-room small with a broken glass window -left dry cleaning the day before which was never cleaned . The hotel didn’t do anything except giving me information at 10:30 pm that I can buy a new shirt and they will refund it. The reception was really unpleasant .

It was a nice hotel to stay at if you want to be close to Borough Market and the other sights nearby. PROS: Location Great, friendly staff Cute room (I had the Wicked room), decor wise CONS: Small room No shelving in the shower to put your soap, shampoo and the likes No washcloths or hand towels. Only had bathmat and bath towels Not enough table room for working No place to hang used bath towels in bathroom (would have been nice to have a hook or 2 on the bathroom door. Water pressure/water temperature the mattress - It had a noticeable dip in the mattress on 1 side Otherwise, it was convenient stay for 2 nights. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I don't know if I would stay again if I need to stay in London again. It was just me and I barely had room for my suitcases/bags. Like I said, it was convenient, but I think the next time, I'll stay at the Novotel next door.

Quirky reception so wasn’t sure if I was checking into the theatre or the hotel 😂 Friendly staff. Rooms lovely. No food served in the evening but available in the Novotel next door if you want to stay close by. Great location to walk along the river or catch a bus or tube Continental breakfast choice is basic but good quality. I’d definitely stay again

The hotel was basic but very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent. There is parking on site but it’s quite expensive and when you add on the congestion charge for 2 days to get in and out it becomes very expensive. If you have to park then it’s okay but if you get a train or use an ev, it’s got ev charging points, it’s a good choice.

Enjoyed our stay, was a flying visit as for just one night. Loved the attention to detail , the decor was great throughout . Breakfast was good , location great. Definitely will be back.
