Was lovely to be offered an upgrade but as we'd booked an accessible room it was odd to be offered a non-accessible one. Thankfully, they were still able to give us a comp upgrade to a room with walk in shower rather than bath, with just one step up into shower. It's kind of odd to have different grades of rooms when all are same size, with same size bed, same sofa bed etc. Expected better quality sofa/sofabed in the exec premium. Was little to differentiate from superior. Rooms run VERY hot, couldn't work out controls but thankfully could open the window. The increase in price of parking was quite a shock, even with the £5 guest discount. Staff and public spaces lovely.

Greeted by lovely reception staff, we were able to leave luggage before and after checkout. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Sofa (double) bed for child was good. Would stay again.
