We had a truly wonderful stay at Novotel Araneta. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with complimentary pastries and a printed note — a thoughtful gesture that made us feel appreciated as Accor+ members. We loved the relaxing ambience of the pool, along with the great dining experience from the gourmet restaurant and the pool bar. The hotel’s location is also a big plus — being right within Araneta Center, we enjoyed the convenience of having malls just steps away. What made it even more nostalgic and special was seeing Fiesta Carnival back in Cubao, a place that brought back fond childhood memories for me. The highlight of our stay, beyond the amenities, was the exceptional service. My husband misplaced his newly bought Ray-Ban sunglasses at the gourmet restaurant, and even after we had checked out, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They searched the room and hotel premises, coordinated with Lost & Found, and immediately reached out once the item was recovered. Their honesty, responsiveness, and kindness truly stood out. Thank you, Novotel Araneta, for giving us not only a relaxing and enjoyable stay but also the comfort of knowing we were well taken care of. We went home with full hearts — and complete belongings! 😊❤️

Honestly, my sleeping experience was terrible. The room has unseen spirit that connecting while asleep. May multo sa loob ng room. Pa bless nyo po ng holy water para matahimik Ang spirit. Believe it or not may ghost sa room. This was my first experience in a hotel. I've been to various hotel, only at Novotel Ako nakaexperience.
