We booked a Pool Suite and are so glad we did. The location of the room was perfect for our family, situated right next to the kids' club and within easy reach of the slides and splash park. Having these facilities so close by made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages for us was being able to use the Veranda Restaurant. We loved the more private and relaxed atmosphere for both breakfast and dinner when we weren't dining in the à la carte restaurants. It really added something special to our holiday experience. The only downside we found with the Pool Suite was the lack of poolside food and drink service. We feel that being able to order drinks and snacks directly to the sunbeds or room terrace would greatly enhance the experience and make it feel even more luxurious. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend the Pool Suite, especially for families with young children.

Lovely stay at the hotel offering a great family holiday. Friendly and generally attentive staff. Great selection of food in the Turquoise restaurant but unable to book other restaurants - that was both disappointing and frustrating . Facilities really good and loved the gardens. Water park was a particularly enjoyed facility along with the pools. Beach a bit disappointing as it was pretty rocky getting into the sea. Loved the beach side bars and lunch offerings.

We traveled as a family of 12 ranging in age from 11 months old to 72 years old, we have been to Rixos hotels before so booked this resort expecting the usual fabulous service but the meal booking system lets this hotel down massively. My parents paid £27000 to take us away to celebrate many occasions, my wedding anniversary, my brothers birthday and my fathers retirement. We enjoyed pool days with lots of activities to keep everyone entertained but al a carte meals that we were entitled to were impossible to book. We had to complain and email several times a day to manage to ensure a reservation, this was very stressful and left us disappointed in an experience that was supposed to be magical and full of life long memories The assistant manager was very kind and helped my family to secure bookings in all four restaurants, we would like to thank him, he is a credit to Rixos

It was just satisfactory stay following very high expectations of the hotel. Few points to consider: -Sparkling wine absolutely terrible- cheapest Prosecco would have been much better - as we only swim in the sea it has been shockingly ruined by thick sways of small bits of domestic litter and large pieces of plastic, paper and other debris. It ruined the last 3 days of our stay. When it has been reported, only 1 person got sent to pick a few larger bits of debris not making a big impact. Other people commented’ like swimming in the sewer’ , which is acceptable for a blue flag beach. I would recommend to communicate with the hotels and authorities in Mallorca to learn from their experience , as there they have small sweeper boats scooping litter of the surface of the water. This was at 4* hotel not even 5* - another point which had a very negative impact on our stay- à la carte restaurant booking system- absolutely impossible to book. Only after complaining about it, I was given a reservation in the restaurant which was occupied only at about 60-70 % at the time. Overall all the key benefits of the hotel- drinks, beach, à la carte restaurants have been very disappointing.

Great stay, good pool side service. Beautiful picturesque views. Great entertainment & cocktails. Kids very well entertained, only down side some of the clubs run by people who don’t communicate English and say much or help. Lots of variety of things to do, concierge very helpful organising taxis and medicines.

Family holiday well enjoyed by us all. Staff very friendly and able to have a chat. The grounds well kept and the food delicious. Our room in the garden area clean and tidy. Our only issue was the à la carte reservations. A bit of a pain trying to get on the app at 10am. It either said error constantly as everyone trying to access at the same time or when you finally did get in it said they were full. I feel there needs to be a better system but did manage to try a couple

The hotel was amazing, staff attentive, Roxy club brilliant! Unfortunately I caught gastroenteritis while on holiday and ended up missing 5 days of my holiday as had to go into hospital. The English doctors believe it could be contaminated water but this is ongoing. Special appreciation goes to a lovely server Bernadette, she was warm, friendly and very welcoming! Also a lovely lady by the pool who gave us our towels each morning and cleaned the area. Very nice and chatty. The pool guy was also lovely and always greeted us with warmth! The staff work so hard and were so nice.

The service experience was not the standard expected. Drinks were often not refilled, Russian quests seemed to be prioritised over English, rooms were poorly cleaned, soaps not refilled, not enough clean towels for 1 per person etc. Booking system for restaurants was poor and often full even though tables were empty, seemed it was more about lack of staff. Staff around the hotel dont seem happy, impression was they are overworked. Grounds of hotel were lovely and kids club is fantastic but the service at the hotel and general feel of how you were viewed really let this hotel and experience down. We stayed in room 5129, lights were hanging out of the celing, wires from mirror lighting were on show and room seemed dated.

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel, with some excellent staff and facilities, but there are definitely areas that could be improved. The night reception staff were not very accommodating when we arrived. Although our rooms were ready, they seemed quite unbothered and not particularly welcoming after a long journey. The kids club, however, was absolutely amazing — easily the best we have experienced at any hotel. The staff there were fantastic and made the holiday really enjoyable for the children. One major disappointment was the à la carte restaurants. Booking was almost impossible. Reservations opened at 10am and were fully booked within minutes — by 10:02 everything was gone, which was very frustrating. The kids’ swimming pool area could also be improved, as there were no drinks available apart from water. On the positive side, housekeeping was very good throughout our stay, the entertainment team did a great job, and we especially loved the sports bar. The main food hall was good overall, but the menu lacked variety and could definitely offer more choice from day to day. Despite a few frustrations, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the efforts of many of the staff members.

The hotel is beautiful and the kids club and entertainment are fantastic, with lots for both adults and kids to do all day. Pool staff and main hotel staff are very attentive, but the main reception could often be quite rude. My main issue was with the food being cold! including scramble eggs and pink chicken. A few times we had to leave dishes, this needs to be addressed urgently!

Overall experience was good and it is beautiful hotel with breathe taking views. But unfortunately there was no information how to navigate in the hotel (not mentioned the Lumin app even, this is strange). Room itself had problem with door handle, mirror not working etc. A bit strange that you have to say many times that you have problem that water not going away. Service was also 50/50 motivated and not motivated or not speaking English.

Lots of places to explore and activities to do, bar service and quality of drinks were to a high standard, great variety of food and restaurants.

Spent a week here on holiday, it was absolutely brilliant, the staff were lovely and attentive were constantly helping and offering us drinks. The service was immaculate everyone was so polite. Food was delicious drinks were lovely.

Everything was excellent: the food was outstanding, drinks were top quality, service was impeccable, and all the à la carte restaurants were perfect. Every detail felt thoughtful and premium. A special mention to Rixy Kids Club — an absolutely fantastic place for children. The variety of activities is impressive: robotics, art, dance, ceramics and so much more. It’s not just a kids club, but a creative and inspiring space where children are genuinely engaged and happy. Our child loved it! Rixos Premium Tekirova exceeded our expectations, and this early season experience convinced us we would happily come back again. Highly recommended!
