overall great experience, I love the room, the staff have been very helpful and proactive. If there's one thing probably that I would comment on, is the fact that there's limited to watch on TV as there's no Netflix or something similar.

Had a pleasant experience during our Check In ( Front Desk Rico) and Check out (I was not able to get the name of the FD Officer) . Swift service. Attentive staff at Mireio during our breakfast and Dinner. there was a minor error in charging my Credit Card for another customer, but this rectified even before I complained.

Got property buy poorly managed

1. I had my shirt laundered. The staff couldn't locate it, and it were extremely unresponsive when I was following up. I had to take the initiative and follow-up five times, and had to complain all the way to the manager before I got any action. 2. Not enough staff at the lobby. Checking in and out, were very slow. I would expect this from Fairmont, but not from Raffles. 3. Despite being a guest in the hotel, the front desk told us we couldn't use the Writers' Lounge, despite no apparent booking. It was unclear if the staff were lazy / unwilling to take initiative. 4. Given what I was paying (highest for Makati / BGC), the value for money is poor. I get better service at the Shangrila or Peninsula.

It is the 2nd time staying at Raffles in Manila. The room is in excellent condition and bed very comfortable, the welcome fruits and chocolates are always a nice treat! I rated them 9 because the breakfast at Spectrum can be quite busy--I already had my food--but still no coffee on the table. Note to self--will take the breakfast at Mireo instead of Spectrum on future stays. Also, the wi-fi was not working, I reported it right away, but still got fixed the next day. No big deal.

i stayed at both raffles makati and shangrila bgc and the service comparison is night and day. Raffles staff are attentive and quick to respond. I didn't have to check to see if any of my request are being handled because they were all handled in a very timely manners.
