Disappointed - booked thinking it would be OK - it wasnt. Room 405 cold no facilities other than a shower and toilet (no kettle, hairdryer, glasses) but worst of all was horrendously noisy at night. There was so much road noise we had to check the window was actually shut. Nowhere to get a drink in the hotel (the other budgets we've stayed at least had a fridge with wine/beer) and uncomfortable bed. We left after one night and went to the travelodge at London City.

No refill with soap. Was too little soap when I checked in, and no refill during the stay. Both in shower and with the sink.

I booked a room with a “large double bed” in fact it was 2 single beds pushed together . Am very disappointed with the false sale on the room

My room faced the main street, and even with double glassed windows it was noisy during the nights. The bathroom facilities was below normal standard.
