Friendly welcome. TJ was helpful, gave us recommendations on where to eat and stored are luggage. Breakfast comprehensive and staff very helpful.

The hotel is clean, the room has a lot of space. Breakfast is various and abudant. Personnel very polite. Very close to tube station on the green and pink lines.

The only reason I chose to stay at ibis was the location. It’s very accessible from London Liverpool station. The Rooms are bit small but clean.Saff is good. The beds are good. I must mention Rosane at the breakfast service, she was brilliant with her service and more so her smile!
