Been Here now 3th time and it’s a real pleasure to be treated like like only Rixos-employees van do! Starting at the entrance of the premisse until you leave nothing is too much asked! The food in all the restaurants and bars is super delicious

My wife and I just just returned from our 10th stay at the amazing Rixos Sharm El Sheikh , we are already looking forward to our return next year. We are now picked up from the airport by car which is perfect after a long flight. Once at the hotel it is so nice being recognised and hearing “ welcome back “. We must give a very special mention to the manager of the Palm Restaurant Mohamed Degwi . He makes us and others feel so welcome, always checking that we are ok . His staff are always so attentive and do everything to make you feel special. We would also like to give a special mention to Michelle a server in the reception bar for remembering us and looking after us . I could go on and on about how amazing it is but for anyone looking for perfect weather in a perfect location I 100% recommend the Rixos

This was our tenth time here,and it is as good know as it was our first time. The food was good and the service from all the staff was excellent. A big thank you to Abdalla our house keeper room 4042 very nice young man and nothing was to much trouble for him just ask and he was there for you. Another person that stud out as always was Ahmed Hamdy the man thats drives the little buggies around always has a smile and says hello. The restaurant's manager always comes round asking if our meal was OK, sorry I forgot his name. It's nice to stay at one hotel and have the use of two. Can't wait to get back there again,a big thanks to ALL the staff for Another great holiday.

We really enjoyed staying at Rixos sharm. Staff and receptionist are so lovely, polite and helpful. The shuttle bus driver so polite and helpful. Food amazing, different choice for everyone. Room services are the best. Different programs every day. I differently come back another time. Well recommended.
