Novotel London Bridge Hotel 4 stars

Was booked in to ibis next door but to to it being shut was transferred to the Novotel Lovely staff - great location - spacious quite room - great size bathroom Only niggles - needs new ironing board cover ! And plug socket next to left size bed doesnt work ! Other then that another great stay at a Accor hotel Also as always fantastic helpful friendly staff Thanks

The rooms were very cool, the foyer had a beautiful aesthetic which continued with the hotel. But I have to say that the real memorable part of our stay were the staff Martina in particular is a gem she went absolutely above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and just chit chatting. She also was able to change our rooms to a shard view remembering that I had called earlier and requested it. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were sweet Lili was friendly and laughing which was nice, she was also very accommodating to our intolerances. The night team made an effort for us (I felt bad that I fell asleep when I had ordered food!) but they were efficient with their whatsapp replies and work.

After being moved from the Ibis to the Novotel. We were very pleased at the service and attentiveness of all staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean and felt very safe making our stay a very memorable one. So thank you. Despite no room service there was no issue in getting what we needed extra. Breakfast was a calm experience and managed well with plenty of staff on duty well done.

The room was spotless and very clean, only down fall was when we tried to order room service we had to wait over an hour for a reply on a few occasions

We were in for 3. days/2. nights in London for a needed break. We booked 2 nights and found the room to be well appointed. Breakfast even during the pandemic was satisfying. What makes the difference. is the staff. The kitchen/restaurant staff are amazingly. helpful and pleasant for our kids They let me do a late checkout for a business meeting And the lobby and front room. were. relaxing and bar support was also apprecitated.

I spent 2 day at the hotel as a guest...and I also delivered a training course at the hotel as well...1st class...

Great welcome. Super room

I was booked on Ibis Style next door. And was moved to Novohotel due to Style was closed. I booked a room overviewing the Shard at Style and ended up with a view on a narrow backstreet. Also I was promised to be able to check in at 12pm and checkout at 5pm free of charge. 12pm went well. But I have had mistakes done booking at Allaccor before, so after my breakfast I double checked if the checkout time was 5pm as agreed. And the reception did not have that in their files. And they told me I had to pay for it. Eventually it was fixed. And that is great. But issues like this should not happen. And when I checked in they could not find my booking. Eventually they did. Hence I give 9 out of 10 on my review. Otherwise, I loved it there, and truly enjoyed my stay. Staff, food and the room.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel was a great base for walks along the Thames to see the sights plus the odd taxi ride further afield. We all felt safe with regard to COVID restrictions and had a very enjoyable stay.

We had an excellent time at this hotel. The location is great, the room was really nice and clean, and the staff were all extremely kind and helpful. We especially loved the breakfast at the hotel, which had so much choice and was delicious (in particular the veggie sausages). Will definitely return to this hotel the next time I’m in London!

Hotel very clean, staff v friendly. Breakfast was ok, but some fresh fruit ( apart from apples) would have been nice. Our room was clean with a good view of The Shard. A couple of minor points - the hairdryer was useless, it would have been quicker to blow my hair dry. Also the electric socket was nowhere near the mirror, so unable to see what I was doing when drying my hair.
