We celebrated my mom’s birthday at the hotel, where they arranged birthday greetings in our room. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and I would definitely return.

Despite an early checked in via mail. We were told to wait as our room is not yet ready. We were not given the welcome drinks and we need to ask for it. Single keycard was given so it was a hassle for us to go around the hotel while the other stay in the room.

I’ve stayed at the hotel for a number of times. During my last stay, I gave you feedback that no welcome amenity was given, despite my gold member status. During my recent stay, none was given again. This small gesture is what your members feel a bit special given their loyalty to the program. It’s quite disappointing that once again this was overlooked. Further we had a wait quite a bit before our room was ready despite a) you asking what time our ETA was; and b) it was already past 3pm, the standard check in time. Meanwhile, at the restaurant, I got the charged the full amount for breakfast because they failed to ask for my membership. In contrast, I recently stayed at an Accor hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. When we checked in, they gave us a welcome amenity in the room. The check in was also seemless.

Thank you for the warmest greeting and welcoming. Thank you to Ms. Lovely from the front desk team for the best services given to us. Good hotel for the seaside scenery and activities, we could also enjoy the sunset from the rooftop pool & restaurant hotel. Near Robinson mall Manila with various brands and various kinds of restaurant, it took 10 minutes walking. Recommended staycation for seaside activities.
