From booking to checkin and onto the room, until late checkout, everything was good. First time we tried this hotel and we're impressed, we'll come back soon with more family members to enjoy the experience. For the Mireio restaurant, the food is ok, but there's certain food that we ordered that we're not just as we expected like the pancakes - its so thick and pudding like, we like it fluffy, the wanton soup - its bland, we also need more options, like there is no Tocino option!

This is my second stay at Raffles. I’m very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning did not work, there’s an oily food smell throughout my room and my shower did not give hot water. These are inconveniences I reported to the management. While the AC was addressed, the others were not. I had to wait for 20 to 30 minutes for the shower and eventually gave up. It got worst in my last 4 days. The bad smell lingered and although a scented device was installed, it did not work. I’m deeply disappointed that a luxury hotel could not provide the most basic services.

I booked a weekend stay to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it definitely was a memorable weekend. Check-in was a breeze. We were surprised with an upgrade to a Legacy suite! Yay! The hotel is beautiful and the room was so impressive! The food and drinks at Mireio and at the lobby were great! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Abby, at the front desk, was so helpful. I’d like to commend Butlers John and Ken for being so attentive and for making my husband’s birthday extra special. Thank you so much! This was the best hotel experience we’ve had so far and one experience we will truly cherish and remember. We will definitely be back soon!
