I was double charged, this was never put right by the hotel, and i had to go via bank which took a long time the hotel did eventually email but didn't really seem to care. Cost me a lot of time, and untimely has lead to me choosing other hotels where possible over Novotel.

Like in every new location - things can be difficult to find, even with GPS whilst very clean - I was satisfied and I am a hygiene freak if there was just anything that I did not find or could not do - it was the fantastically lovely personnel who made the stay just marvelously wonderful - Thank you A place i would always now choose first I did not miss anything and felt welcome and safe

Our trip was Businees/Travel . We’ve staying in Novetel 3 prior times and have always loved the stay and the location. This time though we had several housekeeping issues and the room temperature was unsatisfactory. It’s was unbearably hot. Also the restaurant staff while extremely nice did not seem to have the experience that I would expect. I love this hotel so I really would hope they would pay attention to some of these details
