I had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Makati. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and spotless, and the location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants nearby. The highlight of my stay was the executive lounge, where the staff were always warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They remembered my preferences, checked in on me regularly, and made every visit feel relaxed and personal. The food and evening drinks in the lounge were consistently fresh and well presented, which made it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Overall, the hotel offers excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere, and I would be very happy to stay here again.

I liked my high-ceiling room and the scent of the bath products (Le Labo Rose 31). Connectivity was good, too, because I had some work online during my stay. The connector to Landmark was much appreciated and I would like to commend the cheerful and facilitative attitude of the guard who was manning the doors going in and out of the hotel via this connector during my stay. He was quite helpful. Breakfast til 11am on weekends is a great idea and much appreciated. I also liked the fact that the breakfast was never too crowded and there was a fairly varied selection of food. I would definitely not mind staying here again. =)

I booked three rooms for myself, my parents and in-laws for the last leg of our family trip in the Philippines. All rooms were great and very comfortable. Bob from housekeeping took care of my senior parents. We were assisted by Benhur and Duty manager Ram on checking and during the duration of our stay AJ and Joy was amazing.
