Stayed one night when visiting london for a concert. Had early check-in which went smoothly, the room was clean and comfortable. Checked out in the morning and used the baggage room before returning and using my free drinks voucher before grabbing our bags. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A very amenable stay. A few notes. The lifts took a very long time to come when I was hungover and I didn’t appreciate or need this. Someone also was making an awful racket outside which caused interruption to my sleep. The bathroom floor got quite wet after a shower but to be honest, I can’t blame this on you. The person I stayed with has club feet and mobility issues and I can safely say it was all on him. Just something to consider. Thanks divas. X

Great location close to the tube and local amenities. Handy for Spitalfields Market. Reception staff were lovely. Twin beds seemed a bit small. The sink drain was a bit smelly although the bathroom was clean.

The reception staff were great and sorted our early check-in expertly. The level of cleanliness in the hotel was absolutely superb. The Shoreditch branch is brilliantly located, only two minutes from Aldgate East tube and a relatively short (15 minute) walk to Tower Bridge.

Staff super friendly and helpful, early check in was welcome. Unfortunately it's the facilities of the hotel that are a little lacking. Yes it is located nicely next to Aldgate East underground and the Tesco Express is also welcome. But navigating smokers standing in the entrance isn't fun. Hotel room should really have air condition as standard, the shower water flow was super low (I'd have been better sticking my head under the tap in the sink) - Some areas looked a little tired and worn, the lift area for example (2 of the 3 lifts were working for our stay).

Checked into our room. Unpacked and settled. Wi-Fi was constantly disconnecting. They moved us to another room which meant packing everything back up again, going all the way because to the lobby, them going to the new room. Wi-Fi was better but still disconnected frequently. The shower drained so slow that water got on the floor. The elevators were even slower. Pillows were very lumpy and hard. When packing up the next morning, noticed blood on the sheets. I have a photo. Come to find out, it seems as if it was bedbugs because that evening, my son was covered with red bites. Now we're worried about bedbugs being in our luggage and this happened on the second day of a nine day trip. I can't believe that cost me the amount of money it did. Never again.

The room and bathroom were always clean, but the public areas were not. The carpets in the corridors and in front of the lifts were dirty throughout the week.

Well-situated hotel with a full breakfast buffet that meets expectations. However, the room lacks a bedside table for personal items, and the window won't open properly, causing stale odor. Adequate for short stays but frustrating for longer visits.

The room was very smelly, like a wet dog smell, all the time that didn't go away. Was not very clean from all Ibis I stayed this was the worst, and I stayed at older ones, but they were clean. Also, the bathroom design in this particular hotel I didn't like at all, maybe it's just a personal opinion here, but it felt like a public bathroom in the park and the round shape is unnecessary, because room is big enough to have a square bathroom, so it felt and was very small.

Arrived at 1pm and asked to check in at 3pm. Large queue to check in to hotel at reception at 3pm. After a couple of mins while I’m in queue one of the staff left and didn’t return leaving one receptionist deal with clients in a queue stretching back to lifts. I returned following evening at 10.50 and waited at bar for a drink with other guest already there. I went to reception desk which had three staff chatting to each other and asked if they could help me at bar or get someone to help me. They thought this was funny that I asked why could they not serve me and I was told go away and try again in 20 mins, maybe someone ight be there at later time. Bar didn’t display times or that it was closed. I asked for manager because I needed help, I was informed no manager on duty. While this happened more arrived and waited to be served at bar. I was not happy and told them that, but no one was very proactive with customer service. I have stayed at many Accor hotels over 20 years and this was a very disappointing level of service. I’m a manger myself and know exactly where the fault is. I know you will come come with apologies but it’s not good enough level of service.
