We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the connecting suite setup, the quality of our food, and that teams across Front Office, Security, Housekeeping, Guest Experience and restaurants provided good service. We will be sure to pass along your praise to Mr. Marcel for his responsive and helpful support. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues surrounding your stay. We deeply regret the elevator malfunction at Ruby Wong's Godown, which compromised the convenience for your Senior and PWD guests. We also take note of your feedback regarding the catering communication and will work to streamline our internal coordination. Most importantly, we take your feedback regarding the breakfast service on July 1st on the 9th floor with the utmost seriousness. While we understand the manager's actions stemmed from good intentions, touching your infant daughter and pet without permission is entirely unacceptable. We have addressed this directly with the manager and our Food & Beverage leadership to enforce strict boundaries and hygiene protocols.. We highly value your loyalty to the Accor and to our hotel.
