Room was extremely small but i like it that lighting is adequate and room is bright. The area was definitely not safe, the back door from the carpark is super dark and creepy while the front door is not frequently used, i was followed by a man on one of the evening when i returning to hotel using front door. The man was attempting to open the car doors and followed very closely behind me. Even though concierge provides extremely good service, i still wouldnt recommend.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Very expensive for the experience. Room maintenance wasn't good, lifts slow or broken, staff very unwelcoming. I had breakfast included but nothing showed up in the booking and all my colleagues had the same issue. First and last time for me at Novotel Southwark.
