We had a lovely 3 day stay. The hotel was beautiful including the restaurants. Mr Griffin the concierge was especially helpful organising tours for us. Could not recommend more highly.

As a Diamond ALL and Explorer+ member, I offer the following comments on our 8-night stay with you. Please note that I have only commented on the highs and lows. Should you with to discuss any of my issues, we will be staying with you again 20-22 January, before returning to Australia. We are wonderfully greeted on our arrival (late due to missing luggage) by your outstanding Concierge staff. They and the Club Lounge staff were both excellent in trying to chase up our luggage. The Club Lounge ranges from terrible to quite good. It lacks efficiency, consistency and frequently adequate supervision. Service times can be terrible, because staff have not planned ahead. I get the feeling of style being far more highly regarded than substance. Staff look elegant carrying in two clean wine glasses on a silver tray, when 12 are needed quickly. There is no evidence of initiative or perhaps delegated authority. It does not need more staff, it just needs initiative. However, there were a few outstanding staff. However, considerable improvement in the Club Lounge was noted on 28-30 December, presumably because of a response to valid customer feedback. My preference would be to see more savoury than sweet food and hot dishes served hot and to tables, rather than cool to cold and placed on the buffet buffet to be devoured quickly by a few guests. The area reserved for the Club Lounge needs to be expanded, entry controlled and I suggest exclude children between the ages of two and twelve, or those guests seated in a separate area. Ruby Wongs was exceptional, if expensive. I personally do not think that the “secret door” is necessary. The main barman is exceptional and could serve as a model or trainer for many of your hospitality staff. Our two lunches in the El Atrio were only memorable for us being served cold, undercooked and unappetising French Fries - while the place was almost empty. We agreed never to eat there again. We chose to eat breakfast at the Admiral Club. Generally it was very good, but the hot dishes were rarely more than warm and the barista coffee tasted different most days. Staff there were very good. Housekeeping was generally very good. There were no cards for Complimentary Drinks, nor were they on the app. We were not offered an upgrade or advised why one was not available. sincere regards Daryl (Fred) B.

We communicated with the hotel prior to check in for the necessary information and pre-arrival offers but check in staff informed us they did not have it on file. We did not think much of it as the staff fixed it right then. However, upon check out we were taken aback when we almost got charged ₱3750 for food we did not order. If we were in a hurry and didn’t check, it would have been troublesome.
