Although ibis Sukhumvit 24 Bangkok is slightly more expensive compared to other ibis hotels in Bangkok, we continue to choose it for its excellent location. However, during this stay, I experienced being stuck in different elevators on two separate occasions, once with my son and once alone, which was quite concerning. Housekeeping was done daily, but not as meticulously as expected. The breakfast has also become quite average considering the price paid. Additionally, the pillows were a major issue. Both my son and I woke up every day with significant neck pain. After we raised this with reception, they kindly arranged better pillows from Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24, which was appreciated. That said, the convenience of the location, the courteous behaviour of the reception staff, and your commitment to self improvement are what still bring us back.
