Second time here and glad that I chose to stay here again. Jo, Franco and team went beyond for service. Even early check in is not guaranteed there was assurance that we can have a room earlier and was assisted by Franco. On the other hand, Jo helped me create a special set up for the room and got a special cake too. Food is always good as always. Just a little hiccup due to gym renovation but other than that it was a good experience. Thank you!

The customer service was really good. The breakfast selection was a bit lacking. Also, people need to pass by the buffet area before and after going to the pool. This causes water pools in front of the elevator. My senior citizen father slipped. It's a good thing that he was able to hold on to something so he didn't fall down.

It met the minimum expectations - clean room, good food, cordial employees. Failed to wow and meet expectations for Accor hotels. I was expecting a festive atmosphere and room as that was the promo package. But the room was ordinary. It didn't feel festive at all. I wasn't informed as well about the construction and that was disappointing as I was hoping to have a good view and Christmas feel. There was also a feel that my booking wasn't endorsed properly. They didn't get my request of a twin room (I had to correct it). I also heard the receptionist if a Festive Suite was booked and they responded no. It felt that everything was accomodated on the spot despite me booking a week ahead. I'm glad I got it for a promo as I'd be very disappointed if I paid full price for that experience.

The hotel's location helps us navigate around Ortigas and BGC for meetings. The view overlooking Rockwell was amazing. I had dinner at Tempus on my first night, seeing people going back and forth to the swimming pool was a bit of an inconvenience -- disrupting the whole dinner experience.

we booked this trip for our 3rd wedding anniversary. Initially we booked the city view king but was eventually upgraded to river view. Interestingly, we were assigned to room 1214 which is like the date of our wedding, Dec 14 :) The room was great! Clean crisp bed and beddings, his and her bathroom sink and a mini kitchen. Sofa was great and relaxing, my wife and I was able to sit back and bond over stuff while seeing the river view. For the breakfast, my wife and I noticed how salty some of the food was, or honestly it was a bit underwhelming, I know improvements can be made as we look forward in booking again with Novotel Acqua. Overall, it was a great experience! Thank you for making our 3rd anniversary stay relaxing and comfortable!
