It was a nice stay for us we stayed for a short time only, but we enjoyed and the hotel was really nice inside. The service and room was good inside also and we would stay again if we come back to this hotel. The room was comfy and modern for us which is good also

Our stay at Novotel was exceptional - from the warm welcome on a rainy aftrenoon by friendly british staff to a much more busy departure (which was still handled profesionally and nicely). Albeit small, our room was comfortable and clean and we had no issue fitting in with kids. There was plenty of storage space and even enough chargers for the whole family, which is a nice bonus. Every morning, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast - there is a true full english breakfast and plenty of other options as well, restocked dutifully throughout the whole morning. The staff is making sure they never run out of anything despite the crowds (word of warning - the areat gets very crowded between 9-10 and the hotel seems popular with families with kids, so if you prefer calm breakfast either wake up early or skip breakfast). The hotel has a great location, with two bus stops around the corner allowing you to take an iconinc double-decker to Tower Bridge or Big Ben - both are also in walking distance, allowing you to stroll on the riverbank. There is also plenty of dining options in near vicinity. What we loved most were the breakfasts and the location - both providing excellent value for our money and making our stay in London much better!

We stayed at Novotel London Bridge for 5 nights in December 24. The Hotel is Located near Borough Market and has convenience stores in vicinity. We were very Happy with the helping nature of the hotel staff. Would recommend staying here for sure. rgds
