It’s a perfect little hotel. Short walk to Borough Market or the Tower Brudge, lots of cute little restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly, the hotel bar great for a glass of wine. The rooms are very cute and comfortable.

Well located hotel, disappointing breakfast bathroom a bit tired. Perfectly fine for an overnight business stay, I was there for no more than 8 hours but for a longer stay it could have been improved.

We liked your small quirky hotel, which we booked because of the parking. Liked the decor. Staff friendly and helpful, turned out to be a great location for us. Downsides; I booked an accessible room. My wheelchair (a loan) is a bit wider than normal, and barely fit in the lift, and didn’t fit through the room door. An accessible bathroom needs at least a stool, most disabled people can’t stand to shower, and no grab handles. Small thing: although the mood lighting is nice, it would be good to be able to see in the wardrobe!

Check in was not smooth despite having checked in on the app also no one seating you at breakfast to check that you had booked breakfast shows a poor operation

Clean, compact room with everything i needed. I had my phone stolen on my way back to the hotel and the staff were super helpful letting me use a phone to cancel everything, printing my train tickets, and providing a wake up service.

The location was great and it was clean. The room did have a 'budget' feel to it with cheap towels and no hand towels. The heating was broken throughout our stay and it was cold in the room. On our last morning they ran out of chopped fruit.
