I am not satisfied with the service. I have gold membership status. When I checking I asked few times about room upgrade. The person in charge advised that not immediately available but they will call me - twice as well in front of another 5 or 6 employees. Nobody ever contacted me - he intentionally lye and that is against business and customer ethics requirements. Second topic - that is first time I saw in the 4 star hotel tea bags are not available in the rooms - not sure if that is considered to be expensive for Novotal at Acqua clients...

As an Accor Gold member, I had a fantastic stay! The status recognition was top-notch, and I was thrilled to be upgraded to a Deluxe Suite. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful every step of the way. Having a kitchenette and microwave in the room was an absolute lifesaver. A couple of quick notes: the gym could use a few more pieces of equipment to round it out. Additionally, while the location works really well if you need to be around Quezon City, Mandaluyong, or Makati, it is a bit removed from central Manila—definitely don't underestimate Manila traffic when planning your trips! Overall, a wonderful stay with great hospitality.

We had a wonderful experience at Novotel Manila at Acqua. The place is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I was especially pleased with the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Sian is very kind and patient with me in my inquiries about the hotels amenities and nearby convenience grocery store and shopping mall. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly. I would like to give special praise to AJ, Rochelle, and James for their kindness and dedication. They provided us with exceptional housekeeping service and were always attentive, respectful, and responsive to our requests for towels, sheets, and soap. Their professionalism and willingness to help truly made our stay more pleasant and enjoyable.
