We like the hotel and have stayed here several times. Unfortunately on this occasion someone (presumably staff) opened our bedroom door while we were getting ready to go out. How can that happen? Also - other Mercure chain hotels (eg 25 Hours) provide filter coffee at breakfast. It would be a good addition to your offer if you could do that too.
