ibis Styles Le Mans Sud - Mulsanne Mulsanne Dreadful customer service 1038063093 Stayed on our return journey to the UK for our main holiday. We booked two rooms. Had stayed in the way down and it was fine. We booked in advance and took advantage of the €30 per person evening meal offer. Sadly the meal we had was awful and two of us were unable to eat our main course (a steak that was ordered as “á point”, but arrived as mostly carbon it had been so over cooked). We complained to the waitress/hotel receptionist who basically shrugged her shoulders and took the plates away. She asked if we wanted a replacement, but we declined as everyone else has finished their dinner. I explained that I had prepaid for dinner, but wanted the two poor meals to be removed from the bill. The waitress then said, “there is no manager on duty and we cannot authorise a refund” and said that she would put in the log book and a manager would sort it out the following day. It was incredibly hot in the hotel and there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms. We struggled to get any sleep and at midnight, we decided to continue our homeward journey. We checked out and explained that we didn’t want to lay for the two poor meals and got an assurance that we should pay the full amount and that a manager would contact us the next day to arrange a refund. This we did. No manager called. On getting home, I contact the misnomered Accor Customer services and explained the situation to someone called Neil. Neil told me to put it all on an email and that they would take it from there, with the hotel themselves conducting an investigation. This happened on the 7th of August 2025 and as I write this three months later, we have still not received a refund. We have sent several chaser emails and even forwarded to the CEO of Accor for their information. We received on email in September stating that the hotel was still investigating. Since then, nothing. So my review is as much about the total lack of customer service from the Accor group. I cannot recommend anyone booking with an Accor group hotel, if this is the way they treat customers. Googling Accor customer service seems to indicate that this “silent treatment” is standard practice for Accor. In my mind the matter should just have been dealt with on the day, as a very simple transaction. Instead it has left a very bitter taste (pun intended).

This hotel is part of the 24 Hour Circuit of Le Mans. If Your Into The Le Mans stay here. Parking is round the back of this hotel. There is a gym here but we did not have time to use it. Reception is located on your right in the corner of the main building from the car park. Not the building on its own in front of you that's the gym. Once in Reception you can help yourself to a drink of tea or water Our room was upstairs No Lifts here. We had a large king-size bed. The wardrobe has 8 hangers in total not very long this wardrobe. The room was bigger than our last hotel. No Tea or Coffee in the room. There was a Deak and Chair, TV. Bathroom has Shower gel and towels and a large shower. Although the shower not as good. Dinner was lovely the menu is on the wall outside of Reception so you can look before coming in And by the bar is a menu too. Recommend half board as your Starter is and extra €6.00. Mains and Dessert is included when you go half board. Drinks are extra plus tax. There is a bar and some swivel chairs with drivers names on the back of them. Lots of pictures of drivers including Steve MCQueen. We went half board and dinner is from 19:00 - 22:30 Monday to Saturday Only! Breakfast - Eggs, Bread, Yoghurt, Cheese, Ham, Croissant, Pain Au Chocolat, Cereal, Tea , Coffee and Juice. Everything was lovely. Food, Staff all the lovely pictures. Will come back if in the area.

Situated at the end of the Mulsanne straight, the hotel was perfectly placed for us when we were racing recently at Le Mans. We were there for seven days, and right from check-in, everything was spot on. Large gated car park, friendly staff, and characterful rooms, spotlessly cleaned each day. Nice bar area, and a fabulous restaurant with locally sourced food, always cooked to perfection. Absolutley awesome hotel - so much so that we have already booked for our next race.

I found the menu very restricted with no food suitable for my pallet. The chef was willing to cook me a cheese omelette, however it was quite small arrived almost cold and I was charged 22€ just for the omelette.

Please allow me to provide some context: the concept of our restaurant “La Table du Virage” is to offer a 100% homemade menu, prepared exclusively with fresh and locally sourced products carefully selected by our Chef. This commitment to quality naturally leads us to propose a shorter menu, with four main courses only, allowing us to guarantee freshness, creativity and taste in each dish. Our menu is also renewed twice a month, to reflect the season and our suppliers’ produce. During your dinner, you opted for two two-course menus. Since all our starters are also available in main-course size (as indicated on the menu), you actually had a choice among eight different dishes. Our menu is displayed at the restaurant entrance, at reception and in your room, so that each guest can review the options before dinner. We understand that our gastronomic approach might not fully match everyone’s expectations, and for guests looking for simpler or more traditional cuisine, our team is always happy to recommend several nearby restaurants. Finally, we would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent ratings (between 8 and 10/10) you gave for your room, cleanliness, welcome and the value for money.
