Usually satisfied with the Fairmont but issues this time. I put do not disturb sign up to recover from long flight but they tried multiple times to deliver welcome pack and called me to make sure I got no rest! In the lounge I received no service for 20 minutes one night and I nearly walked out due to frustration. Room was smaller than usual and works were ongoing (a notification was provided) but still annoying.

Everyone greeted me with a smile. Some greeted me and my wife as Mr and Mrs and last name which surprised me. I felt welcome and important. A small issue was resolved and assured me it will be taken care of, in which it was. I had a pleasant surprise as well when housekeeping knocked on door and asked if I needed anything from the housekeeping cart before the night. I had never experience that offering before. Put a smile on my face. You have a good staff at Fairmont. I will definitely be back there January 2027.

There were several lapses during my recent stay the the Fairmont makati. The room key couldn’t open the door to my room when I arrived at 11pm of July7th and was transferred from room 748 to room 712. To be clear i stayed in room 748 just the week before and there were no issues. Then when I was already in room 712 my room door would not open again at 10am of July 8 after I had breakfast in the Fairmont lounge and I had to ask for the housekeeping staff to open my room. Before leaving the hotel for the day i had my key reprogrammed but sad to say when I got back at around 6pm they key would not open my room again.This same incident happened also to me two years ago in your establishment and was handled terribly which made me very upset. But this time around I have to commend your team by being on top of the situation and doing their best to rectify it. Other than that the stay was okay

I was a bit disappointed because, prior to our check-in, I purchased two add-on vouchers worth ₱800 each for a total of ₱1,600, which were supposed to provide ₱2,500 in-room dining F&B credit each voucher total of ₱5,000. However, when I checked out, the front desk staff told me that I had only purchased one voucher. I even received an email confirming that I had purchased two vouchers. It was disappointing because it seemed that the staff were not familiar with this add-on. Despite that, our stay was really great. All the staff were polite and greeted us whenever they saw us. The room was very clean, and everything we needed was provided. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
