We requested a room in a quiet location, as we planned to work from the hotel. Initially, we were assigned a room on the first floor with very limited natural daylight. The window was covered, making the room uncomfortably dark during the day. After we asked for a room with proper daylight, we were—somewhat reluctantly—moved to rooms 322 and 324. While these rooms were significantly brighter, they were also quite noisy. As the reception staff did not come across as particularly service-oriented, we chose not to request another room change, as we felt it would likely not be handled with much enthusiasm. Based on this experience, I conclude that the hotel may not offer rooms that are both quiet and well-lit, which makes it less suitable for work-related stays such as ours. Finally, the “orange juice” (powder with water?) served at breakfast was among the worst I have ever had.

We would like to clarify that on the day of your check-in, the hotel was operating with very limited room availability. Despite this, our reception team made every effort to accommodate your requests. Your initial preference for a quiet room was fulfilled upon arrival. Subsequently, when you requested a room with more natural daylight, our team arranged a room move for you, for both rooms booked. At the time, we did explain that rooms with greater daylight exposure are located on the main road side of the building, which may involve some level of noise. We understand you were informed of this trade-off prior to accepting the change. Given these efforts, we are concerned to learn that the service you received did not come across as customer-oriented, as it was certainly our intention to assist you to the best of our ability under the circumstances. We are, however, sorry to hear that the breakfast orange juice did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The hotel is more style over substance, very attractive entrance but very limited facilities. No information in hotel rooms re. Services, towels were grey. Not white and were "rough".
