Novotel London Bridge Hotel 4 stars

We enjoyed our stay. Receptionist was welcoming and liked the modern entrance. The room was a nice size and bed comfy. Covid-19 measures were in place, which was reassuring. Room was clean. Towels were a bit old and some ripped, but clean. Could have done with a few more. Shower controls worked but button broken, making it a little difficult to operate. Quilt was quite thin, so we were a bit cold even with air conditioning turned off. Air conditioning control temperature indicators had worn away so couldn't work out temperature. Not enough tea bags etc. No water provided. Decided not to have breakfast as it was very limited for an expensive price of £12. Location quite good, but not near a tube, so had to get taxi with suitcases. Overall a good experience, these are just little things that would gave made it a better stay. Would use a Novotel again, but try to get one closer to a tube.

Made to feel very welcome by all staff encountered - especially the gentleman at breakfast who was lovely. It feels like the hotel is doing what it can to help you feel looked after safely in the circumstances.

Booked hotel as near to London Bridge for visit to see family. Check in smooth and allocated a room on 6th floor. Hotel seemed very quiet. Room was lovely and slept well.

Our first foray to London since lockdown and it was a very good experience. Friendly efficient staff. Good safety measures. Missed the hot buffet at breakfast but they did the best that was possible in the circumstances.

Lovely stay from beginning to end. Very well looked after by staff. Special mention to Melissa, Isabel and Franciele. They made sure we were feeling like at home. Thanks for the sparkle in the room! The rooms and their view were outstanding! Thanks to all again!

It was a great stay, the hotel is in a great location where you are very close to London Bridge and all the nearby attractions. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This hotel uses the ALLSAFE cleaning system brought in to respond to the recent times.

Very pleasant stay thank you. Excellent staff and very good observation of hygiene and social distancing measures. Very well appointed hotel and had a comfortable stay and was very pleased with quality of customer service within hotel.

Location not good, parking difficult/expensive, rooms too small, beds not comfortable, bathroom weird.

I have stayed here in the past , it is very well located for everything you need to do in the bankside and southbank area, five min walk to borough market the same to the Thames . Obviously with everything that is happening its odd staying in a very quiet hotel. I felt safe all the time a lot of planning had gone into keeping the guests and the staff safe I was very impressed. As always the staff are what makes any hotel stay special , everyone was friendly , big shout out to the lovely breakfast lady who was great fun and trying to do a very difficult job with only the basic items available. I was happy enough with my porridge and toast and great coffee. Well done to everyone if you are thinking about staying dont worry just go .
