A one night stop at a regular location. Booked late, so ended up with a twin room. The beds were not comfortable - tried both sides, so sleep quality poor. Breakfast and cleanliness to the usual standards

Good location, nice breakfast, facilities are good. Staff is super kind. But please get rid of that carpet in the rooms - a dark plastic carpet cannot ever be kept clean, no matter how thoroughly you vaccuum / steam it, and it's not thoroughly cleaned anyway. This is proven by the multiple visible stains, even if you chose a dark color to disguise it. Bring your own slippers!!

Lovely stay as usual, but marred by lack of celiac / gluten free options at breakfast. The usual nice bread and muffins were missing, replaced by grey and unappetising bread slices. The same six slices were put out each morning.

Hotel is in a good location and the staff were polite. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and tasted good. The bed was uncomfortable and I woke up a few times and the pillows were at awkward heights where one was too low but two were too high. The TV cut out every now and again and the screen casting didn't work. The bathroom was clean but when you used the sink you could smell burnt hair.
