Comfortable basic hotel for a reasonable price with free private parking and okay breakfast. Breakfast offered croissants and pains aux chocolats, fresh orange juice, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruits, etc. Water pressure in shower was decent. Hotel is centrally located in Crolles with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Main complaint is that the electricity (including WiFi) was cut-off 5-6 times in the evening (span of 3 hours), which was very annoying. Also, sound proof wasn’t great as other guests were noisy and you can hear them bang against the wall and slamming the doors.

Overall not bad. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the experience for room service was not so great. Since my multiple week stay here, I only request service for my room once a week. The first time this was done by a gentleman of African descent and he did a very nice job. But the second time it was a Caucasian female who thought to only replacing my towels was enough.
