Stayed two nights in IBIS Shoreditch on Commercial Road. Genuinely pleased with the experience. The room is basic but had everything we needed and with being in Shoreditch, perfect location for us. Abdullah was so welcoming on arrival and Faisal did a fab job looking after our luggage when checking out.

We enjoyed 5 days in this Ibis hotel in London Shoreditch. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and big enough for us three. The breakfast was really good and they had enough products which we liked. Even live music in the evening! This hotel is a really good choice for everyone who wants to have a central located hotel with comfort.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The location next to the metro and tourist attractions is perfect. The room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. Special thanks to Isabela at the reception. She was kind, efficient, and courteous, resolving all my needs. She is truly wonderful, and so is the hotel.

Good price-quality ratio, location was ideal, breakfast was good and the room comfortable. Would have appreciated a better airconditioning / cooling unit in the room instead of having to keep the window open through the night.

Terrible food - both dinner and breakfast

Ate in restaurant in the evening - fish over-fried and brittle, peas still frozen. Breakfast the following morning wasn't much better - no empty tables, then when one came free it wasn't cleaned. No cutlery. Bacon stone cold. No eggs. Aggressive kitchen staff. Won't be staying again any time soon.
