Stayed with my family and everything was superb. From the check in staff to the room attendants. Only had 1 comment on the staff who told my partner that the juice at the reception area is a welcome drink for checking in clients. This was the day of our checkout. Maybe it could've been said nicer. But overall, will surely come back. Thank you!

Great stay in a lovely room. Appreciate the upgrade and the level of service at check in, in the club lounge (sorry I was not able to get the lovely lady's name). Service was good at all outlets within the property. The only (very very small) disappoint was with the club lounge and the buffet breakfast offerings as I did not feel the range did not exceed expectations. Novotel Araneta had much better offerings in both which was unexpected. Offerings were still good but we didn't mind it if we missed out on a session.

Well located but did not kept promise

While we were initially excited about our planned stay from December 8th to 9th, our experience was unfortunately marred by a series of miscommunications and unmet expectations. Due to full booking, we were unable to secure an early check-in, which led to a rescheduling of our stay to December 7th and 8th in exchange for a room upgrade. However, we were informed upon check-in that the promised room upgrade was unavailable. As a compromise, the hotel offered a late checkout instead. While we appreciate the gesture of the late checkout, it did not fully compensate for the initial disappointment of the unfulfilled room upgrade. It's disheartening when promises are not kept, especially when they were part of a compromise to accommodate the hotel's scheduling constraints.

This quick getaway trip surely left a good impression specially with the pleasant stay we had at Admiral. We were surely taken cared of and all the staff were so helpful to the point of extending and going beyond their way just to provide our needs. We’re definitely gonna be back the next time we get the chance to stay in Mnl.
