Me and my partner came for our tenth anniversary and as always with a novotel hotel we had a great time. The staff were lovely the room was good value and the loctiaon was brilliant. So much so we have booked to come again with our daughter at the end of the month over the bank holiday weekend. I asked if there was anything special that the team could do for our anniversay and there was a few nice treats in the room when we got there which made it feel that bit more special. We didnt want to go for the romance package as I dont drink and the late check out wasnt something we could make use of. If there was anything to complain about it would be that the frosted glass switch on the shower didnt work but that really didnt make a difference to our stay. Our future booking is possibly under my partners name Georgina Howell, so if there is anything the team can do on our stay Sunday 30th to Tuesday 1st September for my daughter that would be amazing.
