I had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff were exceptionally professional, genuinely friendly and always attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was well designed, with a modern and clean style. It was spotless throughout my stay, and the high standard of cleanliness was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, offering an impressive variety of high-quality options to suit every taste. I also had dinner at the hotel, and it was equally outstanding, with delicious food, excellent presentation and impeccable service. Overall, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

This was a terrible stay and the worst experience I have ever had at ibis Ratchada and within the Accor Group. Apart from using the hotel as a member, I have also used this hotel as a venue for seminars. Therefore, the experience I am reporting is not based on bias. It reflects the actual standard of service I experienced. 1. I was charged THB 40 for slippers, while ibis Sukhumvit 24 proactively asked me, “Would you like slippers and extra water this time? We can ask housekeeping to prepare them for you.” 2. The bar downstairs could not redeem my welcome drink when I arrived at 10:15 p.m. I was told that I had to redeem it at the rooftop bar. I only wanted a soft drink, so why was it necessary to impose this condition? Anything that does not make sense makes me wonder who came up with the policy. It is similar to how the government creates many projects that are hardly useful. Please pass on my feedback regarding this brilliant idea as well. Logically, the downstairs bar should simply provide whatever it normally serves, within its operating hours. If a member wants another menu item based on their membership level, they could then go to the rooftop bar, for example. 3. For the rice porridge promotion, the indoor tables had already been reserved since 6:00 p.m. I arrived at 6:10 p.m. and had to sit outside. However, when I left at 7:45 p.m., the indoor tables were still empty. The utilization of the venue was managed very intelligently. 4. There was no welcome amenity at all in the room. Honestly, sometimes I eat it and sometimes I do not, but it still makes guests feel good and shows that the hotel cares. However, at this hotel, there was nothing. Perhaps there is no such policy at all. The question I should ask myself is: How is being a member any different from being an ordinary guest? Is the only difference that I receive a card sleeve? Why send a welcome email like this? What is the benefit of it? Plus members also pay for their membership and renew it as a minimum standard. Therefore, when even small things cannot be provided, it is absolutely ridiculous. Even when points are used to reduce the price, those points come from money already spent. Stay Plus is also not that easy to use. When I finally choose to use it, there are still restrictions. For example, I cannot use it for the type of family accommodation or destination that I actually want. As a result, I have to stay with other hotel groups because I do not know why I should choose Accor when I cannot use the benefits. This also means that I do not get to use the food discounts when travelling with my family. In conclusion, I need to ask myself why I should continue holding this membership when the service I receive is so damn basic. I also rarely get to use late checkout. When I finally want to use it, there are sometimes additional conditions again. Most recently in Singapore, I stayed at Mercure and Pullman and already felt that the service was ordinary. This time, I did not even expect much from a budget hotel such as ibis because I was only here to run some errands, yet I still felt disappointed. I did not even dare to request additional water because, from the moment I entered the hotel during this stay, whenever I informed the staff of something, asked a question, or requested anything, every answer I received was the complete opposite of what I expected. I confirm that the service was absolutely terrible at the highest possible level. Please forward this complaint to the management in Thailand for consideration.
