I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Special thanks to Manager Jayme, who was super hospitable and made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I also loved the food at Edge Bar! Everything we tried was delicious, but my absolute favorite was the chicharon bulaklak, so tasty and definitely a must-try! 😋 Overall, a fantastic experience with great service, amazing food, and wonderful staff. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again. ❤️

This hotel has the perfect location since it is situated within the Araneta complex. I watched a 2-day concert and it was really convenient for me since I was a few steps from the coliseum. The room was just right for me and I was able to move freely. The room was clean and didn't have any bad smell. I really appreciate the availability of water in the hallway as it was very convenient to get any time of the day. The only hiccup that I encountered was that due to the heavy rains, water spilled thru the window of my room. The housekeeper was there to help me immediately and I was very thankful to her. I would really recommend this hotel especially if you have business near Cubao area.

When I first entered my room on the first night, I found several flies not only in the bathroom but also in the room. The bath mat also had dark stains on it, and some of the towels in the bathroom were worn and frayed at the edges. The water pressure was very low, and since the sink was located outside the bathroom, right next to the bed, water would easily splash onto the floor beside the bed whenever I washed my face or brushed my teeth. Overall, the room layout and bathroom facilities were quite inconvenient. On the morning of my second day, I informed the front desk about the flies before leaving for my scheduled activities. However, when I returned to the hotel that evening, I found that the issue had not been addressed at all. Even the dead insects that I had killed myself were still there, and when I opened the bathroom door, there were still flies inside. I therefore requested a room change immediately. I appreciated that the staff accommodated my request without hesitation, but I was disappointed with how the original complaint had been handled. As I was staying for four nights and had already unpacked all of my belongings, having to pack everything again and move to another room was quite inconvenient and tiring. Looking back, I also feel that it was unfortunate that the hotel simply apologized for the inconvenience without any further follow-up regarding the issue. At the time, I was on a very busy business trip and did not have the time or energy to raise the matter further. I hope the hotel will pay greater attention to room cleanliness, maintenance, and the handling of guest complaints in the future.
