The welcome this time was not so great by 1 of the lady - no smile and abruptly saying - can I help you? Not even welcome especially i was in the queue waiting with the luggage. I reached around 1:00 and was asking me for an early check-in at GBP 40.00 to have the room - well some exceptions are ok for 2 hours before, I guess. I work in the same industry at Four Seasons. Her colleague then took over, and she was much more welcoming. In the room - the wifi connection was not good at all. I was in an inter-connecting room, which is not a problem. room was spacious - but wifi was not good and could not even connect the wifi as well as the screen mirroring on the TV - Once done after long time, netflix was not playing.

I tend to stay at Novotel Tower Bridge whenever I visit London for work, but this time I appreciated it more than ever, as it provided a vital resting point and a comfortable place to recharge my batteries after long days at a conference. Breakfast buffet has improved since my last visit. The scrambled eggs went up a notch in quality and I especially appreciate to have an omelet made to order. Check-in, luggage storage and check-out were quick and efficient and done in the usually friendly, professional way I've come to expect from the hotel. The room, as always, was spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The bathroom and the big shower were ideal for freshening up after a long work day. Overall, this was my best stay there yet. Of course, the usual extortionate London hotel pricing is unavoidable, but I guess that's the new normal.

We have used the property a couple of times now. It’s very well located and the staff are great. One issue is the air conditioning which is poor. It’s not even summer and the rooms are far too hot at night. The aircon just doesn’t work effectively.
