As always, we truly enjoyed our staycation. The staff are very nice, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back to this hotel. The location is also great—just a few steps from the mall. The bed and pillows are very comfortable as well. Special kudos to Sir Jem who assisted us during check-in and was very accommodating in showing us the family room. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

the opened roof was linked to my room even the window was closed, cannot open the curtains. the security reason, I was not confortable to sleep over the night.
