Traveled for a vacation with family , chose this property due to proximity to london bridge and other attractions. The hotel was great with very friendly staff, very good breakfast (pre paid while booking) and comfortable rooms.

We originally booked a superior room and we were able to get into a suite for 3 of our 5 nights we were staying. That made the stay extra nice to have the extra space. We appreciated the help with booking a large enough van to get us to the airport and really appreciated the hotel holding our luggage so we could go out on our last day rather than get to the airport very early. I would recommend this hotel to others, especially families looking for a convenient location with friendly staff.

Hotel reception staff were lovely, the room (executive suite) was fabulous, breakfast was brilliant. Location of hotel was ideal, right next to borough market and short walk from tube.
