The stay at the hotel was amazing, the staff were very accommodating and I love their karaoke room and coffee bar. The gym and amenities were also nice. The elevators were pretty fast.

Although I haven’t stayed at Novotel yet, I had the pleasure of dining at both the Food Exchange and the Gourmet Bar, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! As an Accor Plus member, the service exceeded my expectations. We used a buffet voucher at the Food Exchange to celebrate my dad's birthday, and he loved it—so did the kids! The buffet offers an impressive variety of dishes, making it a great spot for family celebrations. A tip: make sure to call ahead for a reservation. What made it even more special was using the complimentary cake for my dad’s birthday—such a nice touch! As for the Gourmet Bar, this was our second visit, and once again, the service was superb. Using my Accor Plus membership, I enjoyed 50% off, which was a sweet deal! My kid is a fan of their Club Turkey sandwich, and he’s already looking forward to the next visit. Hopefully, you’ll add pizzas to the menu soon! If anyone's interested in becoming an Accor Plus member, just reach out! Disappointing, there wasn't really anything special even for a Diamond member. Probably one of the worst of the Accor hotels I've stayed at. Even requesting seating at breakfast had to turn into a thing bordering on racial profiling -- a request to use an (unoccupied) table with the couches was met with a response that it was only for 4 people, which I originally accepted. But passing through at least 3 of the same tables with non-Filipino occupants who were also couples, you've got to wonder if it was only for 4 people or 2 non-Filipinos. When I pointed out a smaller table for two, they also said it was for "VIPs only."
