We had a great experience at Novotel London Bridge. We visited with my husband and daughter for a weekend. Staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming. Many thanks to Gayatri, who was so lovely with our daughter (14months old) and prepared for her balloons, a thoughtful card and a soft toy to wait for her in our room. Check in not do good as overcharged which was later refunded. Paid for upgrade to suite but outlook from rooms was dreadful. Like looking out on Beirut in streets outside. Cleanliness perfect.
