Adequate but could have been better. At check-in we requested a quiet room. Reception allocated a room to us on the second floor at the front of the building telling us it was a "very quiet". It wasn't. There was substantial noise from traffic. We were obliged to return to Reception to request a new room. This was an annoying waste of time at a late hour. Reception seemed not very bothered to get it right the first time. Also, we paid extra for a late check-out at 5PM on our second night. We wanted to guarantee to sleep in after an all-night commitment. However, at 2.30PM Reception came to the room to wake us up (despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on door) to tell us we needed to leave. We explained the pre-paid late check-out. They had missed this. Again, frustrating. No apology for their error. The room was comfortable enough and clean. But the air conditioning did not function effectively. We had to set the temperature gauge at 17c just to get some cool-ish air. Water pressure in the shower was not great.
