Celebrated the easter adventure with an overnight stay and wonderful event experience with my family. It was a short stay but definitely memorable. Will certainly book again for the next year. Also, hotel has awesome food choices and great service by personells. Family-centered experience was a major plus.

We like the newly renovated rooms and that Novotel is kid friend. I just wish lounge food selection is more diverse like Seda's and Food Exchange breakfast food quality is a bit better. Food is okay - stations are hit and miss, we like that there is taho, eggs, gelato, yogurt, and pancakes . The salad station is great. Where it can be better is the hot meal station - there is too much soy sauce on the pancit served everyday and the rest look like food at the carinderia over hotel food. Actually the carinderia food tastes better.

We greatly enjoyed the welcome drinks, the facilities specifically the playground, pool and gym. The buffet at the Food Exchange was really great. Our kids especially enjoyed the pasta station.
