Location good, convenience store and underground station next to the hotel, 10min from Liverpool Street station , 15min to Tower Bridge, easy check in and checkout, 24h reception, room small and bathroom in cheap plastic design and slightly outdated, enough pressure in shower and hot water but overall it was ok

Room too hot, air con doesn't work, tv wont connect, shower difficult to get at a reasonable temperature(goes from scolding to cold with no in between) dirty drains but the worst thing was the huge blood(or poop) stain on the mattress protector. Disgusting. Breakfast was reasonable, just needed more fruit.

The stay was fine, I found my room quite hot so I had quite a broken sleep but overall it was fine. My colleague had an incident where she found her mattress covered in stains as soon as she entered her room, but the incident was dealt with very quickly and the staff were all very nice and helpful at all times.

Basic rooms, but really clean and SUPER QUIET. Staff were lovely and helpful. Bar was great. Breakfast was delicious. And very reasonable rates. Highly recommend.
