Conveniently located hotel, near to all the important tourist hubs but without the hustle bustle of tourist places. Staff was warm and attentive. Only downside is breakfast buffet which had very few options which are not at all as per the 4 star hotel category. I stayed in Ibis styles before this hotel in Manila which is a 3 star property and the breakfast spread there was much more elaborate than Novotel!
