Charming Stay with Warm Hospitality and Stunning Bay Views

We had such a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming—they always greeted us with a smile and were so helpful throughout our visit. The hotel itself is small but feels luxurious, stylish, and very inviting. I loved the little touches that gave it character, like the colonial-era Manila vibe and the alibata/baybayin ceiling decorations. We really enjoyed spending time at the Club Lounge; they had a nice variety of snacks to munch on. The view from our room overlooking Manila Bay was absolutely stunning. We could even see the yachts docked at the yacht club, which added a unique charm to the scene. Unfortunately, it was a bit gloomy that day, so we missed out on the sunset. The pool was also small but still a nice spot to relax. Overall, the warm hospitality and thoughtful details made our stay so enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it!

The hotel is superb the experience is always good, the staff at the reception are super friendly and approachable. As well as the housekeeping staff. 3 Issues in regards with the restaurant on the 9th floor. 1. The service is extremely slow, ordered a stake they said 7 mins, it came after 23 mins. Ordered any dry white wine they had available, 40 mins later, we left without having any. 2. As guests in the hotel, we shouldn't be asked if we want to have any price reduction, or if we are aware of any promotion, it should be a default option. The discount, if available, should be added automatically, how are we supposed to know if a promotion is currently going on? 3. The central heating/cooling. It's too strong, there is no need for the whole hotel to be that cold. or have the power of the A/C set to strong, in the main hall wherever you stood, you could feel the AC blowing on you.

Staff were well trained to make customers feel welcomed and comfortable. Only thing was the windows seem a little thin and traffic could be heard visibly, which made it hard for light sleepers.
