Very nice resort everything was great and unforgettable,, hope to visit again , kids club staff were very friendly with the kids and also the resort has plenty of activities for kids , also adults and couples can enjoy there moments, the beach is clean , but i think the breakfast buffet should be arranged more well

This hotel has everything you wish for. The room was clean and nice the activities that seemed endless are also really great and even if you just want to hang out at the pool and relax even there it was super nice and clean. The food is great the service is great and the personal assistants that you get the for the whole holidays are great too! ( ours were shadi and Hillary)

We have just come back from a week at Rixos Premium Tekirova and honestly couldn't fault a thing. We arrived fairly late on a Saturday evening, and from the very start, the staff exceeded our expectations. Our luggage was taken from our cab and we were told it would be delivered to our room. We were greeted by a lovely lady who got us checked in and directed us to Peoples Restaurant, their 24 hour Restaurant. It had a great selection and was just what we needed after a long day of travelling. We went to our room after this and the first thing we were hit by was the cool air conditioning, a must!! The two bedroom garden suite was fantastic with plenty of space, comfie beds and the pillows were a dream! The mini bar is a great touch and tipped up daily. We were added to a whatsapp group and the communication was great! We had beachntowels delivered to our room daily The food selection was gorgeous and there was always something for everyone. The poolside waiters on skates were great and kept us topped up with drinks all day. The evening entertainment at the lotus bar was fun and the staff there friendly and accommodating. All in all, we had a fantastic time! Thank you Rixos!

A superb vacation! We had it at Rixos Premium Tekirova for 9 days with my wife. Even if the first two days it was also raining a little bit, we had plenty to do in the hotel while it rained without getting bored at all. A lot of this is also due to Merve and Yağmur who assisted us throughout the whole vacation in giving us all the information we needed every day and to solve the things we needed in the shortest time. Due to the overnight flight we had, we arrived at the hotel a little before 7 AM, (check in was normally at 2:00 PM) but we were invited to have breakfast and then we were given a small tour of the resort, so that we knew from the beginning what and where we would find in the resort, and at 9:30AM we were already informed that we had our room ready. (This we thought was very nice on their part, that they didn't keep us until 2:00PM to give us our room). On top of that, the view from the room was marvelous over the beach and the sea! We could see the sunrise directly from the balcony in case we didn't feel like going down to the beach in the morning. Every day there were sports activities organized throughout the day, so if we didn't feel like getting in the sea or the pool, or getting a tan, we could do all kinds of sports. As for the food, before we went on this vacation we had read some reviews that the hotel served the same food every day... but from the experience we had at Rixos Sungate in 2010 we could not really believe that, and after arriving here we saw that it is totally untrue! Honestly, we could have stayed here for a whole month and eaten something different every day, so varied and rich is the food offer. Plus, there are several A' la Carte restaurants with very good food. Also for a dessert or cappuccino between meals I recommend Patisserie Art. In conclusion, we enjoyed very much the vacation we had at Rixos Premium Tekirova and I think it was worth choosing this resort for our summer vacation!

All was well until our luggage disappeared from the luggage room

Our family learned a hard lesson of hotel’s response when things don’t go as planned. We had a pleasant family vacation at Rixos and things went wrong when we were getting into our taxi to the airport. My brother’s suitcase disappeared from the hotel’s luggage room and no one had any answers for us. Hotel manGemnet kept “reviewing their cameras’ footage” without any answers. We ended up leaving to catch our flight without any answers from the hotel management. The bag was miraculously discovered at the airport lost and found after my brother left the country. The hotel then requested that my brother writes a letter stating he forgot his bag at the airport so that the bag could be released to the hotel management. And now, 2 weeks later, the hotel’s assistant manager Nadal Sikar is ghosting us and we have no way of knowing how to get our personal property back. So…if you decide to stay here, be prepared that if things go wrong there will be little to none customer service to help you.
