I chose this hotel because i had booked this same very hotel previous two times although close to 10 years back. while the location is extremely good i didnot had a good experience this time.

Stayed overnight in a twin room with my son. Room was small but well appointed. Had everything i needed including iron and ironing board. Beds small but comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing as can only be described as luke warm when we ate at 10am. Other than that will use again in the future.

The room was damp leaving the bedsheets slightly wet. Quite unpleasant. Booked three rooms for three adults. Was promised three separate beds. The rooms was furnished with a queensize and a single bed. Unsatisfactory. Lastly all three rooms were rooms for disabled meaning there was s sliding door between the sleeping area and bathroom leaving very little to the imagination with three adults sharing the room. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent and the water was either boiling or ice cold.

Hotel is on the central Commercial Streets with many places very nearby, and two tube stations - one is adjacent, the other is 2 min walk, so the location is perfect. Staff is quite friendly and makes everything easier for the guests. Rooms are standard Ibis rooms, limited amenities for this model. No noise problems even window open at night. Highly recommended.
