We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the absence of the rollaway bed during your stay. While we understand your request and your willingness to cover any associated charges, we must also consider the safety and comfort of all our guests. Due to space constraints in certain room types, we sometimes are unable to accommodate rollaway beds without compromising safety standards and overall room accessibility. In such cases, we aim to provide alternative solutions such as additional blankets and pillows to help ensure a more comfortable sleeping arrangement. We also appreciate your comments regarding the respiratory discomfort experienced by you and your friend. While this may have been coincidental, we take any health-related concerns seriously. As a precautionary measure, we will have our housekeeping and engineering teams inspect the air conditioning and ventilation systems in the room to ensure they are clean and allergen-free.
