Lovely stay, but all programs on TV did not work properly even after someone came to see to it. Requested hairdryer which took forever to arrive. Had invite letter for drinks and nibbles in door, but came straight into bar after day out so missed invite, why not text invite.

Everything was ok, nothing more. Breakfast was rich with variety but the quality of the food was not great. Room was ok bed very comfortable and shower very clean but overall felt like 3* and not 4*. I'll probably use it again due to location (close to the office whenI travel for business) but don't know if I'll recommend it to anyone other than colleagues visiting the office. Staff were very kind and helpful.

I am really pleased to know that the stay was to your satisfaction - however I would to be able to improve on this to make your stay amazing! Our breakfast can be extremely bus, especially during peak hotel time. It is true the earlier you come, the better, however if you would like to dine in the comfort of your own room without any crowd this is also an option - just make our reception team aware! Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the room before 3pm but we are more than happy to store your bags for you if you do arrive early. I do notice that you didn't enjoy the members benefits just yet, however once you progress past classic status, we are available to check you in earlier if the room is ready without charge. Great location for a city visit. Reception staff welcoming. Room good and general disturbance noise levels low. Breakfast good. The only learning points would be that staff need not take your breakfast plate away before you have finished swallowing, although efficient it is a little intrusive.

I stayed 9 nights with Novotel London Bridge, reception Elza is kind and helpful,house keeping team doing a great job keeping room is clean everyday!! The cons is breakfast menu everyday is same and kinda boring, I suggest to have a alternate ly change i. e.sun egg to scrambled eggs or omelette, more bread choices.

The staff are very friendly. Wednesday they have a welcome drinks evening for Accor members. Lots of choices available locally for food at good prices if you are willing to walk a little.

Great customer service face to face, but no-one replied to me via whatsapp when I called and messaged for help with my bags. Bar staff were fantastic and very welcoming. The music was a bit loud for me so returned to my room, but had a great atmosphere.

Air con and mirror lights were not serviced. Even after requesting to check there was no fix applied or feedback reported. Never expected this low from Novotel . We were not even offered alternative room. Novotel needs to improve staff training to be compassionate and enhance quality checks.

I am very disappointed to read of your negative experience with us and have reminded the team about the importance of the appropriate methods to rectify a situation such as this which I must ensure you are extremely rare & isolated. I have since instructed our maintenance team to inspect the room thoroughly and correct any fixes. I am sorry that you didn't feel as if you were not valued as an Accor member. I do see you are a classic member, which is our entry level membership status. You will need to progress to higher levels of membership status to receive benefits such as welcome personalised amenities, room upgrades etc. I would love to be able to welcome you back for a stay in London to better improve upon your previous experience with us. I stayed 9 days in Novotel London Bridge for my first holiday trip to London, everything is good as per my expectation. Alza from the reception is kind and helpful. The location is good with nearby restaurant and tourist place such as Borough Market ,The Shard, Soho,London Bridge and etc. The house keeping doing great job make sure the room is clean !!! The only cons is the breakfast is the same everyday, it will be good to change the menu i.e sun eggs to scrambled eggs or omelette, different kind of sausage. Besides, my room and 2nd floor is abit noisy as you can hear the car passed by especially ambulance or police car will wake you up.
