The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only disappointment was the bath, which flooded because a strand of hair was blocking the drain. I called reception, and they responded and took action straight away, which I really appreciated. The restaurant service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we really enjoyed our dining experience. Overall, a lovely stay, and we would be happy to come back.

Friendly staff and extremely comfortable rooms. The location is great as it's easy to reach powerplant mall. Breakfast and hotel amenities were a bit limited compared to Novotel Araneta but again the rooms are very nice.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Novotel Suites by Acqua. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and provided a great overall experience. A special thank you to Lai and Chesca, who consistently cleaned our room and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their hospitality, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made us feel truly welcome. We would also like to commend Alex for being very accommodating and helpful whenever we needed assistance. One of the highlights of our stay was how pet-friendly the hotel is. Our fur babies, Bubbles and Bailey, especially enjoyed the Pet Cube amenity, where they had fun playing and staying active during our visit. It's wonderful to find a hotel that not only welcomes pets but also provides thoughtful amenities that make them feel as comfortable as their owners. The excellent service from the staff, combined with the hotel's pet-friendly atmosphere, made our stay even more enjoyable. First, I really liked the room, and I especially appreciated how particular the front office and staff were with remembering and addressing us by our names. It made us feel valued and important as guests. I was also very happy with the personalized experience we received, especially since we were celebrating two special occasions—our wedding anniversary and my dad’s birthday. The bed was comfortable, and I loved that the room smelled fresh and clean even without the need for any added scent. Another thing I appreciated was how accommodating the staff were. Whenever we had a request, they were always willing to assist and grant it whenever possible. What I think could be improved are the room amenities, particularly the “Fun Upgrade.” One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of a vlog I saw where it was featured as a child/kid-friendly hotel—something we always look for because we have three kids. I also noticed that the Fun Upgrade was advertised as free, subject to availability. When I was informed that I would need to pay ₱1,500, I agreed because I initially thought the upgrade would offer more activities and facilities for my little kids. We actually liked the setup, and my kids really enjoyed it. However, I personally felt that ₱1,500 was quite expensive for what was included, especially since we weren't able to use the Nintendo Switch because there were only two games available, and unfortunately, the games weren't really appealing to my kids. Another concern was the common restrooms, which had a strong unpleasant smell during our stay. This definitely needs attention, especially since it is an area frequently used by guests. We also had a difficult time finding something to eat on our first night because the hotel wasn't very accessible to nearby restaurants or food establishments. Having more convenient dining options or clearer recommendations for nearby food places would have been helpful. As for breakfast, the selections were okay and the food tasted good. However, I was disappointed with the service when it came to refilling the food. At around 8:00 AM, we had to wait quite a while for some items to be replenished, and on both days, I still had to approach and inform the waitress that a refill was needed. I feel that this could be improved, especially during peak breakfast hours. Would we come back? Perhaps not anytime soon. There are other hotels we've experienced that offer more amenities and activities for children and, for us, provide better value for the price. Nevertheless, despite these concerns, our overall experience was still satisfying, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The warm and accommodating staff, personalized service, comfortable room, and the effort they made to make our celebrations special were definitely memorable. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary and my dad’s birthday a memorable one. ❤️

Complimentary late check-out until 5pm as an Accor Gold Member, complimentary room upgrade, birthday set-up provided for my son, complimentary welcome drinks claimed in the restaurant where we had our breakfast at the 6th floor and complimentary sweets were provided in the living room. Complimentary extra bed was also provided to us by the Management. My sinw as able to use the pool as well. I just did not like the masaage service. No massage bed available in the room. You would get your massage in the bedroom which is not relaxing because it was so hard to breathe if you are facing down on the pillow with not enough air. Also, I told the masseuse not to do the massage hard on my body because what I love most is the soft massage only, but still, I had experienced pain while being massaged: on mg shoulders and my legs. I even complained to the masseuse that I felt pain. I hope your masseuses are all certified. Until now, I’m experiencing body pains especially on my shoulders, back, buttocks and lower legs and knees. I also have slight fever now due to body pains. Lesson learned, I will never avail of your massage services again. The price was not worth it. You should also have a proper place for your massage, open your own massage center with the appropriate massage bed provided for massage services to satisfy customer’s convenience.

First of all the room I was staying in had bad clog in the bathroom water was coming out from all over the place Towels should be white was pail not at all Novotel standard Breakfast also had limited choice for the amount you pay and not so good in taste as well Well I was seriously very disappointed with the overall stay

I missed the name of the tall guy at the front desk but he was very friendly and accommodating. Same when I checked out, the lady at the Accor desk was very efficient. The two room cleaning guys at the 15th floor were also very courteous.

Very good experience and stay. Will stay here again once I go to Philippines again. One thing add when staying at a hotel in Tokyo they had a very unique and good system for in room amenities. They would leave next to the reception area, with tea, coffee, sugar etc and you’d collect yourself making it easier to keep room full if you run out. Not needing to ask for housekeeping to bring up, as you could be in the shower or sleeping. So to implement this idea, would be better and beneficial for residents, who are staying at the hotel.
