Aircon extremely loud, like you would have tractor in your room. Bar staff not very accommodating, as a platinum member I have welcome drinks and we just wanted to have half pint of cider instead of beer, she was extremely firm and wouldn’t compromise… I think it’s a bit much. That half pint of suede would cost hotel 0.55£ I think you need to be more flexible for your platinum members. Just found it very odd, we haven’t asked for anything expensive 🤷🏻‍♀️
