The room was damp leaving the bedsheets slightly wet. Quite unpleasant. Booked three rooms for three adults. Was promised three separate beds. The rooms was furnished with a queensize and a single bed. Unsatisfactory. Lastly all three rooms were rooms for disabled meaning there was s sliding door between the sleeping area and bathroom leaving very little to the imagination with three adults sharing the room. Finally, the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent and the water was either boiling or ice cold.

Trip with my daughter for a concert at the Palladium. Hotel is in an interesting area that we hadn’t visited much before and well-connected by the Underground. Comfortable hotel and quiet with the windows closed despite our room facing a busy road.

Check in was quick, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection. Had drinks and food in hotel and was reasonably priced

The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and, by London standards, impressively spacious, with comfortable amenities including an ironing board. The hotel also offers excellent transport connections, with Aldgate East and Whitechapel stations just a short walk away.
