We were happy with our stay but did not realise that the restaurant wasn't open on a Sunday. To be honest this would have prevented us from booking had we realised, it wasn't clear at all on listing on the Hotels.com website. I had messaged the hotel in advanced to double check but had received no reply. The room was comfortable but the air-conditioning didn't seem to work at all. We also weren't advised that significant building works were taken place, so the hotel looked like a building site! On arrival we feared it was actually shut. However teh staff we exceptionally friendly and efficient, so wood give them 10 out of 10.

Dear guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are delighted to hear that you had a great stay during your overnight stop for karting. We are particularly pleased that you appreciated the comfort of your room and the cool temperature, especially during the warm weather. Thank you also for your kind comments about our team. We are especially happy to hear that Valentine at reception made such a positive impression through her attentiveness and willingness to help. We will be sure to share your lovely words with her. We are equally pleased that you appreciated the warm and attentive service from our bar team in the evening. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the breakfast variety. Your feedback is valuable to us and will be taken into consideration as we continue to improve our offer. It was a pleasure having you stay with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back on your next visit. Warm regards, Camille and the whole Hôtel and Restaurant team.

We have stayed at this hotel several times on our holiday journey through France. On each occasion our stay has been very agreeable. The hotel is well-situated, comfortable and has a pleasant atmosphere. Staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and appear to have been refurbished recently. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was good and the service very efficient. A good hotel.
