Dear Juliette, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. We would like to clarify that on the day of your check-in, the hotel was operating with very limited room availability. Despite this, our reception team made every effort to accommodate your requests. Your initial preference for a quiet room was fulfilled upon arrival. Subsequently, when you requested a room with more natural daylight, our team arranged a room move for you, for both rooms booked. At the time, we did explain that rooms with greater daylight exposure are located on the main road side of the building, which may involve some level of noise. We understand you were informed of this trade-off prior to accepting the change. Given these efforts, we are concerned to learn that the service you received did not come across as customer-oriented, as it was certainly our intention to assist you to the best of our ability under the circumstances. We are, however, sorry to hear that the breakfast orange juice did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
