Room ok, with limited view on surrounding mountains. Parking free and convenient. Professional and very friendly front desk / reception staff (young fellow, very polite and willing to converse in English). Restaurant staff needs a replacement by younger generation; they are pushing and charging unwanted drinks. No willingness to speak one word of English at all; also not willing at all to understand our attempt to speak their local language. Isn't Accor an international chain of hotels? For us a reason to stay when not speaking the local language.

One night stay, the overall cleaning was good even though the sheets were stained

The room was too hot at night, and unfortunately I could not get the window to stay open as the big curtains pushed the window closed.

Business trip for 5 weeks for which the location was perfect, easy access to highway and tram to downtown Grenoble. Staff were lovely and polite and also very helpful during this unusual time. Rooms are airy and clean and housekeeping available when requested. Would happily return.

A decent hotel for a business trip

This was my second stay. Unfortunately someone was smoking a cigarette in the hallway in the middle of the night and the cigarette smoke woke me up. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it was surprising. The heating didn't work in the room and because of COVID, it wasn't possible to provide additional blankets. These things happen, but hopefully the heat will work the next time I visit later in Autumn. Generally, the hotel is clean and safe, and a good option for business travel.

We stayed here whilst en route further south. The man at the reception was polite and extremely helpful. The room was a good size and had a decent view of the nearby mountains. The room was clean and had good facilities (but why do so many hotel minibars now only have a bottle of water?). The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. A small point, but the shower gel dispenser is fine if you shower, but a high reach if you prefer a bath. The restaurant was unfortunately closed on a Saturday (we knew this in advance), so we ordered food from outside to be delivered to the hotel and ate in the room. The breakfast was a good buffet in nice surroundings.We used the garage at the rear for our motorcycle, but there is plenty of parking. The hotel location is fine and we had no trouble finding it. A very pleasant stay.

+ SIDE + very welcoming staff + high service quality front desk + restaurant (I arrived late for a group dinner, was served promptly and able to catch up with the rest of the group) + confortable room with sober design + Confortable bed + Calm + quite rich breakfast buffet + Nice parking lot -SIDE - Corridor not renovated yet, a bit dirty - room on 1st floor, but a flight of stair to access and no elevator! - need to pay for internet access, a bit mean - Came late at breakfast. There was still a lot of choice but last pancake was hard and scrambled eggs really felt like they were made from powder eggs, no real home-made. All the rest was good. Restaurant food was good too. - Nearly impossible to find the place or at least the entrance

You have to pay only if you need more bandwidth (for a video conference for example). Also, our stairs are being actually in renovating. There's an elevator for each floor of our hotel, except the ground 0, which is accessible by stairs (6 steps). We are staying at your disposal to reserve a new stay in our hotel. Finding this hotel was almost impossible. The whole center of Meylan was dug up and and took us a fair amount of time to find a street which was open to traffic. Hotel is just about average.The only positive thing about the hotel was the dinning room. Well situated and provides a reasonable menu. Will we go there again .???......you must be joking.
