We arrived after a long day of travel from Portugal with sightseeing on the way from Casablanca.. While we waited at check in, the concierge gave us some history of Fairmont. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast the following morning was fabulous! My only disappointment is that we were only staying one night!

Felt special upon entering the Fairmont while greeted with mint tea and cookies. The pretty young lady at the reception counter so nicely brought us our key in the Greek restaurant when the room was ready. The concierge recommended and made us a reservation at a fabulous Moroccan dinner place. He gave us all the information necessary to take the boat over to the Medina and even gave us his cell phone number in the event we could not get back to the hotel easily. Breakfast was delicious with many options. We would definitely recommend the Fairmont.

My stay was absolutely excellent. As someone from the Front Office field, I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and service delivered. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mohammed, Tarek, Iman, and Sophie they were all outstanding. Their warm welcome, attention to detail, and genuine care made the experience seamless and memorable. A special appreciation as well to Meriem from Housekeeping for her great work and contribution to our comfort.

This Fairmont is very recent, the rooms are beautifully appointed, it is clean and luxurious. We tried the food in the Hive and also the Greek rooftop restaurant and both were delicious. As we arrived we were welcomed with delicious Moroccan tea and biscuits while doing our check in (and whenever we were hanging out in the Lobby). We stayed twice at the Fairmont and both times were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a huge terrasse overlooking the ocean. We also tried the Hamam and massage treatments which were outstanding. Beyond this, the staff is really what separates this Fairmont from all other hotels we previously stayed in. Everyone is so polite, kind, smiley, willing to help and make your stay memorable. A special call out to Jaafar, the concierge who went over and beyond to make us feel at home. Best advice for tours, dinner spots, anything we wished for, Jaafar made it happen. The team also surprised us with a birthday cake and song on the day of my husband’s birthday which was adorable. We will definitely come back to Rabat and stay at the Fairmont!

We stayed one night at this hotel in room 1397. We were welcomed in our room with Morrocan pastries and a little note. It felt very welcoming. We tried both restaurants, the Morrocan restaurant and the Greek restaurant. Both were good with a preference for the Greek restaurant with it's superb view on Rabat. Service was impeccable. The breakfast was incredibly good and the service excellent once again. The highlight of our stay in this hotel was the hammam treatment. The spa facilities are amazing and the hammam treatment was excellent. Well done to the manager of this hotel and all the team for doing such a great job! We can't wait to come back.
