Very accommodating and friendly staff. Queue on the breakfast was quite long which is understandable as there were a lot of other guests. Elevator waiting time is not as bad as I expected given the number of guests at the time. Pool was okay except that the water was super cold. If the pool was heated it would have been perfect. Parking could be improved as the slots are very tight. Big vehicles barely fit in the slot. I saw a pickup truck, even though it was parked right up against the wall was still sticking into the other slot.

All staff were accommodating. As someone who worked at a Hotel and Hospitality industry, I commend everyone for being welcoming, warm and hospitable. It was my youngest’s birthday and he really had a blast. The premises were clean and we’re satisfied. My family enjoyed our stay and we hope to do business with your hotel again.

The hotel staff are professional and approachable. they always acknowledge and greet at the main entrance/exit. The house keepers also do an amazing job and always greet customers with a big smile. Reception and concierge desk are equally enthusiastic to assist. As a positive feedback to Buffet Restaurant it would be great to include vegan/vegetarian Filipino Dishes and Curry. The Indian corner was also sad looking with odd combinaiton of items which has a lot of room for improvement. The Premier lounge also had no vegan or vegetarian option. But always accomodating to requests. Overall a good stay.
