We booked 1 junior suite and 1 deluxe, the rooms became available by 4:30pm. We were disappointed. 1st, booked in suites should have a separate check in counter. They should be given special treatment bec suite rooms cost more than deluxe rooms. 2nd, we decided to spend our NEW YEAR celeb there to see the fireworks w/o restrictions like you cannot go in the area of sunset bar unless it's 11pm. Though we had our dinner at Le bar & inhouse guests, we should not be restricted to go there. The sunset bar dinner should have a line or baricate for diners there but the area should be accessible to inhouse guests. So by 11pm, everyone from spiral diners and le bar and inhouse guests are being lined up to be able to go in the area of fireworks. It's not a friendly idea. I hope next time it is not like that anymore.

I enjoyed my 6 days quarantine at Sofitel Manila, all staffs are friendly, accommodating and helpful. They make my stay easy and comfortable. The room was excellent specially their amenities. Lots of food choices and all are delicious. I would like to commend Cannon Capiral and his colleagues for making a good job, they are all helpful and patient with all my needs. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you again and see you soon.

Reservations team, Front Desk and Dining all not communicating. The staycation I booked for my family wasnt as smooth as I expect it to be. I have high expectations for Sofitel PhiLippines, as I love using Sofitel brands wherever I go.

I didn’t expect that we are on the same floor with those who are in quarantine. It would be much appreciated if we are on the same floor with our children since we reserved early. Together with my husband stayed on the 9th floor and our children stayed on the 8th floor.

We booked an overnight stay to celebrate my birthday last week. I am shocked at how bad the service is now at Sofitel. They gave us our rooms past check-in time, we could not reach anyone on the phone, and were told it would take 45 minutes to send plates and canned drinks to our room. Absolutely nothing was done to make up for the poor service during our stay, just a half-hearted apology. I reached out by email afterwards to express my disappointment and unsurprisingly I received no response. I am a long-time Accor member and this used to be my hotel of choice in Manila. Not anymore.

Kakaiba ang amoy ng entrance. Sabi ng reception dahil daw sa pintura? I don't know pero hinde amoy pintura yun. Yung upuan sa room nagbabak-bak yung faux leather na kumakapit sa damit yung black coating. Ilang beses ako tumatawag sa service nila pero ang sabi naka skeletal work force daw sila kaya matagal sagutin so okay lang. Pero ang di ko matangap eh yung parking. Napaka layo at iikot ka pa palabas ulit para lang ibaba mo yung kasama mo pati gamit mo. Napagalitan pa ako ng striktong guwardiya nila kasi daw hinde daw ako pwede bumalik sa "two way" entrance/exit kailangan daw umikot ako palabas para maka park pabalik after ko ibaba ang wife ko and few things sa lobby nila. Internet was sooooo slow, the whole time I'm working I have to use my mobile data just so I could work. Not good for staycation neither for business stay.

Excellent in doing business with all services. Front desk are vey soft spoken and cheerful. Good food quiet area, nice views especially at night and excellent locations .Bus services are really excellent talking too and showing about Manila on the way to the airport are very interesting which I am not familiar. Enjoyed staying and keep up the good work.God bless everyone!!!!

The quality of stay was lower, before the pandemic, the staycations here are awesome. Room cleanliness is poor, we found nuts and gumball on the floor that is most probably from the previous guests since we didn't have any.

The frontdesk staffs are very accomodating especially Roseville who facilitated our checkin and Eli during our checkout. Generally, we had a very good and fun filled experience during our stay despite of the pandemic.

Not happy with my stay in the hotel for the following reasons: 1. I tried many times to call the front desk or reception but to no avail. Is there really somebody sitting in there to answer the call ? 2. The main course has only 4 choices, if you stay for 7 days especially if you are in quarantine, you will eat the same food for 7 days.

I specifically chose Sofitel hotel for the 7 days quarantine period in Manila because of its balcony to ensure I will be able to breathe some freash air during my stay and it didn't disappoint because both ambiance and food are quite very good.

My room assignment was what I requested and thank you for that, made my one week quarantine bearable and enjoyable and everyone put their 2cents to make it better esp. Nina, the manager on duty on my last 2 days. 2 negative points were the food, first breakfast was horrible although it got better everyday but not excellent and to think that I am paying for a suite room, it’s good I did not choose full board I probably would have regretted it. Anyway I am sure I would choose this hotel again if I can have the same room with the view.

We are a family of 5 (with 3 very young kids/toddler); and quarantining at the Sofitel after a long flight was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! They were very accommodating, since we can’t be together in 1 room, they put us in connecting rooms; since they do not have a microwave for our baby’s bottle sterilisation, they provided a bottle steriliser instead; though we didn’t request for an awesome view of the city and the bay, we got it! We love it that we have our balconies, just to get fresh air once in a while; we love that they provided us a JR. Suite with a separate living room, dining area, mini kitchen, and our bathroom had a tub, to make it easier to bathe our young kids/toddler. They are also one of the few quarantine hotels who allowed food deliveries from the outside instead of just eating from their menu, this is a big deal because we have to stay there for 7 days. Their daily breakfasts were great as well, it came with the room rate, it was a full continental breakfast, and they gave us daily for 5 persons. We love the Sofitel even before, but i didn’t think they are going to be great even for those who are quarantining; a few comments we would say is how difficult it is to call the concierge, maybe because of high volume of calls? And maybe improve their coordination with guests on where the food should be delivered, and where stuff should be picked up, because it kept on changing all through out our stay. But anyway, me and my family had the best stress free, quarantine stay at the Sofitel, they helped us adjust with the time zone easily because of the comfort and warmth that they have given us... thank you very much! This is our second quarantine hotel as I’ve been traveling back and forth to the West even during this pandemic, and they are definitely incomparable to the other hotel/s that I have experienced and heard from others.
