We stayed here during the easter break with our two boys. The family XXL rooms are large and spacious. Def' recommend this hotel to families.

Hello, I was hoping for a stellar experience at the hotel, as I have already come to the restaurant many times. I am Parisian and I was hosting a friend of mine who was visiting Paris, and wanted to make a girls' weekend of it, with interconnecting rooms. The rooms were clean but that's about it. Having the coat hanger right above the coffee machine didn't make any sense to me, as winter coats are long and it's gross to have your coat brush against your coffee cups! I couldn't find the USB charging plugs by the bed, which was super annoying. There were plugs in the middle of my room, on the floor. Again, makes no sense. These are all tiny details compared to the one big complaint I had about the mattress. I was sleeping in a double bed and there was a huge dip in the middle. That's probably the worst thing for a hotel: a bad mattress. It was probably worn out and I don't know how housekeeping could have missed that whilst making the bed. I literally sunk in the middle and woke up with a bad back! Then last but not least, the staff at the reception desk misunderstood how I wanted to pay the bill, and my poor friend whom I was supposed to host, paid a lot more than expected. So, in short: Seems great on the outside but there is a troubling lack of attention to detail. This is confirmed by the state of the toilets on the ground floor. I still love the rooftop restaurant though and the staff there is amazing. I'm not going to come back for a stay at the hotel anymore, nor will I recommend it.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Mama Shelter West Paris. The hotel is trendy and the staff very helpfull. Food is also of great quality from breakfast buffet to lunch and dinner. Location is perfect when coming for business at the exhibition center Porte de Versaille.
