Noisy pool party

I am staying here for our convention with my colleagues. The hotel staff did not advise us that there will be a pool party going on on our 2nd night of stay. It was so loud we can not rest nor sleep. How inconsiderate of them! We still need to wake up early since our sessions start at 8am the next day. What the staff could have done is advise us of this and placed us in another wing.

My main reason for our stay is because of the Bini's Concert. However besides Bini Concert, our loves for Novotel has given us the reasons to check in anytime that we wished. Imagine after GM Maria and HM Darwin heard of us lacking of one ticket for the show. They scrambled and like BDO slogan...We Find Ways and they really done way beyond expectation. It is not their duty to assure us as their guests but they can really do the impossible and we, as their Novotel's family salute to their effort and steadfastness to give nothing but the best. Not forgetting the well decorated Erwin with his team, Stephen and Nicholson has assisted my son to a level that he was touched by it and he prompted me to mention them in my review As for our stay, it is really fantastic. The staff at the Premier Lounge never fail us with their sweet helpful service. I met Chef Massi and Chef Athena during breakfast and they are very joyous and dedicated to give every guests the best breakfast that churned out from their team of hardworking Chefs. Thank you Novotel Araneta.

We celebrated my son’s birthday at Novotel. We received a complimentary cake. ❤️ The location of the hotel is very convenient and walking distance to the mall (Gateway Mall 2). All the staff are very accommodating. The room and the amenities are very clean. We will definitely come back. I’m also recommending the food exchange.
