I stayed 2 nights. As I entered the room, it was noot ready, a lady was still cleaning it. I had breaksfast in the room the first day. Coffee pot covered with plastic, no cream, no sugar, a few dry croissants and that was it. The air conditioning was not working. The cleaning after the first night was bad or not existant. I had instant coffee in the room. The dirty cup was put back on the shelf, the instant coffee doses were not replenished

We stayed here last weekend for my daughters 13th birthday, taking advantage of the 50% extra room offer. The rooms were great and had all we need, very happy with the complimentary water in the rooms. The hotel very kindly decorated the hotel room as a surprise for my daughter which was a lovely touch, thank you to Eleanor for this. Great location too. Overall a great stay. Becky

Very nice hotel with modern bedrooms and bar area. 2 minute walk to tube and Tower of London. Staff friendly and helpful. It was busy at breakfast but still got table with no wait. Nice breakfast selection and all fresh. Kids liked small play area and electronic table. Overall would highly recommend for weekend in London.

Simple informal check in no fuss. No bath mat which wasn’t an issue as didn’t have a shower, but more importantly no toilet brush which I didn’t find very hygienic.

Expensive hotel with just a shower and a bed. Had to pay additional cost for breakfast and a service fee for diner. Hotel room felt like a sauna, even though I turned the heating off. When sleeping with the window open you need ear plugs, because of the noise outside.

I would like also to point out that our Service Charge in the Restaurant is discretionary and can be voided upon request. I wish you would have reported your issue with he heating in the room during your stay so we could have address the situation immediately and allow you to have a better sleeping experience. As a city hotel there is inevitably the problem of external traffic and general noise that we are not able to control. All staff where very attentive looking after all our needs Bar and food was very good. Only one small criticism from my wife and sister is the lack of a full length mirror in the bedroom so that they could have checked their appearance (ie dress) ect before leaving the hotel.

Very nice hotel with perfect location (the tube station is around the corner, as well as the Tower Bridge and The Tower of London). The room was very nice, spacious and clean with big comfy bad, the only disadvantage was not enough space in wardrobe. And I do not understand the idea of having sink just next to the bed. The breakfasts were just amazing and staff was excellent, friendly and very helpfull.

Very poor stay

Stayed in room 424 in the Tower of London hotel. Both the sink and shower drains were blocked which resulted in the water not draining. Reported this after first night but all that was done was that they removed the plug stoppers- resulting in terrible smell of drains and the shower water would still not drain. The room was also very dusty/unclean, so much so I refused to use the coffee machine and cups provided. Reported to staff member Pablo, who was uninterested. On checking out again told them of the problems and did not even receive an apology. Staff totally uninterested and talked amongst themselves in French. Food in hotel restaurant (2x fish and chips ordered) were terrible as still raw inside and batter grey in colour. For price charged for this so called 4* star hotel, I would not recommend.

Three days in a row the room was not cleaned. Even though I stopped at the front desk on two different days and gave them the room number and asked that it be cleaned. In addition, when I checked out I mentioned this issue and was told management would get in touch with me. To date, I have not received any communication from management about this issue. The person checking me out told me the hotel had received numerous complaints about cleaning that week, and the cleaning company was new.

The personal was kind. The housekeeping bad - we showed where was not cleaned and even though she did not cleaned. The problem with window was not solved, but a connected room was made available with no charge (although the noise and cold).
