Average place. Bathroom in need of more cleaning, hairs in toilet area. Room was quite damaged. Stained kitchen hardtop. Scratched toilet seat etc hotel is also not in a very good location. As a compound it makes leaving without a car difficult

As a long-time guest and a Gold Card member, I have always appreciated the quality of service your brand represents. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short of those expectations. First, the service at the front desk was noticeably unwelcoming. The employees appeared cold and uninterested in assisting me. I was neither greeted nor acknowledged as a Gold Card member, and no effort was made to provide an update, welcome, or any of the courtesies I usually receive at your other properties. Second, the shower drainage in my room was blocked, causing water to accumulate and overflow during use. This was both inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel of your standard. Given these issues, I regret to say that I currently have no intention of booking this hotel again. I hope that you will address these concerns promptly so that future guests do not experience similar problems.

I wish the amenities I initially requested had remained available at my reach throughout my entire stay, since I needed them the whole time. For example, no new hand towels, Qtips were provided, but removed after the makeup room service, and my slippers, which were torn, weren’t replaced. A little extra attention from housekeeping would have made a big difference. Also, the soundproofing wasn’t very effective; the bell ringing from the neighbor disturbed my nap and left me exhausted. However, the facilities overall look brand new, and the late check‑out offer was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Gelo, for the thoughtful gesture—it really helped my schedule and rest. The bell service was also very effective.
