Great stay, however, i returned back to hotel room after each day having to discover that house keeping removed and kept my key card left at the Hotel Key Card Switch. I felt that choice for sustainability should have been left to the hotel guest to decide. It felt very intrusive for the house keeping staff to remove my given key card as i wanted to keep my room ventilated. I had to upon return each day, get an extra key card again fro the hotel desk. When asked, hotel receptionist said, housekeeping has a bad habit of removing the key as they had thought that the key was theirs. This to me is not what i feel is appropriate.

As an organisation we use a 3rd party travel provider and their virtual payment card wasnt accepted on arrival. This meant I had to contact staff outside of working hours to provide alternative payment. All resolved quickly but frustrating at the end of a long day.

Comfortable room and bed. A few things that were less good. Kettle did not work well. I had trouble getting the shower to work as I wanted. The breakfast staff were a little aggressive. I wanted to put breakfast on the room but could not. In the end, I had to pay each day. (I did not have the option of taking the room with breakfast included when I booked.) I found the TV a bit hard to manipulate. Good things included the breakfast which is excellent, from the full English breakfast to the fresh orange juice. Rooms are quiet and large.
