However, we're very sorry to learn that the water stations on both your floor and in the lobby were unavailable during your stay. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we will ensure this issue is investigated and addressed so that our guests have reliable access to drinking water. We're also sorry that the air conditioning in your room did not meet your expectations. Your comments will be shared with our maintenance team for review.
