The hotel was in great location and had a great view of the shard, the rooms were quite spacious but the bathroom needed abit of attention, we had problems with the toilet almost over flowing and the shower screen not working properly and the floor been flooded

Reception as always crowded and stressed atmosphere. I needed to go three times up to my room until it was the right room where the key card worked. Besides that I was an very good stay and experience. I would come again, also with my family. I like the second full bed in the room.

It was a good clean hotel. Breakfast (at extra cost) was decent too. They gave only one tiny water bottle for 3 days of stay. Other than that housekeeping was all good too,
