Everything is excellent from the room to cleanliness to food, staff and services. I love that the products that they sell are all locally made. The room is super clean, the bed, pillows and linens are very comfy. I used the bath tub that was super relaxing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. But what i love the most is their being eco friendly. I am amazed most specially that their toothbrush is made of wood🤗🤩

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont Makati. The service was exceptional, and the hotel’s close proximity—and convenient tunnel access—to the malls, restaurants, and airport made everything so much easier, especially since I was in town for work and had limited time to explore. I’d like to specifically compliment Jaime and RK for their outstanding customer service. RK was incredibly helpful with my hotel departure planning and Jaime went above and beyond in assisting me with my lost luggage. Additionally, the dining staff was extremely impressive in remembering my group’s daily breakfast orders. The turndown service was the best I’ve ever experienced. Each day, my room was left spotless, with my clothes neatly folded, fresh towels/bedding provided, and a drying rack thoughtfully placed in the room after I had been hang-drying my clothes on a chair. Overall, I was amazed by the level of care and attention to detail at the Fairmont. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila!

My cousin and I had an unforgettable overnight stay at Fairmont Makati. From the moment we arrived, we experienced world-class hospitality and seamless service. The complimentary parking was a great convenience, and check-in was smooth and welcoming. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—everything you would expect from a five-star property. We had the chance to unwind by the pool, enjoy drinks at the bar, and dine in the hotel’s fantastic restaurants. Each part of the hotel felt thoughtfully curated and well-maintained. What truly stood out was the team running the entire hotel. Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping, pool attendants, and restaurant servers—was warm, professional, and attentive. They made us feel genuinely valued and at home. Fairmont Makati exceeded our expectations in every way. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Arrived at the hotel around 6-7pm, what I notice immediately was the lights. I wished it was not dim at the hotel lobby/reception/front desk. It was a nice stay, nevertheless. Breakfast at Spectrum, good food. I commend Kristofer for good service. Always checking if we need something, coffee refills.. Spa. I thank Jovan, for the relaxing massage. The lay out of the spa though is tricky, its like a maze. I’ll get lost if there is no one to assist me. Cafe Macaron. Loved the Queso macaron. Wished there was more variants of the chocolate bars, I only got to purchased the white chocolate and green tea bars. Bought some pralines and macarons as well. Overall, it was a nice weekend stay.

I recently stayed at Fairmont for my son’s JS prom and would like to share some honest feedback. The room was as old as I expected, and unfortunately, several aspects of the experience were below the standard I’m used to as a frequent traveler who has stayed in over 30 hotels. The air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly despite adjusting the temperature. The Samsung TV is outdated, and the Cignal channel selection is very limited. There were no available options like Netflix, Disney+, or HBO Max. Additionally, the mini refrigerator wasn’t functioning—it couldn’t even chill our water. As an Accor Plus member, I expected a more elevated experience. Unfortunately, nothing stood out as special or memorable compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in, such as Dusit Thani, where the rooms were cozier, more spacious, and the food was outstanding. I believe Fairmont would greatly benefit from upgrading its rooms, facilities, and in-room technology to align with current guest expectations. Given the issues I encountered, I would appreciate it if you could consider offering a form of compensation or Accor reward points in recognition of the inconveniences during my stay.
