The hotel is well located and comfortable with good sized rooms and good amenities in the rooms. Check-in and reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The KEEPERS BAR and RESTUARANT however was really slow with service. We were there in a MOnday night and there were maybe only 10 people in the place. It took very long for them to take orders. It took long for the drinks to arrive (even some items on the drinks menu not being available), then it took long for the food to arrive (including incorrect orders) and the worst was having to wait long to make payment. We had to get up and walk to the bar and to make payment and as we were a party of five they assumed that one person is paying for the bill. There are signs everywhere saying 10% off if you present your room keycard, but were told you have to tell them this at the beginning - they were not willing to review the bill after having this information, plus had the cheek to include a 10% service charge on each individual bill. In the end, the restaurant experience was unpleasant and detracted from what was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Hello ☺️ I hope this message finds you well. Last week, I stayed at your hotel with my family. I have also stayed at another hotel from your chain in a different country, and I have always been very satisfied with the overall experience. Our room was spotless, quiet, and the service at the reception was excellent. The reason I am reaching out directly, rather than leaving a public review (as I feel it would not fairly reflect our overall positive experience), is to share some feedback regarding our experience at the hotel restaurant. According to the information provided, food orders are accepted until 22:15. We were seated and placed our order at 21:45, well within the stated timeframe. However, during our meal, two staff members were standing not far from us and were speaking loudly in what seemed to be an argument. At the same time, one of them was spraying cleaning products around the nearby tables, and even placed the chairs from the table next to us on top of it, which gave us the impression that we were being rushed to leave. I took a photo (but don’t know how to send it here) and there were other guests dining at the time, so we were not the only table present or delaying the closing of the restaurant. In addition, a staff member approached us twice to clear our plates, even though one of my son’s dishes was still almost untouched. When we eventually left, there were still two other tables occupied, so we were not the last guests in the restaurant. Overall, the experience made us feel quite unwelcome, which was disappointing given how wonderful the rest of our stay was. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration, as the rest of our experience at your hotel was truly excellent. Kind regards, Dina
