We enjoyed our stay at the ibis Styles Araneta! The room was clean when we arrived, colorful, and everything was in place. The food in Le Bistro was great; I guess the seating is a little cramped inside, especially for guests with kids. Great options at the buffet area as well. The lighting at the pool area (flashing) can trigger epileptic episodes or seizures or migraines to others so please rethink that. I understand for pool parties it’s more fun to use; but maybe steady, colorful or neon unblinking lights would be a better alternative.

Easy to get to and love that it connects to Gateway mall. The facilities are amazing, especially the gym and the co-working space, which is 24/7 open -- was able to have online meetings with international clients. Food is also wonderful, lots of choices and there's also an option to venture into the mall. As for the room, the AC was not turned on when I got to the room and the lamp was dusty. Would appreciate it if I'm greeted with a cool room after hours of travelling. As for the dusty lamp, not much of an issue for me, however, some people might have severe allergies, so be more thorough in cleaning. I really liked that guests have convenient access to water refills! Last but not the least, the staff were accommodating and welcoming. The security staff were very helpful when it came to handling luggage and giving directions. It was a great stay overall. Will book again.

The birthday surprise was so cute! Absolutely love the interior and amenities. Almost everything was clean and it was a comfortable stay aside from the aircon issue. The aircon seems challenging to navigate, it turns off automatically that we needed to ask for assistance. The engineer kindly explained how the aircon works and how to navigate it properly. Good job for prompt response for guests' concerns.
There are things that needs improvement and these are some kind suggestions:
1) You should put handsoap in the comfort room for convenience as well. Not just in the shower area.
2) For hygienic purposes, as much as we want to be eco-friendly as much as possible, there should be trash bags inside the trash bins for ease of cleaning of dry & wet waste. You could choose to use eco-friendly trashbags instead of none at all.
3) More hooks should be attached to the wall for hanging of clothes or at least an additional bar towel rack.
4) The sink area. A bar towel rack at the side of the sink area would be more convenient for easy access of hand drying towel.
5) The lower layer of the bedside table was dusty it should be cleaned more thoroughly.
Hope you consider some of these suggestions in a positive light.

I book my hotel stay more than one month ' Im glad I get a discount..but I gave 8 points only for the reason that I was disappointed a bit since it was clear that I made reservafion for 2 nights face to face at the reception staff my advance booking is 2 days but she just nofe one night..Its good I double check prior to my check in 3 days before...The guy from the back office told me it was only one day .and he fix it...anyways I hopw this wont happen again in the future as I love my stay so quier my bed is good and over all Im sfill coming back...
