We stayed 2 nights and enjoy atmosphere of the hotel. Good location in walking distance to many interesting places. However, ensure you're aware 10min walk to nearest metro, and buses heading east mainly means some trips might not be straight forward. Great breakfast and helpful staff.

We needed to be in the London Bridge area. The surroundings of Borough Market, St Paul's, Liverpool Street are a nice comfortable walk away. Breakfast was sufficient although the coffew machine attracted long queues at time. The staff were polite and engaging. Our receptionist (from Ivory Coast) was very professional. The room although labeled as Executive seemed standard, with robes and slippers. Again, (the hotel's theme), I found the lighting in the bathroom way too dark. If it is for the theme or ambience creation, we should at least have a dimmable option on the switches particularly over the single mirror in over the sink/ bathroom all together.I had the same feeling at the Tower Bridge Hotel where we stayed previously. Otherwise, for our 1 night stay and location compatability we loved our stay.

Very well located and priceless to have parking available in the area. However it would have been useful to have had USBc chargers in the room as well as USB chargers, reception were able to charge my husbands phone for him so I do feel the room could do with a bit of updating there as it wouldn't take long to just update the charger sockets. The sofa bed looked a bit worse for wear. It was a very clean room and walk in shower very good.

I was here as I’d booked it for a 3-day client meeting. The meeting rooms were perfect and the staff, Roze, Esther and Cameron were friendly and attentive. The room o had booked for my overnight stays was perfect, clean and comfortable. Only issue with the bedroom was that the wasn’t a table on the left side of the bed and therefore unable to put anything there. The restaurant was also fantastic with Breakfast and lunch being served by again, a group of attentive and personable staff. Overall the location, the quality and comfort exceeded my expectations.

Receptionist when I arrived couldn't have been more helpful. The location is fantastic. Bar and staff were lovely. Bedroom was absolutely fine but a little dark (particuarly for women trying to apply makeup) Pillows were DREADFUL - lumpy and old, defintely need replacing. The night receptionist when I went to collect my suitcase last night around 11pm was pretty rude and unfriendly which ended things on a worse note than I'd expect. At over £300 per night I expect to be spoken to better than that but I would def stay again.

We had a very comfortable stay in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was pretty complete, but the eggs could have been more freshly made. Enough alternatives across the street. Great location, close to the Thames and the burrough market and the tube station. Lively neighborhoud, but still not overcrowded and silent at night. The rooms are spacy and the beds comfortable. Little fridge in the room is also available. Nothing to complain.

Great location, beautiful room, staff were lovely and extremely helpful. Just had a leak in the toilet so was filling up every 10mins making it hard to sleep. Didn’t report it until morning as was late return back to room. Still, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Another fantastic stay at Novotel London Bridge! As a returning guest for the 4th or 5th time, I really appreciated the early check-in, the upgrade to an Executive Room, and the welcome drink. Breakfast was amazing, and the location is simply unbeatable. Excellent service and thoughtful touches that make you feel valued as a guest. I’ll definitely be back again!

The staff were absolutely amazing at giving us all the support. It was also my hubby’s bday and they left a bday card for him when we checked into our room which was a nice touch.
