I was there on business. Really like the hotel. The room was just what I need, and a great space for me to work too. I like the reception staff, friendly and also professional. My only suggestion is the restaurant, the staff could be a tad more attentive. I will of course stay again!

Another fantastic stay, from the minute of arrival to checking out every single member of staff were exceptionally polite and friendly as always. Nothing is ever too much hassle for the staff. I stay at this hotel every time when I am in London which is every few months. I look forward to staying again in December.
