I stayed in room number 523 and I tell you the truth, everything in the hotel is good , but what made the hotel of great value in my opinion are the reception and restaurant team, especially the wonderful beauties RASA, KATERINA, VERA and GAYA. How beautiful you are, girls KATERINA and RASA, you are the best of the best. Thank you. from all of my heart ❤️

Weloveskye TripAdvisor review

We've run two three-day courses recently in a meeting room on the first floor. Kelvin was our point of contact, who's job it was to make sure everything ran smoothly. Guess what? Everything ran smoothly! As well as being a thoroughly nice bloke, Kelvin was on hand to make sure we had everything that we needed, and that all arrangements and facilities were as promised and described. The meeting room was spacious, well lit and well equipped. We're running two more courses here soon and - surprise, surprise - we're really looking toward to being at the Novotel again :0)

Room was amazing Staff very accommodating very help full loved staying in your hotel The breakfast was very disappointing , food cold . Toaster didn’t work , food looked bland not very appetising only eat some scrambled eggs
