Standards dropped

I have stayed at the Fairmont 2 times before this and sadly each time, I feel that the standard has dropped. It's probably due to rising costs and other issues but you want honest feedback. The airconditioning feels damp in the rooms and hallway. The breakfast food quality and selections has also dropped. Especially the fruit offering. poorly positioned inside a closed door fridge which makes it difficult to access. The fruit quality is also very sub-standard. Toasters are domestic models and not commercial making them slow and inefficient when there's a line. It was also very inaccessible. One morning I was late for breakfast and asked for some noodles which the pot was pretty empty, just a few strings of noodles. The guy behind the counter said wait a moment as they are cooking more. But what I found out was that they scraped the last bit out of the pot and just microwaved it and handed me this tiny bowl of extremely hot noodles from the microwave. It was so terrible looking. When I wait for the fresh cooked pot for another 15 minutes, it never came out. They didn't bother cooking fresh ones as they told me they would. I understand you do not want to waste but they should have just said so. Also that coffee shop in the foyer as you walk to the lifts. all the food in there is so stale, you should consider re-purposing that if business is not good? Thank you for the opportunity to offer you my feedback. There was one more problem upon checking out in the morning was that there was only one staff in attendance while there was a line of people waiting to check out.

At first, it's just a chill moment but when we need to enter the room, our card key was not working. So we need to go the reception to help us. But after several times of door open/close, still not working... So we need to wait 30min outside of our room for help. Then they decided to transfer us to another room. But overall, we were still happy to stay. We have no chance to try their food. Thanks!
