Made us wonder why it took us so long to come back

It's only now that we realized that we haven't been back since 2019. Excellent service from start to end, and we can say that what we paid was definitely worth it. The only reason we're not giving this a 10 is because there were slight misses from the In-Room Dining Service (did not pull out the food cart until the next day despite 2 calls to request for pull-out) and breakfast buffet waitstaff (took our drinks orders but the orders never arrived). We were also told that our room was being upgraded to a 1-BR without additional charge, before check-in, which added to our excitement, only to find out upon check-in that there has been no change in our room category. These are not dealbreaker misses, but they do diminish from the luxury staycation experience we were looking forward to.

Always a great dining experience to celebrate my birthday here at Mireo. We ordered the Prime rib steak and red snapper for mains. Mireo staff Sarah was great all through out the dinner service. She’s sweet girl for bringing me a cake for my birthday.
