Hotel is in a good location, welcome from reception staff was quite disappointing, unhelpful and a bit an abrupt! We felt that we were bothering the staff (I’m guessing one was a trainee) and were not given the important information such as breakfast times and location of breakfast room. The room was quirky but seemed more appropriate for younger children and unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable, Thankfully, the breakfast was very good.

Very comfortable stay at the Ibis Southwark hotel. Rooms were lovely and cool especially in the heatwave. Good choice of food in the breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful and it's in a good location. We will definitely stay at this hotel in any future trips to london.

Ibis Styles London Southwark is my go to hotel for when I'm in London either on business or personal. It is well located for everything I want to do. The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The temperature in the rooms is good and can easily be adjusted. The staff are friendly. I go so often that it would be nice if the breakfast could vary a little, but generally it's very good with a good range of food.

Easy check in. Very comfortable room. Really good value for money. Breakfast good. Customer service very good. Slight drawback but not a huge issue was that the room was quite dark even with all the lights on.

Room was clean and compact, as expected. Air con struggled night and day to keep room cool, no fridge either, which I hadn't r3membered from previous visits. There is a 24 hour desk and small bar though. Breakie is continental style but everything is fresh, busy room at peak times.

The hotel is well-located and the staff are very professional. However, we had to change rooms as it was difficult to sleep in the first one because of traffic noise, and on the second evening we were disturbed by a problem with the alarm system. Hotels usually provide hand towels as well as bath towels: not this one. The lighting in the public spaces and the rooms is by design subdued (ie dark), which is not good for guests.
