Dear Ms. L. Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback about your recent stay at Admiral Hotel Manila - MGallery. I sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet expectations, especially during such a special occasion as your son’s birthday. We truly appreciate your loyalty as an Accor member, and it’s disappointing to hear that we missed the opportunity to make this celebration more memorable. Your comments about the lack of a birthday setup, the additional charges for the laundry bag, and the unavailable plastic bag at the pool deck are all duly noted. We understand how these small details can impact the overall experience, and we are addressing these matters with the concerned teams to ensure better service moving forward. Additionally, I am sorry to learn about the confusion surrounding your welcome drinks and the miscommunication regarding the breakfast buffet pricing. This is certainly not the level of service we strive for, and we will reinforce clearer communication among our team to prevent such situations from recurring.
