Room was spacious and quiet. Sheets and towels were clean. The parking was a great plus for us. A major issue for us was that the heating system was giving just cold air - I went to the reception to ask for a solution, but they simply said this is the "Swiss standard" (23 °C) and nothing can be done. I have at my house 24 °C and it doesn't feel nearly as cold as in this hotel room. Thermal isolation wasn't good either, even though they said it's "great". Nevertheless, this was the only time I stayed in an Accor hotel that was that inflexible regarding air comfort. Because of this, towels were not drying overnight, and there is no bathroom heater either, so I ended up changing them every single day (not eco-friendly). Another issue was with the cleaning team. First 2 days, nobody came even though we were out by noon, so I went downstairs to get new towels. The next 3 days, the cleaning team came, but they did not replenish the shower soap, thus in the last night I ended again at the reception to ask for soap/shower gel. The reception was always supportive. Overall, an acceptable stay that I will not repeat in Baden.

It is our standard practice to refresh guest rooms daily, and I regret that this was not upheld during your visit. The quality of the beds, the cleaning, the breakfast and were ok. But the staff weren’t. We got the wrong bill, got shouted at while walking to the breakfast, this is not ok.
