My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-day stay at Novotel Manila Araneta City so much that we ended up extending for another 2 nights!
As my mom put it, “Gusto mong balikan.” The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently kind, warm, and accommodating.
We were travelling with my twin toddlers, and they absolutely loved the Kids’ Club. The hotel’s proximity to the mall was also a huge plus for us, especially when travelling with little ones.
For me, the Premier Lounge really made the difference. I especially appreciated that we could bring our twins with us during afternoon tea and cocktail hours. It’s quite rare to find a hotel lounge where young children are welcomed during these times, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. A special shout-out to Jana at the Premier Lounge, who was so warm and welcoming to us and the kids. Also, thank you to Love at the Kids’ Club for making the experience so enjoyable for our little ones.
And the buffet deserves a special mention — phenomenal! We really enjoyed the variety of cuisines, and I loved that some dishes were changed each day, so there was always something new to try.
Overall, this was such a comfortable and enjoyable family stay. Between the wonderful staff, family-friendly facilities, excellent food, and convenient location, we really felt well taken care of.
We’re already looking at when we can come back and book our next stay!

The hotel amenities, location and staff were all great. We especially loved the large towels they have compared to the other hotels we've stayed before. Rooms were kept clean. They even gave us a slice of cake as it was my husband's birthday during our stay. The only downside of our stay was the next door guests. We were given a room that has a connecting door to the other room. And the guests there were loud, waking us up as early as 5am. We were mostly out during the day, but since waking up until leaving our room, we can hear their loud conversation. And when we return we can still know if they are in their room.

In regards with calling for water, Disposable shaver etc. It took long for us to received
During our stay the hose in bidet got broken 9pm. I called in and us if possible to fix the next day. Next morning even the bidet is un usable I request if we could have a late checkout until 4pm but they only gave us until 2pm.

Great overall experience except for one thing, you should brief your security personnel / guards how to properly greet your guests. Even a simple good morning or mabuhay gesture. I noticed that most of them doesn’t know how to properly greet people. This is a must in hospitality industry.
