Check in: I struggled with my suitcase and the front desk/bell saw me almost trapped in the revolving door. They said watch out, and didn't offer help. Room: horrible. There was a plumbing issue and I woke up every time upstairs use their shower, like early from the morning to the late evening. The sink was clogged. It smelled like sewer every time water drains so I needed to close the lid and use it with dirty water in the sink. This may happen at a motel but not at a 4-star hotel. Service: I needed to message multiple times to get some help. They couldn't fix some of them, like sewer smell, but didn't confirm they fixed them or offer alternative solutions.

The hotel is very well situated. Very close to Tower Hill tube station. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The only comment I have is that the breakfast tables and chairs weren't cleaned properly in-between guests.
