I celebrated my birthday weekend with an amazing three-day stay, and from the first to the final touchpoint, everything was handled with exceptional care. As a Platinum member, I was able to fully enjoy the hotel’s amenities and elevated privileges. Dining at Spectrum and the Fairmont Gold Lounge was especially memorable—the food and overall experience truly stood out. I also appreciated the thoughtful updates to the pool area, and the jacuzzi and steam facilities felt like a proper luxury escape. A special mention to the team at the Fairmont Gold Lounge for their exceptional customer service—attentive, warm, and consistently going above and beyond. To top it off, I had a relaxing massage and facial at the Fairmont Spa, which made the entire stay even more rejuvenating. Fairmont is one of my favourite hotels in Makati. Location is great as everything you need is walking distance. Facilities are great - gym is well-equipped, pool is a little small but during my stay it was not busy at all. Rooms are clean and spacious and beds and pillows are very comfortable and of course the amazing staff, the moment you come in through the door, you are greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome and the staffs’ hospitality, friendliness and to always offer assistance is unmatched.
