Our company stayed for our plenary and the hotel has a nice location, connected to a mall. The room is excellent. Clean and spacious, well thought off. We got the family room btw. The people in the lobby are polite. The pool is nice! I will love to bring my kids there too.

It was a good experience for us. Staff are courteous and helpful except the one at the reception when we checked in named John who doesn't seem to know what he's doing or he's just preoccupied with other tasks. He was asking for payment even when I mentioned it was already paid and I have done my online check in prior. He asked for the payment confirmation but he should have checked your system first. That wasn't a good check in experience for us.
