Great property location and condition. Our travel agent mistakenly booked us into the Pullman in the city, not the airport. Thanks to your great staff they were able to secure a room for us at this property, and making our concerns vanish. Bravo!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were given the option of an early check in which we took. The room was excellent and we enjoyed our dinner in the bar (which has amazing views). Staff were friendly and efficient.

This is my 3rd or 4th stay at the Pullman and it gets better each time. The check in was quick and efficient. They had everything ready and the whole process was complete in minutes. My room was beautiful and had everything I might need. I love the touch of an iron, just in case needed. I dined upstairs which is a magnificent location and the picture window at the end of the bar was my outlook. It was memorable. My room was the last on one wing, 420 (I think). Unfortunately I had the cleaners room opposite and so from 7 am there was a lot of banging and clanging. If you want to sleep in then I recommend you ask for a room away from the service areas. Check out was as quick as check in and the best bit is that its only a 2-3 minute walk to the terminal. Super convenient. Part of the walk is uncovered and its a bit windy so make sure you are dressed for it and if raining you will definitely need a coat or umbrella.

The only thing that we were really disappointed with was the bar food especially the crispy rice things and the pizza which was supposed to be mushroom but had very few mushrooms! This should be an easy fix
