The access arrangements for driving to the hotel are terrible; very confusing roads & poor signage. At check-in - on Sunday - I asked the staff about alternative food options as the restaurant was closed. They were not helpful in identifying anything. BUT I looked on internet and saw that there was a nice boulongerier next door - 5 minute walk! I bought a nice lunch there. The food that was offered for dinner at the hotel was terrible (vegetarian risotto). I should have bought 2 meals at the boulongerier!! Finally, the room did not even have USB plugs for direct charging of phones. This is the 21st century - this hotel needs a renovation!!

Bon séjour malgré un réveil matinal à cause d’un bruit semblable à un aspirateur à partir de 4h du matin

de passage pour une nuit sur Grenoble, l'hotel est confortable et calme, tout est ok niveau chambre. Juste un peu surpris par l'entrain à vouloir encaisser de la part du service (chambre, bar et restaurant).

La direction a donc demandé aux équipes de faire régler notre clientèle auprès de chaque service. Nous sommes désolés si cette incident vous a offensé.
