Staff and security are courteous and ready to assists always. The only complain is there was no parking available especially during peak days. There should be a dedicated parking/ 1 car on a per room basis. I cant understand why they ran out of parking space, unless they allowed 1 room to have multiple guest with multiple cars, which is unfair to other hotel guest.

From the moment we arrived at the Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua, the experience was nothing short of fun and homely. While the modern facilities and stunning views of the skyline are impressive for managed-suites location, it was the fantastic service by the team that sets this place apart. We were helped tremendously by Gelo and Alexa, who both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Their kindness and attention to detail were evident in every interaction; they didn’t just provide service, they provided genuine care. Whether it was navigating local recommendations or handling our specific requests, Gelo and Alexa displayed a level of professionalism and warmth that made us feel right at home. The service throughout the entire property was amazing, but their standout efforts made our visit unforgettable. Our stay at Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua was a wonderful experience overall. 📍 Location: The hotel is in a great spot, conveniently located near Power Plant Mall, making it easy to access dining, shopping, and entertainment options. 💰 Value for Money: Excellent. We were able to secure a discounted rate, which made the stay even more worthwhile considering the quality of the accommodations and service. 🛏️ Comfort: Super great. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. 🧹 Cleanliness: Super great. The room and hotel facilities were very well-maintained and spotless throughout our stay. 👩‍💼 Staff: Super great. The staff members were welcoming, attentive, and consistently helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. 🏊 Facilities: Great. We stayed at Novotel Acqua Manila during Valentine’s Day, and while there were some positive aspects, there were also several disappointing experiences. First, the room was very nice and clean. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and honestly one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were friendly and approachable, which we appreciated. However, it was noticeable that the hotel seemed understaffed. There were moments when staff could not immediately accommodate requests because there were simply too many guests. One major inconvenience was the elevator situation. For a high-rise building, having only two elevators is not enough. We had to wait around 5 minutes or more each time, especially during peak hours, which became frustrating. The reception area is quite small for a four-star hotel and felt crowded. It didn’t give the impression of a premium four-star experience. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The selection was very limited and lacked variety, especially when compared to Novotel Manila Araneta City, which offers a more diverse and satisfying spread. The most disappointing part of our stay was the limited parking space. We left the hotel for dinner in Rockwell and returned around midnight, only to find that there were no available parking slots. The staff assisted my husband by arranging a motorcycle ride to the off-site parking area, but because it was raining heavily, he still ended up getting wet. The next morning, he had to go back again to retrieve the car. Additionally, no one assisted me with our bags because all three staff members were occupied at the time. No complimentary service or consideration was offered despite the inconvenience, which made the experience more disappointing—especially since it was Valentine’s Day, a special occasion for us. Overall, while the room itself was great and the staff were kind, the limited parking, elevator delays, small reception area, understaffing, and limited breakfast options significantly affected our stay. We expected a smoother and more memorable experience for a Valentine’s Day booking at a four-star hotel.
