We stayed in a twin room whilst visiting London for various Christmas events. The hotel was reasonably well located near London Bridge (accessed via Southwark bridge mainly). The decor was fantastic and rooms reasonably appointed. The only thing that set the bot back was the temperature. We just could not adjust it and spent the night quite cold (in room late so was little point on complaining) as the bedding in addition was minimal and fairly threadbare. Did let it down as otherwise was a great stay.

Great stay in perfect location

My second stay in this hotel, the same great experience. A super convenient location close to the river, to underground, train and bus stations, a friendly but always professional and helpful staff, pleasant ambiance and decor, perfect breakfast with decent coffee and wide range of things to feast on, nice and clean rooms maybe too warm but quite at night, no slamming doors or sound-signaling lifts. I would definitely choose the same hotel again, and I will if opportunity emerges.

Rooms (based on Wizard of Oz movie) were well equipped and beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Continental style Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Four friends said we enjoyed our stay and would use this hotel again.
