This hotel was the starting point for a group tour. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the train station, very close to stops on the city tram and walking distance to the Old Medina, Kasbah and river area. It is under construction so during the day there was a lot of noise and the air handling system did not appear to be working properly. The room was extremely warm and I opened my window to try to cool it off. The room facilities were well organized and the hotel staff was very helpful and kind.

You could in the renovated rooms be better by having a real double bed not two single ones joined together and also consider a no smoking policy for the bar.
