I stayed at Fairmont for a quarantine period and the hotel staff were amazing. They offer luxury package with workout equipment and are attentive with your meal needs and sensitivities. I highly recommend a suite if it's within your budget - as it was the closest thing to home.

Great location. Friendly staff. Hotel has an intimate feel since it is smaller compared to the Fairmont (Raffles is attached to the Fairmont) or any other hotels in the area.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property and we are always impressed by what a fantastic team Raffles Makati have when it comes to exceptional customer service. We stay in some of the best hotels available and Raffles Makati service is second to none. The Executive suite we stayed in was, as always, spacious clean and decorated to a high standard. Our Butler Dennis who looked after us during our stay was very professional and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Two other noteworthy staff were Kristine on the front desk who helped me with various requests including a late check out, which was much appreciated, and Ricky in the Writers Bar who looked after my wife for High Tea and me when the cocktails were flowing. Each were excellent with their service but the combination as a strong and clearly we led team was the most impressive memory I will take away and it is what will bring me back.

Good pleasant personnel services. I have enjoyed my stay here for the second time. The facilites are admirable. My only minor regret is that : (a) there needs to be two benches or stool stand for two occupants' luggage to lay on; (b) unfortunately, the shower door doesn't fit tightly enough to prevent water from flowing out.

Spent our 38th Wedding Anniversary with an overnite stay on 31 Jan 2020. Did my reservation through Agoda for two Jr Suites because we had another couple who joined us for this memorable staycation. The staff provided us world-class service most especially Kathryn, Jessa and Regina. Kathryn also arranged a bubble bath, chocolates and a bottle of wine in our room. Our dinner at Mireo with our guests (4 pax) was excellent as well as the high tea at the Writers Bar and cocktails at the Long Bar afterwards. I will definitely return and highly recommend to friends and relatives.

I'd like to commend the staffs for giving us the best service from front office to Sales person. To kitchen from F and B service. We are grateful to have our wedding in this property. Everyone did a very good job on our 2 nights stay at the exec suite in raffles and junior suite in Fairmont. The food was absolutely delicious. We are well taken cared of. Kudos to all of you. Definitely we will be back!

My family Had a good stay at raffles. Food and perks are great however my request upon arrival was not met i mention in special request section to book a room on the 10th floor, and prepare something for my mothers birthday since we are celebrating it there .I made sure may request was clear as i also called raffles the night i booked online. Tyra from the front desk ensure that the request are confirm and okay. Upon arrival at 4pm. The room is not available and still cleaning by housekeeping as per front desk room on 10th was not reserved. It took us several hrs to transfer on the designated room i think that was 7pm. Upon arrival at the room, no birthday perks executed.

We checked in last Feb 01 for an overnight stay before coming back to Singapore. The room and in-room dining is superb! We really had a pampered stay. My hubby likes the Grilled New-Zealand lamb chops and the kare-kare is the best I had so far. The staff especially Ms. Jessa Osorio is very accommodating! She really made us feel better and special! The other staff who assisted us were very helpful and promptly gave us what we needed. But at the time we arrived, no one assisted us to take the luggages out from the car trunk though they were not that busy! Good thing though that when we were finally assisted by Ms. Jessa then everything went well. Raffles Hotel is now our choice hotel to stay while in Manila. We really had a relaxing stay! Thank you and keep up the good work!

The interior design for the suite rooms on the 9th and 10th floors is quite nice. 60 sqm for Junior Suite rooms is a good size. Having stayed at the Raffles in Singapore in 1986, I have been very happy with the services and amenities. The Afternoon Tea Service and complimentary use of the Writer’s Bar set the Raffles experience apart from that of most other Manila hotels. Having a choice of local newspapers delivered to the suite rooms should be continued. I have never liked electronic access to the papers as is the new policy at Raffles for 2020. Including a second breakfast entree for complimentary meals at Mireio Restaurant would be smart. The single entree provided is not filling enough for many guests, as attested to by the lack of customers in that restaurant as compared to the buffet restaurant off of the lobby that is always quite full.

spacious room but very dated chairs sofas cupboards. most appalling was how basic the toilet seat you used. baron travel delivered a poor museum tour recommended by your concierge. reception at willow stream was poor. mireio seemed to be most enjoyable but some of its chairs need renewal.

It was on point. Everything a highly rated hotel is. Friendly and accommodating staff from ground to room service. I was expecting a fresh fruits on arrival but instead there were filipino treats.
