Had a very enjoyable stay here. Extremely good for the price. Very clean, nicely decorated, everything you need. Quiet rooms and very friendly helpful staff. The (included!) breakfast was very nice and had a wide variety of high quality choices.

Our stay was to celebrate my daughter’s 18th, she is a drama student and the film/theatre theme was unknown until we arrived and allowed for some lovely photos. The room was big enough, the beds very comfortable, no noise was heard in the evening, all the staff very friendly except for a female staff member that was very abrupt and actually quite rude at breakfast. Having a toaster labelled gluten free with non gluten free pancakes in front of it is quite silly. She came and simply said “No!” to me as I put the pancake into the toaster. Then was extremely impatient about me putting the pancake into a bowl, refused to let me take the bowl from her, and off she stomped to put it in the oven for 7 mins she said, well she didn’t return with before we had finished eating and left. The breakfast is continental and not my thing but was perfectly sufficient. Shame about her really, I’d have given a 10 otherwise

The staff were so helpful and nice, thr breakfast choices (for a supposed continental breakfast) were incredible. Mostly, though, it was the movie theme throughout the hotel, including inside the bedroom (and even in the lift) that really impressed. Nice touches like free fruit and a movie cinema popcorn trolley (again free) were so lovely! Bed was comfy too. Plan to stay in this Ibis, which was competetively prices, every time I stay in London.

Easy check in, small but clean room with everything you need, good view of Shard. Friendly helpful staff. I booked parking as part of booking - all good but wish they could have told me where parking is when i called to check parking address so didn’t faff about at hotel entrance. Breakfast was good & varied.
