If the swimming pool I don't have to pay extra 500 baht will be fantastic, my kids would love to go to the pool. Never opt for the usage of the swimming pool thou cos of the extra charges. Got my request to have a connecting room, room was good. Convenient to have a 7-11 just within the hotel vicinity

We recently stayed again at Ibis Sukhumvit 24 and appreciated the value. The rooms are not big, but they are well-maintained and clean. The breakfast is excellent. And the location (near to the BTS, major shopping malls, restaurants, massage, and pubs) is unbeatable!

Well located but not a good experience

It took us more than 30 mins to check in and one of the rooms was not even ready yet (it was 4pm). The staff gave a voucher to compensate for the time but we can only reimburse it once for a drink (we stayed 6 days there). I also have to put a deposit down on my credit card and the hotel staff didn’t inform me how many days I will get the money back. There was also no rack for towels in the bathroom. Would definitely never stay there again unless there’s no other option. I stayed at other ibis hotel before and they were great. This one was not which is very surprising given its location.
