Service-wise, the hotel performed well - with warm and polished staff keeping the experience elevated. Selene at the lobby was fantastic and so are the people at concierge and reception. Some lapses do occur at times - such as the late laundry delivery that required reminding and mistaken deliveries, but overall, still really good. The hotel premise is lovely. I really enjoyed how cosy and richly decorated the lobby lounge is, and I actually preferred my lounge breakfast there for one day than at the rooftop. The room design was just as inviting, with a beautiful bathroom partition and art deco furniture giving distinction from the standard hotel experience. My only qualm here is the windows for the bay-facing room. While I understand the heritage building might have restrictions with the facade, the soundproofing was really bad and I was not able to sleep well for the 4 nights I was there in part due to revving bikes and other heavy vehicle noise. I really appreciated the upgrade but might have missed out on a welcome amenity, bu the overall stay is really good still - just that I would choose an atrium-facing room the next time I return.

We checked in at past 7 in the evening so there was not much time to enjoy the room, but we did have a good night’s rest and sumptuous breakfast. I loved that most of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the one at the reception desk who upgraded our rooms because I was an Accor Plus Gold member. She gave us until 1pm, but for some reason, someone knocked on the other room that I reserved for my teammate. She got so upset that she already checked out event before 1pm. My teammates didn’t like the super soft pillow, but I was okay with it. I’d say this is a very good business hotel with breakfast that you must not miss.

The staff at the restaurant, pool bar and lounge were exceptional. Elton & Aliana were the 2 who spent the most time with me and they were phenomenal. However just to add all the wait staff I interacted with were great - really made it memorable and will be the reason I return.

Rooms are good, hospitality was very good but the smell on the carpets in Coriddor is spoil the overall grade.
