They didn’t clean my room. The staff are very unfriendly and rude. They barely speak English I don’t think they’re the right person for the job. I got shouted at for a misunderstanding with the breakfast and not a single apology. Instead I was greeted with rudeness and words behind my back in French. Muttering under the breath and stuff, when they know I don’t speak the language. I was corporative and apologetic the whole time for my mistake but not once did he try to apologise for his rudeness or shouting. So yeah, very bad experience. I had no toilet tissue for a whole day because they didn’t clean the room or empty my bins. Awful experience.

« High » price for what it gives, not even the bare minimum was met… shower was dirty and i found hairs in it. Breakfast is really the minimum. Contacted the hotel for allergies for the breakfast not even got an answer… and urine smell in the hallway and i could hear the flushing toilet of the common toilets from my room even if i had the bathroom inside

The room was not clean when we arrived. The bed sheets were very dirty, with a large blood stain on them. On the second day, the bed was made using the same stained sheet without changing it. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
