There was a bit of confusion as to check in instructions when my guest was checking in causing delay and stress but was sorted out eventually

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Queue on the breakfast was quite long which is understandable as there were a lot of other guests. Elevator waiting time is not as bad as I expected given the number of guests at the time. Pool was okay except that the water was super cold. If the pool was heated it would have been perfect. Parking could be improved as the slots are very tight. Big vehicles barely fit in the slot. I saw a pickup truck, even though it was parked right up against the wall was still sticking into the other slot.
