The facilities are pleasant, and the rooms are clean. However, my kids were a bit disappointed as about the kids play area. Aside from some building blocks, there's a small swing that's a bit wobbly and seems better suited for toddlers. Pet Friendly - pet fee is too expensive, conpared to other pet friendly hotels. I do want to commend the housekeeping team. Before our arrival, I requested a simple birthday setup for my daughter, and they assured me they could provide a cake, balloons, and a digital greeting in the room. They even asked for a photo of my child. However, when we arrived, there was nothing prepared. After a quick call to the reception, the team promptly came by a few minutes later with balloons and even sang 'Happy Birthday' to my daughter. Breakfast, its good but very little choices. Overall its a good stay.

Hi, we enjoyed our stay in Novotel Acqua. Foods are great,staff are accommodating. It is just the pool that I have a comment, there are tiles that are broken and pump has mold.

Overall, we had a great experience. I would like to commend the lady who assisted us during check-in—she was courteous, professional, and truly set a welcoming tone for our stay. However, our check-out experience was disappointing and requires attention. The gentleman who assisted us lacked the demeanor and warmth expected from someone in the hospitality industry, especially in a frontliner role. He was abrupt and unaccommodating. I had explained that my phone was lost while at Power Plant Mall, which meant I couldn’t present the app voucher for the complimentary drinks. I requested if a manual voucher could be provided so we could still enjoy the benefit, and while he did provide one, it came with an unnecessary and unkind warning: "This is just for now and won’t be accommodated next time." It felt more like a threat than assistance. It’s disheartening to be made to feel undeserving over something as simple as a paper voucher, especially given the context I provided. Additionally, he only issued two drink vouchers, even though our booking covered four people—including our children—and the app reflected this before my phone was lost. I was unable to verify this due to my phone being gone, and I couldn’t successfully log into my account on my husband’s device due to password uncertainty. I refrained from triggering any authentication steps, fearing my sensitive data could be compromised since the phone is in someone else's hands. I hope you take this feedback constructively. We understand protocols exist, but empathy and professionalism should never be compromised. Nonetheless, thank you and we will for sure comeback again.

It seems there's always confusion when speaking with front desk/reception. Also, they are not very helpful. Regarding payment, I thought I already paid all remaining balance upon check-in but apparently not. And when I called to request for push cart to move our stuff for checkout, I had an impression from them that there's no pushcart and we can just carry our bags on our own, but when we reached the lobby there are several pushcarts! Normally in a hotel, the staff often initiates carrying our stuff to our room upon check-in, none of that in Novotel Suites at Acqua. Rooms, amenities, and food are all fine.
