The location is just 100 m away from the Tube station, but there are no crowds around the hotel. The staff, both at the reception and at the bar (welcome drinks) was extremely kind and welcoming, particularly to the kids. Our room (for 4) was beautiful and very functional, quiet and had always the right temperature.

first I have experienced drilling, than it turned out the TV was not working in my room so needed to change the room...what is good? location just around the corner of the underground exit, quite big room, very comfortable bed

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. However, the cleanliness of the rooms has slipped over the past year. I gave feedback a few months ago on room 522 and for this stay was given the same room. I was surprised, despite giving feedback on the state of the bathroom, that it did not appear to have been addressed. Fluff covering the vent in the shower, slime around the shower screen at the bottom. This time the sink did not drain in the bathroom. Very dissapointed.
