the room was fine on the 16th floor and its my second time to stay in your hotel....first time was dec 15th and miss nelle check me in.....and same ms nelle also january 7th....

ok and i hope in the future you have weighing scales inside the rooms many hotels in the philippines they have weighing scales inside the room....big hotels last time dec 12 i stayed in golden phoenix hotel and they have one iside the room. my first time stay i booked it through booking.com as henius level 3 and i think i wasn't upgraded.... and the seond time i booked it through accor app and as a new member, maybe i can collect more points everytime i stay...same like when i stay at marriott , hilton, hyatt and iHG , BWH hotels and resorts....

Good location. They also allowed us to stay in one floor so accessibility to family members was easy. Good breaksfast buffet as well and the staff assigned at Streats are friendly and accomodating. The staff assigned at the front desk are also helpful. Shout out to Miguel for allowing me to check in early so that when I returned after picking up my mother from the airport, the rooms are already ready. The check out is also a breeze and the separate line for Accor members and Non-Accor members for check-in is a plus.

I have stayed at Ibis Araneta multiple times since its opening due mainly to its price and location. I love that it's attached to the Gateway Mall so I can go to the shops and restaurants without even needing to go out on the road. Staff are always friendly and courteous especially the guards stationed at the door on Level 4

Great customer service by front desk staff, door security and housekeeping. Room was neat, shower could have been cleaned more esp the corners, tiles/grout had dark stains.
