I had the privilege of staying at this hotel 7 years ago and it left a memorable impression. Hence, why I booked it again when I returned to the Philippines recently. Needless to say, you get everything you expect from a Raffles hotel. The service is impeccable. Butler service was very impressive and he was able to honor my requests regardless of the time of day! But it doesn't just stop at the butler. The warmth of the entire staff takes the experience to something that is hard to put into words. Every member greeted me by name, with a smile, and with the willingness to help with anything I needed. They were thoroughly invested in making sure guests not only enjoyed their stay in the hotel but also ways to enjoy the Philippines. Even during busy times, their smiles and warmth didn't waver. They made sure to meet guests where they were and respect what they wanted out of their experience in the hotel. To Miss Kai and Don at the Long Bar, thank you for your kindness, warmth and impeccable service. To Erika, Kim and my Butler Isah, thank you ou for creating another core memory in the Philippines. The team is what makes this hotel! Till we meet again Raffles! MABUHAY!

Excellent yet almost perfect. Had a wonderful stay. Staff are welcoming, made us very comfortable. We appreciate their thoughtful touches to celebrate our milestone. We noticed however that there were flying insects (at least one fruit fly & mosquito) at the Writers Bar. Although it didn't bother us, please consider measures keep them out as some guests may react negatively.

I had issues with TV streaming & room phones during my last stay so I emailed Raffles ahead this time & they blocked my preferred room for me this time, which was amazing. I booked airport shuttle both ways & both pick up and drop off were seamless & courteous. Check in was fast and friendly but because I arrived before 11 am, I had a wait a couple hours before my room was ready which is no big deal & I had activities already planned. First I went to Willow Stream spa to see if I can reschedule my last afternoon massage to around noon & they were able to accommodate. I went to Mireio afterwards for their Sunday bunch & it was amazing just like last time. My room was ready at this point but I walked over to Landmark mall, using the underground passage, for money exchange first before going back to reception to get my room keys. Lagacy suite was clean and spacious, butlers were amazing with ironing a few shirts, arranging in suite afternoon tea, helping me accept Grab food deliveries, and ordering in suite dining for dinner. Special thank you to Sebastian & Mark! Everyone within the hotel were friendly and even greet me using my name as I walk by them. It feels like home away from my home & I would continue to stay here when in Manila.

This was an exceptional and memorable experience from. From the friendly greeting at the Fron door to the attentive and graceful service provided by the front desk and hotel staff. I have been staying at the Raffles Makati every trip that we make to the Philippines, and I find the very best service of service.
