My husband and I were concerned at staying in Manila without our usual accommodation at the Sofitel. We were delighted with our choice of the Admiral hotel. Well located, beautiful views over Manila Bay and rather lovely rooms. Great breakfast room, a comfortable club lounge, very pleasant buffet style meal in the evening and a well stocked gym. A small downside was that anything we asked for was ignored. We always had to ask twice for anything including tea in the club lounge (twice), room service request for a glass of milk, wine glasses to be put in room, teabags to be delivered to room and tissues not replaced in room. The first request was always ignored, always had to ask a second time. If we really needed any help we found we could go to Dexter Matias. Dexter was a stand-out in not only assisting in anything we needed but he would come to our aid as soon as he was aware we were waiting on something. For example, when he realized that we were waiting for our bags to be brought down from the room, he would follow this up even though there appeared to be no issue. Lovely man - appreciated his attentiveness to our needs. All in all, a very satisfactory stay and we would happily return.

My room was an upgraded room on the 8 th floor, it was with stains on the carpets (same as the lobby) It had stains and oil stains on the bed headrest. The magnometer and scanning at the enterence made the experience even more surreal

Great experience at Admiral! staff'a service is 11/10 and the hotel was beautiful to say the least. our favorite part is the free shuttle from Binondo all the way to MOA. Will be back with the family again!
