Great hotel. The location is ideal and the decor inside the hotel is very funny. It has everything you need for your stay in London. Quiet and clean room, good breakfast and efficient WiFi. The staff is friendly and efficient. The room itself was small ( double) but perfect for 2. The bathroom was basic but clean and the AC was working well. Definitely we will stay here again.

We were very impressed with our interactions with the staff who were always ready to help us with anything we needed e.g. extra pillows, towels, ironing board, booking taxis etc. The breakfast was plentiful with enough choices and always set us up for a day of walking around London. The staff were very efficient at replenishing food and clearing tables. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well.

Very pleasant stay. Wonderful breakfast. Great location. Kind, helpful staff. I stayed in 2 IBIS hotels in London and this was by far the better one. Only complaint is that there was not an outlet in the bathroom so we had to do our hair in the hallway. Not sure why that it is but we made do.
