For the location, The river next to the stay, was absolutely horrific. And the smell ruined the location. The ammenities were extremely small and full as both residents and guests share the one small pool. I asked for a towel so I could use the pool after they asked my room number. They then said they can’t give me a towel I need to go back to my room and grab my the towels which are my shower towel. Then once I get back to my room I can ask for new towels. The buffet being the only restaurant charging 1,000php for a breakfast and there wasn’t that much food was pretty disappointing The rooms were nice but there light was a light flickering in our room and I informed housekeeping which they said they would fix and nothing was done, the shower door didn’t shut properly causing water to leak out I did like however, the pillows were extremely comfortable, the size of the suites was great.

Location was a little isolated from shopping etc, getting a gran os eat enough. Unless it’s raining then the wait could be over an hour.

We recently celebrated our daughter Allyson’s 7th birthday at Novotel Manila Suites Acqua from May 23–24, 2026, and we truly had a memorable stay. This was our family’s first experience with Accor Hotels, and we booked this stay during the Travel Expo at SMX Mall of Asia — definitely one of the best decisions we made. We sincerely appreciate all the efforts of the hotel team. From the prompt and accommodating replies of the reservations team, the helpful assistance from the concierge and parking staff, the warm welcome at the check-in counter, up to the smooth and pleasant check-out experience — everyone served with genuine smiles and hospitality. One of the most touching moments was the birthday surprise prepared for Allyson in our suite room. Seeing the birthday greeting flashed on the TV, the balloons, towel cake arrangement, and the staff singing “Happy Birthday” with a small cake and lit candle made her feel very special. It was such a thoughtful gesture that our family will always remember. Our suite was very comfortable, and we had a very good night’s sleep. Allyson also enjoyed the swimming pool very much. We just hope there could be a shower area near the pool for added convenience. We also appreciated the assistance extended for our Grab food orders, the good breakfast selection, the additional coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine, and especially the late check-out granted until 2:00 PM. Overall, it was a wonderful and heartwarming stay. We truly felt cared for by your team. We hope Novotel Manila Suites Acqua continues to offer good stay deals in the future because we would definitely love to come back again. Thank you once again for making Allyson’s birthday celebration extra memorable for our family.

It was a nice stay and the staff was accommodating. I just hoped the food was better and with more selection and hotel supplies were already enough in the room instead of having to ask every now and then from room service
