poor room with no courtesy elements; air going through the window at night and breakfast in the room arrived on wet tray dirty seats and poor towels i come at this hotel very often since 2017 and I expect having better services

The layout at the hotel lobby is simple and welcoming, easygoing. Receptionists are friendly, empathetic and helpful. I got a hand written note in my room with a personal welcome message from the staff, I really appreciated! The improvement could be made in my opinion is the overall Novotel room design. It feels bit old, the lighting in my room is also not so comfortable. The bathroom door - i would prefer a simple one door instead of 2 doors... The room is clean! This is to appreciate! And keep it up! Because not to take it from granted, many hotel rooms I stayed I found hairs....

everything was very good and a nice room but we traveled in the early morning from Norway and was not eable to get the room before 14 oclock! 4 persons in a room for 2 days, it should not be a big deal to give us the room earlier! thomas

My stay with family was great. Spacious room and clean. Friendly and helpful staffs. Great location, just a walk away from Tower Hill Underground which we fully utilized conveniently to get our way around London by tube (do purchase an Oyster card for convenient). Hotel close to Tower of London, Tower Bridge and River Thames cruise. Also close to eating place notably Coppa Club & Wangamama. Overall had a wonderful stay.

Hi, I liked your hotel to which I returned since I had stayed again before in the past. The staff were very friendly and helpful! which I much appreciated. My main concerns would be the degree of cleanliness which to my opinion was below average. The bed linen were a bit worn out and there was a hole in the mattress sheet. I would like impeccably cleaned fresh and pressed linen, this would made a big difference. We ate at the bar, I noticed the cutlery and the glasses were greasy. Also the food came cold and the burger my son ordered was burned outside but undone inside. Another point was that in the room I stayed 722 during the whole night there was a continuous background buzz from some kind of machinery, not sure from where this was coming from. I also found a bit peculiar and awkward the reception desk which was a thin high bench and its orientation. I think the visual impression of the entry into a space is very important ! I would change the reception bench to a big large designed desk orientated facing the main entry...! I think the hotel has a great potential I just recommend you give some attention to the things I mentioned. Thank you and Kind Regards Annita (Anastasia) P.

Location is great and close to the City where my office is. Train and Tube stations are next door. The Bar is fantastic with very nice decoration. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Will certainly stay again in this hotel.

Good experience. Initially confused by the casual structure of 'Reception' it was hard to . Reported and Addressed Issues: My issue with an unlocked interconnecting door was addressed quickly. Disappointed that a shower drain issue meant that, had I not noticed the issue part way through my shower, I would have flooded the shower room. Having soaped up I saw the drain as not working and I had to wait 5 mins for sufficient water to drain allowing me to complete my shower. Once reported it was addressed whilst I was away for the day. Unreported Issues: Found the room noisy, due to a constant outside mechanical drone. Kept me awake the first night but reckoned I would have to relocate room to avoid and was too tired to have it addressed. Tried to lower the room temperature, using the air conditioning, but whilst it was set to 5 with the fan on full it made little difference. Again not reported. I was quite ill while I was with you and needed to have minimal fuss when I was staying with you. so I did not report everything, otherwise I am sure you would have tried to resolve the issues. Fun: Stumbled across the LCD privacy glass. Was a surprise :) I also loved your restaurant theme. Expect work will bring me back in the future.

Very good and fast check in/check out. I congratulate all the F&B team on the duty. They have been professionals to deal with the massive guests in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner. This was the first time I had stayed around this area in London so I was worried about it. I can honestly say I will never stay anywhere else now, I took my 5 year old son and the hotel staff done nothing but make us feel comfortable and helped us out. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were lovely and clean.. slightly warm but that didn’t matter.

Great trip, hotel was clean, looks modern, vibrant atmosphere. Staff were always freindly and welcoming Rooms were spacious and clean The only issue (and it’s a big enough issue for us not to return) was that there was no air conditioning in the rooms . The rooms were too hot . We all had three terrible nights sleep due to the heat. We were provided with a fan but it made very little difference . Opening the window made no use as it barely opened and was too noisy. If the air conditioning was fixed we would return to this hotel, however due to this reason we wouldn’t return as after a long day walking around a city you need a good nights sleep and unfortunately we left this hotel absolutely exhausted .

With regards to the A/C, we have an air cooling / heating system in the hotel which is centrally controlled – this means that there is limited ability in the individual bedrooms to manage the temperature. It basically balances the room temperature with the outside one, and at the moment there is not the chance for us to change it. However, I can assure you that we are looking to this with our colleagues to know how we can improve the system to make it much more flexible and user friendly for our guests. Good hotel, but problem with booking spoiled experience

Our stay was excellent. However, we had been promised, when booking on the phone, adjoining rooms. None were available when we checked in. Since we were traveling with two young children it was important that their bedroom be connected to ours, and we booked at this hotel precisely because it was able to promise use adjoining rooms. The staff were apologetic and sorted it out for the second night of our stay, but for our first night my wife and I each had to sleep in separate rooms with one child each.

I've been spent over 100 nights in this hotel and I always happy to stay there. Feels like a second home. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are nice and clean. If I had any problem with the room the staff at the reception always offered me quick and efficient solution and they always try to do their best. Big thanks for Melissa, Olivier and Caroline who always help me when I had any request and I also very satisfied with Ekaterina and with Akim who delivered excellent room service during the night. I will return just as I did many times during the last year.

Check-in was very slow We booked 2 rooms 1 was ready at 2 the other still not ready at 2-40 so had to give us another room. Next day said we hadn't paid for breakfast which we had so another 15 mins sorting that we only stay in novotels and have stayed in the tower hill one many times and accor members.
