The hotel is your average Novotel but the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok, not overcrowded and good variety. Appreciated the free water fountains, good for the environment. The skip the room cleaning is good, but should be compensated with more reward points, after all is a lesser service that must be compensated with either less costly rooms or more benefits.

Have been here multiple times since Covid and have always enjoyed it. This time it was a little flat. It feels like a lot of cost-cutting dressed up as environmentally friendly projects has been put in place. Restaurant staff were stressed and openly discussing concerns with each other at breakfast whilst serving which was not good to hear. The bar was unusually quiet if not downright dead. Breakfast itself was pleasant and staff had no problems supplying food for my coeliac partner which was great. Room was okay - personally don’t like the wall-less bathrooms, especially as the lighting for those of us who shave isn’t particularly good. Also gap over toilet door means guaranteed disturbance for other room occupant at night.

Warm welcoming and a lovely welcoming letter with candy was a special touch. I liked the room, it was spacious with comfortable bed. It was walking distance to HOHO buses and tower bridge and London Bridge which is fantastic for those who love these places. Quiet area with security around. However our internet locations were around Oxford St. so we took transportation to get there every day but it's quite easy and fast so not a big deal. Breakfast was just fine but no live kitchen.

We stayed for two nights in September 2026. The staff were excellent, kind and attentive. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and great shower and bathroom. There was a fridge and a safe in the room as well, which is always helpful. We had breakfast both mornings and had some delicious food, including gluten free croissants, toast and granola for me as I am coeliac. Overall a wonderful experience, I would definitely stay here again.

I had a truly great experience, even though I booked the room on the same day as my arrival. Our room was super comfortable, with great amenities, and the staff was also very lovely. The location of the hotel was also amazing, you could just walk out to Tower Bridge or go anywhere easily by public transport.

I won’t say it was a great experience unlike my experience with other Accor group hotels. Rooms were of decent size for 2 adults. I didn’t like the breakfast assortment and could include more vegetarian options including a basic omelette station with some international menu. The listed hotel rates were higher than rack rate when I checked in and felt cheated as Accor site claims to offer best pricing. Cleaning of rooms should be improved as the kettle was dusty, more water bottles should be provided for filling
