I am good member, has booked Park and stay package with breakfast included. I was being asked to pay at reception upo check in , and after I have clarifed with my email and online booking confirmation shown to reception .The item was not vertified immediately at all . Even worse is the next morning , my husband and son gone down to restaurant to have breakfast , after a long queue, they were being refusedto go into resturan and were being to clarify the item themselves at the reception.Then I was called to come down from room to show the resturant staff at the entrance the package payment and booking but he insisted us to walk over to clarify to the reception . This really suprise me how come both the two staff at different area both saying that my room did NOT included package whime I had paid for "PARK and stay " package with a premier room view .. However it is so dissapointed that I had paid for a view woth extra money but only get a 3/F carpark view with a small window. That is totally not worth it.I would the worse service I have get out of my past few years of travelling in the world!

We stay very frequently at the hotel at least 3 times a year sinc a number of years. We have noticed a slow degradation of the service as far as the rooms upkeep are concerned. Very superficial cleaning, renewing of water bottles and coffee pods frequently forgotten and so on. We use to get on arrival a word of welcome from management, some chocolates or fresh fruit. nothing of that anymore. obviously management can't be bothered anymore with these small but appreciated attentions. Very nice staff at the breakfast room, Vera and Rasa are stars.
