I stayed at the Novotel London Bridge at the weekend with my gf then during the week for business. We had an executive premium room which had possibly one of the best views to she shard as well as a high powered and very spacious shower. The hotel staff are very welcoming and deal with any issues straight away and are happy to help with local knowledge and more. The sauna and steam room makes the stay even more enjoyable and the location is ideal for a short walk to the tube or a picturesque walk across London bridge or into Southbank. I would highly recommend Novotel for a couple as the room is set up with all the space and soundproofing to enjoy London in every aspect as well as proving a large desk and chair for business work. Finally, the all you can eat breakfast buffet of full English or continental makes waking up a thing to look forward to. Hope to return as soon as possible :)

at central location. friendly staff. stayed in standard rooms with family. great views of city skyscrapers from window. we have to use whatsapp service to ask for room service but then the reply says its restaurant service. have to walked down to reception to ask all the things.

We stayed for weekend out at Novotel at Southwark bridge but the address does mix up with the tower bridge one(with taxis). Staff were polite and helpful . Hotel environment of reception, bar and dining area were all welcoming with modern/retro decor. Room was standard type with shower and toilet and upto good standard. As a whole my family had goodtime at the hotel.

Nice room , not nice staff and things

Room was of a good size for 3 people as the premium was booked. However disappointed with the lack of towels, water, cups in the room. Which we had to call every day to top it up. In addition , due to covid the hotel has removed the phones in the rooms which was very troublesome. I had an emergency once and had to go down all the way form level 5 to request for a doctor. One of the lady at the reception, Martina, was not helpful and cold too. The male (whose name i have forgotten) who checked us in was nice and accommodating.

Not a great experience checking in as our adjoining rooms were not ready due to a late check-out. We have a 3 year old daughter who was in desperate need of a nap and it was a very stressful wait for the rooms to be ready. It was almost 4pm before we were given the keys.

Would prefer more empty cups, water and milk for 2 nights without having to ask. We’re given 2. Bed and shower excellent. Area near door and wardrobe v dark as unlit.

Everyone was polite and friendly. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived in the reception and the wonderful staff at the bar that went far and beyond to do everything they could to find a table so we could see the England football game. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us, the excuse for air conditioning was pathetic especially as we were requested to leave the windows closed. Breakfast was lovely though and evening meals (if you wanted) were great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location for the Shard, Borough Market and Thames cruises etc.

Stayed 1 night for a theatre trip, hotel was easy to find with decent parking. The lady on reception was pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had a lunch booking at a restaurant, and a taxi was booked for us by reception. Room was spotless. Upon return in the evening, the bar and restaurant service was superb, and the food was excellent. Will definitely return

Good quality hotel, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, very central location. There were some delays during our arrival and some issues with the beds but the staff were very keen to help and gave us small gifts. The bedroom was small for a family of four, but overall a great stay and I would return.

Glad we booked this hotel for Christmas day after a 15 hour to London. Rooms were big for London and we were able to rest and re-charge before touring London. Great for families as the sofa bed comfortably sleeps 2 people. Breakfast was very good and free for children eating with paying adults. The hotel is also great for people wanting to visit Borough Market. It is only a few minutes walk to the market allowing you to explore before the bus loads of tourists arrive.
