Air con/heating in room 241 was LOUD. WiFi (“fast” Accor member WiFi) was SLOW. Noise from the courtyard below woke me up early in the morning. Not enough staff available on front desk to help with check in/queries. Had to wait in queue for a while and other occasion gave up and left. The breakfast was boring and repetitive. Far too many carbs and not enough meat. £25 meal allowance to be used next door inadequate as their prices inflated and the food quality for the price was poor. Bar food at restaurant pricing. Poor.

Please accept our apologies for the noise issues you experienced, both from the air cooling system in your room and from the courtyard early in the morning. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the slow Wi-Fi and the delays at the front desk. We understand how frustrating waiting can be, especially when you are checking in or need assistance, and we are actively reviewing staffing levels and service flow to improve this. Regarding breakfast, we would like to clarify that our offering is a Continental breakfast, which focuses mainly on breads, pastries, cereals, fruit, and lighter items. We understand that this may not suit all preferences, particularly for guests looking for a wider protein selection, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us reassess variety and presentation within this format. We also regret that the £25 meal allowance and the dining experience at Novotel London Bridge did not feel like good value for money. Your comments about pricing and food quality have been noted and shared with the relevant teams. Once again, we’re sorry that your experience fell short. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us identify where improvements are needed, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future under better circumstances.
