The shower pressure was not working during my stay. Breakfast was below average. On day 1 which was busiest for me, I had trouble washing my hair due to very low pressure plus due to over crowding there was a 10 minute wait to eat breakfast.

No cutlery, kept clearing away my drinks while I was at the buffet. I organised on entry had to wait ages. Toilet door did not close in room. Pretty rubbish experience

The bed was awful. Therefore I will never stay in an Ibis again. The bed had a very hard base with a sliver of a mattress on top of it. I was in a 2 x single beds room, so thankfully I was able to take the mattress and the duvet off one and put both on the bed that I slept on. Never again.
