lovely lobby with a nice feel, staff very friendly, good location too. Does feel like the cheaper of two hotels next to each other. Room from view without paying for a room with a view was the side of a building so consider that if its important to you. Didnt use the breakfast as couldnt clearly see where it was compared to where the check in staff said it would be. Clean room reset every day, quite basic in terms of what you get, but did a good job. Bathroom is quite tight

Excellent location for south bank and borough market. Check in was a breeze and rooms clean and tidy and perfect size for the amount of time we actually used the room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price as not hot option available. Also be aware if booking through a third party that the parking rates can vary, ours between £24 to £80 for our 2 night stay and to be fair to the staff it was sorted out when we showed a copy of our booking

Good Room and Well located. But there where a poster for free welcomme drink near the elevator but this was not possible ans we could not get drinks the bar only sold beer and spiris
