The room was clean upon arrival, and I appreciate that it was available before the official check-in time. Unfortunately, the bed had a very loud squeaking issue that significantly affected my rest. I requested only one repair, as I did not want to spend more time coordinating between engineering and housekeeping, especially since I had work, meetings, and needed rest. While the repair temporarily helped, the issue returned, and at that point the bed or room should have been replaced rather than requiring further intervention. After the repair, I clearly instructed (and repeated) that all bedsheets be fully changed, as the bed had been handled during maintenance. Despite this, I returned to the room to find the same sheets simply tucked back in. This was unacceptable from a hygiene perspective and again required my time to resolve—time that should have been spent resting or preparing for work. The series of follow-ups, waiting, and re-coordination ultimately disrupted both my rest and work schedule. I had meetings to attend and needed recovery time, which I was unable to get due to avoidable service lapses. Late check-out was also very difficult to arrange, despite Platinum status. I understand it is subject to availability, but rooms were still available for booking, and I had to request multiple times before a 2:00 PM check-out was granted. Given the circumstances, greater flexibility would have been appreciated. Overall, the experience fell below expectations—not due to a single issue, but due to poor service coordination, missed instructions, and lack of consideration for guest time and comfort.

We made bookings on behalf of our international guests. Working with Ms. Mika Nepomuceno was great... she was very professional but accommodating. The room was nice, but not exceptionally clean nor well-stocked (no bath wash).

Staying at Novotel Acqua Manila is comfortable and feels like a second home. The hotel team is friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious with a modern apt feel. The location is close to Makati and Rockwell making it super convenient.
