Our 21st-floor meeting rooms will undergo major renovations from November 27, 2025 to the first week of February 2026, with works on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Reception is relocated to the ground floor. The In Balance Fitness Centre and View Deck on the 21st floor are fully operational as of December 17. We apologize for any inconvenience.

It was great the staff was accommodating day by day always on smiles and greeting every new guests, pool was over crowded at times,viewing deck was amazing with 180 degree view.

It’s a nice building with great views. But the room service have to do a much better job of the front desk have to on line with them to make sure that they’re satisfying their guest and not upset them cuz it takes too long almost an hour just to bring two plates and some toiletries stuffs to the room on botj nights and I had to call front desk twice to see if they forgot about my request. Cuz I have good experience with Novotel before which was the reason I booked with them again.

Pros: Quick checkin. room was already ready upon arriving so no waiting time. The floors are wood which i like as i prefer this vs fullly carpeted floors. There's a microwave. Late checkout. Good that the party at the 6th floor for NY eve is free. Cons: There's a whiff of cigarette smoke scent upon opening the door. We would have preferred a view of the rockwell properties but were given a view of the pool (Room 908). Small parking. Had to park outside the hotel.

The hotel in general was almost perfect, from the warm welcome in the lobby by the Security and Receptionist down to the cleaners. The buffet was great- there’s a variety of options to choose. Therefore my overall rate is 9.5.
