Room was not clean, carpet had crumbs and other dirt around table an closet. Pipe in the bathroom had dirt beneath the handle. Shower had almost no pressure at all when hot water was turned.

Great location for exploring Spitalfields/Shoreditch. We had planned on coming back the hotel at the end of the night and enjoying some drinks/snacks in the hotel, but the bar was closed, which meant we had to walk to find a restaurant. The shower was terrible: either cold or boiling hot.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great for proximity to trains and local tourism. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend!

Check-in was not organised, didn't have full booking information, tried to get me t pay for a stay that had already been paid for and then couldn't enable me to set up to be able to book payments to my room even though I was giving them my personal Vias card to book against. Breakfast poorly organised, table not cleared, no plates, no cutlery, poor food options. Poor food option in bar at night (pizza or nothing)

I'd have scored this higher but it's a pet hate of mine when staying more than one night for one's room-key to have to be reactivated.
