The room was large and stylish. There were marks on the bed and rips on the bedding. The A/C did not work as it should. 18°c blew out warm air so it remained off, the room did not get colder and remained warm even with the window open. It made the stay very uncomfortable and not worth the money in the end as we were irritable from start to finish. The water jug we received had residue water in the jug and seemed dirty as if though it had been used.

A very comfortable, clean, and pleasantly decorated hotel. Ideally located opposite the Tate Modern and halfway between the Tower of London and the London Eye, this hotel is a great base for exploring the city's main attractions.
