The overall experience was acceptable, and it is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. On the negative side, I was unable to open the window or the curtains for privacy reasons, as the room was located on the first floor overlooking the garden with tables and sits, which is nice. It might be worth considering installing curtains that ensure privacy while still allowing natural light into the room, especially for rooms on the ground or first floor.

I found bed bugs on the bed. Had to leave all my clothes and luggage at the hotel. Going to cost me +£500

Hello, good day. I would like to highlight a few issues I encountered with the bathroom. Despite changing to a new bath towel, there was still an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the shower area allows water to splash out during use, and the water does not drain away properly as there is no nearby floor drain near the basin. This causes water to accumulate on the bathroom floor. I would appreciate it if you could kindly assist to check and improve this situation. Thank you.

The hotel is not in the city center, but the bus stop is very close, and the bus takes you to the most central location in 12 minutes. The hotel is calm, set in green surroundings, and has a nice view from the windows.

One of my favorite hotels in Grenoble. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Also, the hotel has an AMAZING restaurant! Bravo et Merci!
