It’s an ok stay. I expected a bit better service, but the room slippers are out of stock every day. This is so unusual for a hotel, especially for Pullman. Pricing per night on the upper side, but the overall experience doesn’t worth that much. It was an OK 2 nights bearable stay for me……

Location perfect but directions not clear. Arrived Auckland on a cold,wet,windy and dark evening, knew hotel just outside but signs not clear. Ended up walking around the right hand side of Novotel to then realise that it would've been shorter from the left hand side but the lighting of the hotel was not shining on that side towards airport entrance/exit doors for us to walk that way. It was more pointed in the direction as if we were driving towards the hotel so road side not airport side/walking ways Was just had my small family of 5yr old and wife with trolley of 3suitcases and just made what should be a couole mins walk into an almost 10min one. Overall stay was great though. Hotel was good and besides not having a lit up sign for clear view from airport arrivals doors, we cant fault hotel

Room was very nice and comfortable, but what was disappointing was the check-in experience that was not very personal being made to use a check-in machine. We then asked where we could get some food and a drink and were told that the bar and restaurant were already closed. At 10:30pm at a large hotel chain I would at least expect to be able to get a lobby drink and sandwich. We were told our only options were to order room service / use the minibar or go to MacDonalds in the airport!

While I am pleased to hear that you found your room comfortable, I am genuinely sorry that other aspects of your arrival experience did not meet the standard we aim to provide. I particularly apologise for the check-in experience. While our self-service kiosk is available as an option, we understand that staying with us should still feel personal and welcoming. We should have ensured you received the warm and attentive welcome you would expect from Pullman. I am also very sorry for the way your request for food and a drink was handled. Being told that your only options were the minibar, room service or McDonald’s at the airport was certainly not the level of service we want to provide. Our bar menu is available until 11:00pm, and this should have been communicated to you. More importantly, we should have looked at how we could assist rather than simply directing you elsewhere. I completely understand your disappointment, and I sincerely apologise that we did not make your arrival as comfortable and welcoming as it should have been. I would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you personally and understand how we can make your next stay a much better experience. Perfectly located for my onward international flight early the next day and quite possibly the best butter chicken in NZ for a quiet night in.

Very noisy room thanks to neighbouring guests, kids carrying on as if no one was on the other side of the wall trying to relax. Ask for a room away from big groups if your after 5* accommodation to treat yourself to some quiet rest before flying. We also had to call room service for the coffee pods that were complimentary for the machine provided.

Modern and beautifully appointed. Very comfortable bed. Quite expensive when all one wants is somewhere to sleep the nght. Restaurant food could be improved. I have never paid $18 for a glass of beer, that is too much
