This hotel is wonderful located in city area with short walks to river Themse (200m), Borough Market (200m), Tube "London Bridge (200m); Tate Modern (200m), St. Pauls Catherdrale (about 400m). All the staff members were very open, friendly and helpful in any case, especially Mrs. Jenia and Mrs. Pasqualina. Breakfast was voluminous and tastefully, we missed nothing. Our room at the rear side (we asked for about big street in front) was very fine and slightly that sleeping with open window was possible.

The hotel and staff were great - rooms were excellent for the price and location. Large groups seemed to dominate breakfast though and smaller parties were left struggling to find anywhere to sit. Food ran low and wasn’t replaced quickly or at all, so the selection was very limited some days. That was frustrating and off-putting.

stay was great. I was at a trade fair at Hilton Bankside, walking distance was great. good range of food, restaurants and cafe's around. very accessible for central London east. Breakfast was good and plentiful. room was very nice, smallish, but hey, it's London. Good value for the price.
